Recientemente renovado y totalmente equipado, que estará con usted durante su estancia. A 2 habitaciones para alojar a 4 personas con dos camas en la sala. La calma es notable ya que el apartamento está en el pasillo que separa, 2 patios, calles.
Wi-Fi, TV, lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar, pequeño lavavajillas y frigorífico, vitrocerámica y horno / microondas, hervidor de agua y cafetera Nespresso, tostadora ... todo está ahí para hacer su la vida cotidiana.

Perfect Paris apartment! We spent 4 nights here and highly recommend. Clean, all the essentials, quiet, comfortable bed, and excellent communication with the owner. The location is ideal with fantastic patisserie steps away. Good restaurants and shopping nearby. 25 min walk to Eiffel Tower.

Cute little apartment just opposite Commerce Metro station. Everything was in perfect condition, and the decor was really nicely put together - with the same colour pallet used through out the apartment. We stayed 3 nights and it had everything we needed. It felt very relaxing and away from the crazy tourist areas, yet still just a short metro ride away. Communication was outstanding and check in/out was easy. Recommended!

Anne, just a short note to thank you for our wonderful Paris accommodations. Not only is your apartment comfortable and well-appointed, it’s perfectly located. Rue du Commerce, with its narrow cobblestoned single lane street, shops, cafes and Christmas lights feels like a village within the city. The café and metro are right across the street, the sushi shop is one step to the right, and the patisserie is two steps to the right. After walking the streets of Paris for 4 days, I can’t imagine a better place to stay. We’d love to stay with you again when we revisit Paris. Thanks again. Steve

Perfection!

We would definitely stay here again. It was the perfect location, the perfect size, the perfect host. Easy access to everything, quiet, close to the Eiffel Tower and in a not too crowded area with lots of stores and cafes near by. We LOVED it!

Location!

Charming little street and apartment directly across from the metro and a nice little restaurant. Patisserie two doors down! Perfect location to explore anywhere in Paris. Anne was a great communicator and host! Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay in Paris

Great location to the metro, shops and easy to get to all the sites. Communicating with Anne was very easy. She met us onsite and showed us everything in the apartment. The space was very comfortable. Great few days in Paris!

Lovely apartment in the delightful 15th arrondissement. Absolutely as described in photos and blurb. Metro stop, lovely cafe and coffee on your doorstep, and Anne our host was vey helpful and responsive.

I adored my 9 weeks in this apartment, alone much of the time but with lady friends coming to visit.

This is a wonderful location. Close to major Metro and good connections. Safe, ground floor, well appointed, not glamorous but very utilitarian. I pray to return!!

Perfect Stay

Great location in a friendly and safe neighbourhood with easy access to the metro. Delicious food options nearby. The property was very clean and fresh, the air conditioning helped on one warm evening. The convenience of having a washing machine really helped as well. Would definitely love to come back and stay again. Anne was very friendly and responsive; we truly enjoyed meeting her.

Practical and comfortable.

My wife and I enjoyed went off to explore Paris without delay thanks to the attentiveness of our hostess and the proximity of metro stations. We also enjoyed walking to the Eiffel tower at night from the apartment. Boutique food stores of all sorts and quaint cafes are located within less than a block away. Baguettes, cold cuts, cheese, wine and amazing chocolates and more, all within easy reach. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment's amenities easy to figure out.

Wonderful- Exceptional apartment on our favorite street in Paris

The apartment far exceeded our expectations- great location, immaculate, bed was so comfortable and the washing machine was a plus. Anne was unbelievably kind and helpful- she is truly one of the best hosts we have met! We would return there is a heartbeat.

Cozy and comfortable in a great location

We very much enjoyed our month in Anne’s apartment. It was quiet and cozy - just the perfect size for the 2 of us. Public transportation (both bus & metro) is close by. We loved having a dishwasher and an efficient easy to use washer/dryer. Thank you, Anne, for making us feel welcome in your very clean, well equipped location.

Great location and owner

We booked this property many many months before our trip. Anne was very kind and helpful from the day we booked. She kept in touch with us throughout our planning, even being accommodating to our many flight changes by the airline. She met us at the property at check-in and showed us everything we needed to know and gave us tips for getting around. Without hesitation, we will look at one of her properties for our next trip.

Amazing

The location was amazing in a friendly and safe neighborhoods and so close to everything we needed. The metro was at the corner. Delicious foods options in the same street. The property was very clean and fresh. The convenience of having a washing machine really helped as well. Anne was excisional give us wonderful welcome and very informative, I can’t way to come back highly recommended.

Adorable apartment

We stayed at this location a few days in june 2025. Our arrival went smoothly as the owners son met us and got us settled. Thank you to him for waiting for us as our train was delayed by over an hour! The apartment was perfect size and all was as shown. Kitchen was well stocked and the bedroom had lots of storage… comfortable bed as well.We were disappointed to see that the apartment had quite a bit of mold in the bathroom area. And there was a strong odour of wet moldy mildew. I know that some people can be allergic …. Luckily we were only there a few days. We enjoyed our stay as it was right by the metros and easy access to all in a safe location!

Convenient and Reasonable

My sister, daughter and I were in Paris- first time - for 10 days. This apartment was convenient and reasonable. We were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower in 25 minutes and to both Notre Dame and Louve in an hour- we Ubered and didn’t use the metro. A bakery, cafe,fruit market, and pharmacy were close by. The metro was on the corner. There is an unusual washer/ dryer which seemed to be new. We had difficulty getting things dry. I would take a couple of extra towels and washcloths. The owner(or manager?) was super nice and accommodating. All in all 5 stars!

There were many things that made staying at this apartment enjoyable. Firstly, it is very quiet. Secondly, it is across the street from the metro and centrally located (only 20 minutes walking to the Eiffel Tower!). The apartment has everything you need to eat in. Tow doors down is a very good boulangerie with amazing desserts and bread, so you can get you croissants fresh in the morning for breakfast! Would highly recommend.

Perfect Place

We just loved staying here during our nearly two week trip to Paris! The location was amazing and so close to everything we needed. The metro was less than a block away and bus stop was close as well. There was a wonderful cafe across the street and Eric Kayser bakery two doors down. There are numerous places to get meat, cheese, fruit/vegetables and chocolate on the street which are so yummy! Less than a 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower! Anne was great to work with and her co-host was very kind when we he let us in. I can truly not say enough good things about this place! Will definitely stay here again when I return to Paris!

Exactly as advertised—What a wonderful experience!

Book this apartment with confidence! The pictures are accurate, and the glowing reviews about the owner's communication are true. We stayed at this lovely apartment for five nights. While the weather outside was quite cold, the apartment was cozy and relaxing.We are truly grateful for Anne-France's generosity and kindness. From the moment we booked, she was quick to reply to my many questions. And when we arrived, she was helpful beyond words—we were evacuated from the métro that we were on, and had to reroute, but she was able to lower my stress level by communicating directly with us about how to get to the apartment. She was there waiting for us when we arrived—what a lovely way to start our stay. After a tour of the apartment with detailed instructions to ensure our comfort, she left us to settle in. When the CO detector went off, Anne-France was again quick to reply to our message so that we could solve the problem promptly.The listing says "absolutely quiet"—that is true! We heard footsteps twice in the course of our stay, both at reasonable hours. Other than that, it was truly silent. After long and busy days in the city, it was wonderful to have such a lovely refuge to recharge for the next day.Two bakeries nearby. One, just a few steps away, and the other about 300 metres down the street. The same with métro stops: one across the street, another down the street. This neighbourhood has everything that you might need.We would stay here again without hesitation!
