この広い敷地は2つの魅力的なヴィラで構成されています。もう1つはMelogranoです。どちらもプライベートプールと完全に独立しています。 見事なパノラマの景色に加えて、家は素晴らしく快適です。 内側の涼しく落ち着いたインテリアは、超美しい景色とは対照的です。リラックスして静かな雰囲気を楽しむという意味です。

Happily Immersed in Western Sicily

This large wraparound house is very special, located in the heart of a rural wine growing region, a wonderful patchwork of vineyards, olive groves and farmhouses. A truly magical backdrop. Highlights within very easy reach include Selinunte, Erice, Trapani, Sciaccia, towns to wander to our hearts content. Maharìa in Menfi was a standout restaurant with gallery. Tasting menu with tour at mandrrossa

Disappointing

The outside area and pool were lovely apart from the barbecue which was dirty and had no tools. In our opinion, the property photos depicting a clean and bright interior were not now the reality. It looked tired and wasn't very comfortable, or well ventilated. The towels provided were poor quality. Overall not worth the rental price.

Stay at this beautiful idilic location And villa

The villa is situated in a beautiful valley full of vineyards and olive trees , the sunsets are stunning and the peacefulness is so relaxing . Aldo the agent for the villa was very helpful and answered any questions and gave us lots of useful information about the surrounding areas. There is so much to see on this side of the island Marsala & the salt flats , Agriento and Il Siluente the Greek site is a must see !! We had days by the stunning pool and exploring the whole southern side of the island . Castletraveno is a great place for food shopping and you have to visit the Gelaterie cafe for the best Gelato ice cream and cannoli’s fresh everyday !! The villa is light and comfortable , it was perfect for us a family of 5 , the staff that work on the grounds are so friendly . We loved it here ! We will return again one day ! I really recommend it , the pictures of the villa online are very nice till you see it yourself in real time !Bellissimo !!

A beautiful villa with wonderful pool in peaceful countryside

We loved our stay at this property. The rooms were perfect and kitchen large and efficient. The veranda was wonderful, with amazing uninterrupted views of the sunset. The pool was completely fantastic: spacious, clean, with incredible views. The locale is peaceful with interesting sites such as the temples of Selinunte to see and beautiful beaches to visit within a 15 minute drive. We particularly liked Lido Fiore which has easy parking, a nice bar and lovely shallow clear sea which is great for children. The property is highly recommended.

Awesome villa with a fantastic pool!

We had a fantastic week at this villa. The location is in a really private and quiet, with vineyards surrounding the house. The house, garden and pool was kept in perfect condition by gardeners and other staff, so we could just spend our days relaxing by a fantastic pool. I dont think I can recommend the pool area enough. Its just perfect! It's even nicer then the photos. You have access to everything (groceries, restaurants, beaches etc) in a 15-20 minute drive so you can quickly get back to just relax and enjoy the fantastic views from the villa. We had great communication with the property manager, Aldo, who was really helpful with any questions we had. This is definitely a place I would like to visit again!

Beautiful villa, exactly as pictured. Perfect for three couples

Property manager Aldo, was very kind, helpful and welcoming. Location is very secluded so having a car is necessary but the beautiful view makes it worth it. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

extraordinary stay, everything as expected

we came with 7 fellow students for a 9day stay in the very end of octobre and neither the sicilian weather, culture or sun nor the villa and its amazing pool, beautiful inside and wonderful terrace with this amazing view let us down. there were said to be some changes to the house, so we were a bit worried if everything would be ready, but everything was perfect and as seen in the pictures. the villa is not completely alone in between the other 2 villas of the owners, but as they were empty most of the time anyway and far enough that was no problem at all. we were wondering if the pool or the villa would have sea view, which it did not, but the amazing view over the beautiful countrysides and fields incredibly beautiful and nothing inferior to a corner sea view. everything seemed very orderly, clean and perfect and the manager, gardeners and staff work really properly so that everything is perfect. the inside, terrace, barbecue station and pool area are just as seen in the pictures- really beautiful, stylish, functional and just perfect for a complete relaxation. living is easy when the beach& supermarket is just about 15 car minutes away, you need a good navigation system though, especially in the dark, because as quiet as you want to be in the villa as off civilization it is. the island is full of natural beauty and culture, so whenever you get to manage to leave the pool you can visit some of the most amazing sights, cities and natural places like the chalk cliffs sella de turci, the valle de templi, the beaches of selinunte and surrounding and palermo in the reach of 1 (1,5 palermo) (15 minutes beach) hours by car. equipment with dishwasher& tabs, washing machines, irons, hairdryers, towels (even some more for the beach!) was perfect except for a sponge we needed to buy from the supermarket, but that's really no critic at all when you even have mosquito "snakes" and plugs. and if anything is needed there are really nice people taking care of the other houses and garden every second day or so whom you can ask for anything (such as a new battery for the gate opener). all in all we were completely happy in this house, had some perfect days and a lot of fun cooking and having barbecue together. I'd recommend it to anyone: groups of students like us, but also groups of couples, families, everyone. we loved it and we miss the place.

