Nice studio, in a quiet street, renovated in 2013, in a lively area of the 15th district, near the Eiffel Tower. Very comfortable bed for two (210 x 150), which must be put up and put away every morning. Very functional open kitchen. Bathroom (bathtub, shower, sink, washing machine, toilet). High speed internet, Sony TV (140 channels), DVD player. Very close to the renovated Beaugrenelle shopping center, its brand name stores and cinemas, the André-Citroën Park, the cooking school 'Le Cordon bleu Paris' and the Alain Ducasse cooking school. Close to the Georges-Pompidou Hospital, the 'Paris Expo' exhibition center (Porte de Versailles). Direct access to the Château de Versailles by the RER 'C' and, for tennis fans, to Roland-Garros by the metro line 10 (five stations).

A very convenient apartment in a great location. The apartment is small but well equipped. The check-in and welcome was done expeditiously by a very friendly person. The apartment had ample supplies for the bathroom and the kitchen. I was even provided with a couple of presents, an artisan made honey as well as an aperitif drink. The place is very clean and pleasant to live in. The only drawback is that the place is a little noisy and not well insulated from neighbors and street noise. I wore ear plugs at night.

Perfect location.

The location was perfect for my goal—to experience Paris life from a neighborhood perspective while also taking advantage of the tourist opportunities. I was fortunate to spend a month at the apartment and found everything I needed, plus more, within a short walk.

Was okay …The studio is well located in the 15th arrondissement but our winter stay was impacted by the lack of adequate heating and bedding. The bedding was minimal, with only a single blanket provided and no extra blankets available upon arrival. Given winter temperatures in Paris, additional bedding should be standard. We also experienced difficulty keeping the studio warm due to limited heating and noticeable drafts from the window area.Providing proper winter bedding and a small portable heater would significantly improve comfort for guests staying during colder months.Thank you to the host for their assistance in providing us an additional duvet, flannel blanket and a small portable heater after we explained the situation during our stay. Like homecoming!

It was a second time we stayed in this wonderful apartment in 15th arrondissement. Because we had been here before everything was familiar and easy. Nathalie was again so kind and helpful. Our flight schedule had changed and we arrived almost at midnight, but she patiently waited for us. Our trip was full of little annoyancies, but spending our holiday in this nice apartment was pure joy.

My Paris home was Special!!

This studio was perfectly located between 3 different Metro stops(RER-C, 10 & 8). Everything you need is in your flat. The neighborhood is very welcoming and safe. I recommend this Studio for any visit to Paris!

Canadian in Paris

I had an absolutely lovely stay here. Nathalie was so friendly and accommodating when I arrived, the flat was clean and comfortable and well stocked with necessities. Everything from coffee, to groceries to clothing shops, was in walking distance, and I enjoyed my daily walks to the Eiffel Tower while I was there as well. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Paris in the future, and highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place while they stay in Paris. Absolutely loved it!

Perfect location!

My wife and I visited Paris for a week long stay. The flat was in the perfection location for us. We were able to easily access multiple metro lines as well as walk to the Eiffel Tower (about a mile walk). There were a few grocery stores close as well as a ton of restaurant options all in walking distance. The flat itself was perfect for what we were looking for. It had everything you could need for a short or long stay. I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking to adventure in Paris!

Honeymoon in Paris

We absolutely LOVED our stay in Paris! Nathalie was easy to communicate with and incredibly helpful. The apartment is steps away from the train, and made getting everywhere we wanted so easy. The apartment itself had everything we could have possibly needed, and after three weeks of honeymooning around Europe, having laundry in the apartment was such a life saver! Thank you so much for an amazing stay! We will 1000% stay here again if we’re ever back in Paris!

We came to Paris to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Nathalie was there to welcome us and she was very warm and extremely helpful. The studio was absolutely perfect for our two weeks stay. Everything we could possibly need and “more”! The neighborhood is safe and we could get around easily on the metro or even buses. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again the next time we come back to Paris. Definitely recommended!

Quiet, clean, and extremely welcoming

I have been staying in Paris for work off and on for over 10 years, and this is my favorite apartment. The hosts are extremely organized and professional. The studio is perfect for solo travelers or a couple. It equipped with everything you need, and is a well maintained, quiet building. For those not familiar with the area, the 15th is a low key neighborhood that has good mix restaurants and shops nearby, and it's a quick metro ride to St Germain and other Left Bank locations.

Beautiful apartment with good location

Everything was as promised. The apartment was sufficient for 2 people. Kitchen was well equipped. Only dishwashing detergent would have been nice for washing small dishes by hand. Bed was perfect. Bathroom was clean and good. We were little bit late for our check-in, because we got lost at first, but fortunately Nathalie was patient and waited for us. She was so kind and told us everything we needed to know about the apartment. We can surely recommend this place for everybody who visits in Paris and we certainly want to come back as soon as possible!

