the apartment was completely renovated in 2013, it is sunny (3 hours more sunshine than the center of the village!)very cozy, all wood, it is located in the sought after area of ​​Flives, overlooking the valley and mountains. In front of the cottage there is a free shuttle to the ski lifts and the village center, every 1/2 hour (for those who do not want to walk!).The apartment has a garden behind the cottage. The end of stay cleaning is included in the price!For those who do not ski there are beautiful walks around the cottage!The road to go to the cottage is at the same height as the village, so very easy!

Traumhafte Lage mit herrlichem AusblickIm Landhausstil eingerichtete FeWo in einem Holzhaus unterm Dach. Haus am Ortskernrand in oberen Hanglagen und dennoch nicht weit ab vom Zentrum. Küche auf neuestem Stand und sehr gut mit allem ausgestattet, recht großer Kühlschrank. Feines kleines Bad. Angenehmes Liegen auf eher harten Matratzen in den Betten. 2.Waschbecken im großen Schlafzimmer. Balkon mit herrlicher Weitsicht, kleine Terrasse/Garten auf der Bergseite mit gemauertem Grill. Parken auf öffentlichen Stellflächen (zum Teil gegen Gebühr). WLAN super. Keine Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit im Haus. Müllsammelboxen nahe beim Haus, Mülltrennung weiter im Ortsinneren. Gut erreichbare relativ kurze Wege zu Supermarkt, Gassen der Altstadt und Bergbahn. Gutes Busnetz mit kurzer Taktung. Gästekarte inbegriffen.Wir waren Anfang Juli in der Fewo. Sehr schöne Gegend und gut geeignet für Ruhesuchende und Bergler. Als zentraler Ausgangspunkt für Bergtouren ideal.

Très bel appartement. Les escaliers derrière le garage pour accéder à l’entrée du chalet sont toutefois un peu trop irréguliers et voire difficiles d’accès pour certaines personnes. Les couverts avec manche en bois ne sont pas très adaptés au lave-vaisselle. Sinon tout est super mignon et nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La communication avec les propriétaires facile et rapide.

Hat alles, was man sich wünscht

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einem Holzhaus. Gemütlich, sauber, voll ausgestattet…, bis zum Dorfzentrum / Skilift 1,3 km. Wer nicht zu Fuß gehen mag, nimmt den Skibus, der direkt vor dem Haus abfährt. Bettwäsche & Handtücher müssen selbst mitgebracht werden.

Gemütlich und zentral

Sehr schöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit Holzboden und sehr guter und geschmackvoller Ausstattung. Schönes Badezimmer mit grosser Dusche. Zwei Schlafzimmer (eins mit Doppelbett und eins mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem Stockbett). Der Ortskern von Grimentz ist bequem in knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuss über einen breiten Wanderweg unterhalb der Fahrstrasse zu erreichen. Sehr freundlicher Service! Vielen Dank!

Geschmackvolle Wohnung

Die Whg ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und es hat wirklich alles. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch, die Betten sind bequem. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Der Bus fährt in der Nebensaison leider nur 1 Mal pro Stunde. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Diane!

A convenient place in paradise

This holiday home is a very cosy place to stay. Complete kitchen equipment, good beds and the WLAN supports Netflix. The maxiimum size of the company is 4 not 6. A laundry washing machine would be a great addition. Shops, restaurants, cable cars are all at a walking distance,
