Fantastic studio style flat in Cannes! The space was clean and the air conditioning worked like a dream. I stayed here for a market and it was a perfect walk to all events and dinners. Communication with Eric was great and he answered my questions quickly and efficiently. I would absolutely choose to stay here again.

Appartement très propre et facile d’accès depuis la gare TGV. Situé en plein centre ville, on peut accéder facilement à la plage comme aux différents commerces. L’appartement correspond parfaitement aux photos!

Highly recommended.

This is a great apartment, we highly recommend it! It is well equipped in a quality modern manner, on a busy but not noisy pedestrian street in the old town. It is close to 2 supermarkets, a fresh foods market (Marche Forville), lots of restaurants and other shops, beaches, and the marina area with all it's excitement. The owner is very responsive and friendly. Checking in/out was easy without fuss. Next time we are in Cannes we will use this apartment again. Brilliant.

È andato tutto bene , a parte un piccolo inconveniente iniziale dove però il proprietario ha sistemato tutto il prima possibile e nel miglior modo. L’appartamento è in posizione ottima e ha tutto quello che può servire in una vacanza.

Perfect small appart

It is in the hearth of Cannes, close to everything. On a small charming street with all shops and delicious food. Still very quiet and refreshing with air conditioning. Don't be alarmed wth the small old door and staircase, the appartement is renovated, modern and you have everything you need.

Centrally located to the wharf, Le Suquet, and dozens of shops and restaurants, this property is an affordable choice, with a closely located Carrefour market to stock your kitchen. Highly recommend!!

Parfait pour Moi

I had a wonderful stay in this flat. It is compact and a walk up (which for me added to the vibe!) but it had everything I needed: comfortable bed, hot shower, great location and a fine kitchen. I loved the area it is in as I could get to my meetings and to the farmers market which was two paces away. I had one problem and contacted Eric and it was sorted right away. I would stay her e again.