Overall nice

This was a cute place. It's definitely small, but it's a studio so it should be expected. Good location near lots of bakeries and metro lines. Some of the communication was difficult, they wrote down my name wrong so it made finding my info difficult but it all worked out without any other issues. It had a lot of supplies but was missing some things I would have expected like shampoo. I wish we had more instructions for what to do when leaving, we weren't sure if we should clean specific things before locking up.

I felt like a Parisian while staying at the apartment.

Staying at the apartment and neighborhood makes it easy not to feel like a tourist visiting Paris. I was warmly greeted by Nathalie who provided a complete and thorough overview of the apartment’s amenities and clear instructions for everything you could possibly need were left for you in a binder. While the apartment is small, it is amply equipped with everything you might need. A very equipped kitchen allowed me to enjoy any meal I wanted to prepare. The apartment was very clean, with a solid heating system during an uncommon cold period. The apartment is located in a neighborhood that didn’t appear to have many tourists. I liked that. There is an abundance of shopping and dining options within a 5 to 10 minute walk and Metro stations are close by. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone I know who plans a trip to Paris.

Clean, cozy and comfortable

The pics of the apartment are very accurate. It is well appointed for short/long stays with both creature comforts: yoga mat, house-shoes, robe, an umbrella for the near daily Paris drizzle in winter (that does not dampen one's pleasure/enthusiasm or the vibrancy of the city), and necessities-- cleaning supplies, an iron, tools, converters...razors for a morning shave. The neighborhood is truly walkable as is Paris overall, with abundant access to grocery/retail stores, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, parks, gardens, public transit, scooters and bike lanes, a Farmer's Market (❤️) and the Tower-- beautifully illuminated at dusk/sunset and visible on Gutenberg near the Foreign Affairs Bldg. Merci to Madams Nathalie and Emmanuelle, and Mr. and Mrs. Cristiani for a successful stay-- for the welcome gift of home-made wine and preserves. Deb, P.S.-- Like watching politics - business - citizen input? Observed tractor - driving farmers in protest headed for the Porte de Versailles; and supporters, bystanders and police 1.5 blocks away on Rue Emile Zola/near le Pont Mirabeau.

Such a lovely studio!

Bonjour! I had such a lovely stay in this beautiful studio. The studio was so roomy for me. The space is so very well planned out and modern, it made being in this wonderful studio for 2 weeks very easy and enjoyable. The owners were marvelous! I had great communication and they were very flexible and generous. I loved Nathalie. She did such a great job telling me how everything worked and checking me in that I felt right at home immediately! The kitchen has everything you need to make meals. I really loved cooking in this kitchen. The windows offer nice lighting and ventilation. The family friendly neighborhood was quiet, the bathroom was spacious with a very nice tub/shower, vanity and counterspace. The bed was so comfortable and the linens were soft. The washing machine was awesome and easy to use. So clean, so comfortable! I had some rainy days in Paris, so I didn't mind staying in drinking coffee and enjoying the cozy studio. I used metro 10 a lot and was able to get anywhere I needed. I loved the walk along the Seine to the Eiffel tower. Local everything!! I was so, so lucky to stay in this wonderful, well kept and well-managed studio. I am already planning for my next visit to the studio in 2025! Merci beaucoup Claudette and Nathalie!!

J’ai passé 4 semaines très très agréables chez Claudette et François-René.Leur studio est lumineux et tranquille, conforme à la description et même mieux que sur les photos. Au 3e étage par ascenseur d’un immeuble de standing très bien entretenu et sécurisé. A deux pas de métro/options de bus/RER et de toutes les commodités et proche des quais de la Seine, de la Tour Eiffel, du centre Beaugrenelle et du Parc André Citroën.De petite taille, mais de grande fonctionnalité, avec des équipements modernes et pratiques et tous les détails qui simplifient la vie quotidienne. Propreté irréprochable du linge et des lieux, literie confortable, chauffage très correct. Bref, rien ne manque au confort et au bien-être. Instructions très claires et précises, dès le début.Mes hôtes ont été d’une gentillesse sans pareil, attentionnés et disponibles lors de nos échanges, ce qui a vraiment fait la différence. Comme aussi l’accueil cordial et avec le sourire de leur représentante sur place, Nathalie, toujours à l’écoute et prête à aider en cas de besoin, ce qui est rassurant. Mille mercis à eux pour l’organisation exemplaire de ce séjour. Je n'hésiterais pas un seul instant à relouer ce studio pour mes futurs déplacements à Paris, s’il était disponible et je le recommande sans aucune réserve !