Ruhe und Entspannung im Südenwesten von Sizilien

Wir verbrachten im Somme 2015 eine unglaublich entspannte Woche in diesem hervorragenden Ferienhaus. Unsere Gruppe bestand aus 5 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern, ein befreundetes Pärchen wohnte in einer Ferienwohnung in der Nähe - sie entschlossen sich aber oft dazu, die Nacht in unserem Haus zu verbringen: Sie schliefen einfach auf Poolliegen auf der Terrasse vorm Haus, die mitgebrachten Mückennetze sorgten dafür, dass dies problemlos funktionierte. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und lässt nichts vermissen - wir konnten für 10 Personen kochen bzw. Essen zubereiten, nutzten aber auch verschiedene Restaurants in der Region. Der große, beleuchtete Pool war zu dieser Zeit knapp 30° warm, er ist aufgrund seiner Tiefe für Kinder und Erwachsene sehr geeignet - auch um nachts davor zu sitzen und den Tag bei einem Glas Wein oder Whisky Revue passieren zu lassen. Die kluge "Überlaufrinne" auf der einen Seite des Pools sorgt zudem dafür, dass Insekten unterhalb des Pools im mit großen Steinen versehenen Auffangbecken Wasser finden und so den Pool selbst meiden. Der sandige Hausstrand (Spiagga della Pineta) ist keine 5 Autominuten entfernt (auf einem Weg direkt hinter dem Strand kann man einfach parken, natürlich kostenlos) und kann auch zu Fuß erreicht werden. Trotz eines Hotels am Strand war dieser auch in der Hochsaison praktisch leer (wir waren auch selten vor 17 Uhr dort, genossen aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen lieber die Zeit bis zum Sonnenuntergang am Meer). Das Mittelmeer ist hier generell frischer als an der Nordküste und bot damit eine willkommene Abkühlung. Die Vermieterin (wohnt im gleichen Grundstück, aber nicht im Sichtfeld und in ausreichender Entfernung) spricht sehr gut deutsch und war bei Bedarf immer hilfsbereit zur Stelle, vom angebotenen Hauswein wurde eine Kiste von ihr gekauft - sehr zu empfehlen. In den mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichenden Orten Castelvetrano bzw. Menfi gibt es Supermärkte, sowohl dort als auch in Marinella finden sich aber auch genügend kleine Geschäfte um die notwendigen Dinge für die Selbstversorgung einzukaufen. Wir besuchten u.a. Erice und Selinunte, verbrachten die meisten Tage aber am Haus um dann gegen Abend in Richtung Hausstrand aufzubrechen.

Tutto perfetto

Ho soggiornato 2 settimane in questa splendida villa con piscina nel mese di agosto. Le foto rispecchiano fedelmente le caratteristiche della casa. Il complesso è composto da 3 ville (tutte con piscina) confinanti e collegate, ma assolutamente indipendenti. La villa ha un patio eccezionale con vista sulla campagna sottostante. La distanza dalla spiaggia (mare bello, ma un po' freddino) è di 3 km. La proprietaria (che soggiorna in una delle ville adiacenti) è molto disponibile e cortese così come il responsabile delle tenute. Gli interni sono molto curati e la tranquillità è garantita. Insomma una sistemazione veramente di qualità.
