Villa Gerasin lies in the south of the Elbe, between Marina di Campo and Cavoli-Seccheto (approx. 3 kms of the beach Cavoli ). To the sandy beach of Marina di Campo there is approx. 1 km. The landlord also has a small apartment close the house is in the country on a 3.500 square meters of property.

The house (approx. 95 square meters) is suitable for 6 persons:
2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 living room (with pull-out couch for 2 persons), SAT TV, separate dining-room with kitchen area (dishwasher, flat cooker 4 with oven and microwave) and 2 shower-baths / WC and terrace.

Outside there is a thought over terrace with grill and additional outside shower, Mediterranean garden and car parks. The property is suitable completely fenced in and, therefore, also for dogs very well. The landlord also lives there and possesses canaries, a dog and cats. The owner lives close this house.

Insel Erleben

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach genau den Beschreibungen. Bruno ist ein sehr umsichtiger und immer freundlicher Vermieter. Der Haushund ROCCO ist zusammen mit den Katzen die treue Seele des Hauses (etwas verfressen alle drei). Das Objekt läd zum Verweilen ein. Ein wunderschöner Garten mit Granatäpfeln, Bananen, Avokados, Kaktusfeigen, Trauben und vieles mehr. Kräuter aller Art und alles zum selber plücken und Verzehr gedacht. Ein großer Außengrill und eine Außendusche runden die Kompacktheit mit 2 Shlaf- und 2 Badezimmern ab. Wir hatten die Fahräder mit und konnten diese im angrenzenden Wintergarten abstellen und auch laden. Fürs Auto gibt es überdachte Abstellplätze. Wir können dieses Feriendomizil mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Mit besten Grüßen Myriam und Frank

6 Tage auf Elba

Schöne Unterkunft, für 4 optimal/ gut ausreichend, wir waren zu zweit, dafür ist es dann fast schon ein bisschen zu teuer. Juni ist die Insel bereits sehr voll, wenn dann besser im Mai.

Perfect home for our first visit to Elba

Our family enjoyed the apartment a lot. Only a few minutes away by car from Marina di Campo center it is located in a quiet area. It is equipped as described and the friendly owner provided us with many recommendations for activities and restaurants. Our kids enjoyed the presence of the dog and two cats. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

Super Unterkunft!

Bruno ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Sein Haus ist sehr sauber und gemütlich und mit Liebe zum Detail sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Neben dem stilvollen Koch- und Essgeschirr, findet man alles was man zum Kochen braucht – Gasherd, Microwelle, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster, gute Töpfe und Messer. Beide Schlafzimmer haben großzügige Schränke und Staumöglichkeiten, gute Matratzen, Decken und zusätzliche Kissen falls notwendig. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Es gibt eine große überdachte Terrasse und einen Freisitz mit Sonnensegel. Dieser ist besonders gemütlich. Der tolle Garten bietet Naturschatten mit einem angenehmen Mikroklima zum Entspannen mit schöner Aussicht auf alle Pflanzen. Es gibt einen Hund der aber überhaupt nicht stört, sehr brav ist - und wir sind keine Hundebesitzer und kennen auch die nervigen Sorten. Der Parkplatz ist auch sehr großzügig und das Tor lässt sich schließen. Die Lage ist auf den ersten Blick etwas abseits, aber eigentlich perfekt. Grundsätzliche Ruhe, aber man ist in 3 Minuten im Ort um einzukaufen oder in 5 Minuten am Strand in Cavoli. Wir können Euch die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen und werden diese auch engen Freunden ans Herz legen.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Eine sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung an guter Lage. Von hier aus lässt sich die Insel sehr gut erkunden. Für tierliebende Kinder sehr geeignet. Es leben Hühner, Katzen und ein gutmütiger Retriever Hund auf dem eingezäunten Gelände. Schöner exotischer Garten. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir danken Bruno sehr für die angenehme Zeit in seiner Mietwohnung. 😁
