Perfectamente situado en el centro de Juan-les-Pins, cerca del paseo marítimo (100 metros) esta 85m2, apartamento de dos dormitorios es ideal para el acceso a las mejores playas de la Riviera (públicos y privados). Hay un montón de restaurantes y tiendas locales situados justo fuera de la vivienda.

Ubicado en el segundo piso de un edificio de apartamentos de lujo, el apartamento es moderno, espacioso y totalmente equipado a un buen nivel. Está también totalmente insonorizadas, con persianas eléctricas y aire acondicionado integrado.

Tiene dos dormitorios con armarios y camas extra grandes, cada uno con su propio cuarto de baño y WC. Hay un garaje subterráneo, con una puerta de cierre.

Parfaitement situé au centre de Juan-les-Pins, a 100 metros du bord de mer, ce trois pièces de 85 m² est idéal pour l'accès aux más las bellezas plages de sable de la Rivera (privées et publiques). Il y una de nombreux restaurantes, comercios y boutiques tout près.

Au deuxième étage d'un immeuble de lujo, moderno, il est spacieux et avec un aménagé équipement de haute gamme. Il est complètement insonorisé avec des Volets électriques et une climatización intégrée. Il y a deux Cuartos con pancartas et très grands lits. Chacune un sa propre salle de bains.

L'appartement una ONU garaje souterrain avec porte verrouillable.

The apartment was modern and well equipped. You could see the sea from the living room window. There were numerous boulangeries in the very close proximity and we were 5-7 minute walk from the train. The location cannot be beat! We got to enjoy the beaches some days and sight seeing other days! Definitely a great place to stay!

Apartment is lovely, felt like a home from home. Location couldn’t be better and everything was within walking distance of 30mins, perfect for the ultimate Antibes trip. beach, coastal walks, restaurants, ports and markets. The old town is a must we went there almost daily for a full immersive experience. Alex and Maryse were both really great sharing lots of local knowledge, and even helped with transport arrangements. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. Highly recommended. Thank you Alex.

A GREAT PLACE TO STAY

The pictures don't do the apartment justice, it's lovely, light, quiet and well stocked with everything you need for a holiday. It's walking distance to the town and to all the beaches in JLP. The beds are comfy.Easy check in and the host was extremely accommodating with any requests / questions. Thank you Alex

Perfect location, peaceful house

Apartment was very spacious and well equipped. All services were nearby. Housekeeper couple Thierry and his wife were most helpful and guided everything upon arrival. We enjoyed a lotbof our holiday in Juan Les Pins!

This apartment was everything we hoped for and more. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms for two ladies that were well appointed with all we needed. The kitchen and living room were simply warm and welcoming and the location was excellent for shopping, restaurants, train station and the beautiful beach! But most importantly, it was the support and excellent communication I received from Alex and his assistant, Maryse. I highly recommend this property!

Maryse is delightful and welcoming. She met us in front of the building, as scheduled, and provided us with detailed instructions on parking, using the appliances and departure procedures. The apartment was impeccable. Our host shared his favorite cafes, Bistros and patisseries - fabulous recommendations! The location was ideal for a stroll along the water, a walk through the park and towering pines and quick access to Antibes, Vallaris and the Piage. We would re-book again, next trip.

A great 2 BR/2BA full kitchen with 1 car garage space in a great location ! Walkable to everywhere and well kept ! If I come back to Antibes will definitely stay here again !Unfortunately there was much construction in town ( which has nothing to do with the property )- will be great when construction is finished

Great location/beautiful spot

We loved our stay in Juan Les Pins! Apartment was clean and modern, and in a great location - just a block to the beach and to the JLP train station, which made for easy trips to Monaco and Eze. Pirate Bakery and fruit stand just up the block were amazing, great restaurants everywhere, very safe and comfortable building. Highly recommend!

This was very true to the description of being luxury. It was very nice clean and spacious.very nicely stocked and very convenient to the beautiful beach and restaurants and train station. Very responsive hosts. I can’t wait to return.

Fabulous apartment in Juan-Les-Pins.

Just one block from the sea, the apartment is spacious (larger than the photos) and immaculately clean. There are cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. The train station is a few blocks away and you can easily move around the coast from Monaco to Grasse. This is an excellent apartment for a family or two couples, in an excellent location. We would definitely stay there again.

Exceptional modern apartment in fantastic location

This is a fantastic modern 2 bedroom apartment in a secure building. The property manager greeted us and was super friendly The place was absolutely spotless! In terms of location, you could not ask for a better; two minutes to the beach and two minutes to the coastal train where you can hop on and off to visit Cannes, Nice, Monaco etc.

Excellent Apartment in a Great Location

Spacious, clean city apartment with everything needed for a break on the Côte d’Azur. Apartment was clean and comfortably furnished. It is 50 metres from the beach and restaurants. Apartment has an underground lock up garage so we were able to leave the car there and travel up and down the coast by rail. The station is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Alex, the host, was super responsive. Would most certainly stay again if in the area.

Great place, perfect location

I stayed here with my mother and sister. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We had plenty of space and having two bathrooms was great. The apartment was very conveniently located to the beach, bus stops and train station, restaurants and grocery stores. Communication with the owner was good, we had numerous delays on the way and Alex responded right away as I updated. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay in a prime location

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Juan-Les-Pins. The location is unbeatable—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, with an abundance of restaurants, bakeries, and stores nearby. All the previous reviews were spot on. Despite being so close to everything, the apartment was remarkably quiet, thanks to excellent sound insulation. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was spotless. If you love the area of Juan-Les-Pins, don’t hesitate to book this place. Highly recommended!

Excellent apartment but the restriction to not use oven for any fatty foods or basically don’t want it dirty is very strange! For us it was fine as we don’t cook whilst away but if we were a family I am sure we would have wanted cooked meals at the apt. We have stayed here twice and would highly recommend

Beautiful condo

This is the 1st time we booked a condo for our stay. Excellent choice! The apartment is just 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery store and train. We used the train to go to Monaco, Nice, Eze and a few more places. It was very easy once you understand how it works, i suggest to download the train app. Communication with the owner was excellent. I am definitely coming back.

A wonderful place to spend your holidays

For us there was absolutely nothing to complain about. The apartment is just like on the pictures, spacious, with a well furnished kitchen. The information provided by the owner is spot on accurate. The wardrobes in each bedroom offer an abundance of place for clothes and other personal belongings. The train station is just a three-minute walk away, thus you can leave your car in the underground parking lot if you want to pay a visit to Cannes, Nice or Monaco. Highly recommended - we had a marvelous holiday.

Amazing condo in Juan Les pins!

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is wonderful. It was clean, modern, spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were big and comfortable. The location is outstanding- 5 minute walk from the main Juan-les-pins beach and close to a few excellent restaurants. There was also a fruit store, bakery and fromagerie within close walking distance. It has all the essential appliances like dishwasher, washer/dryer combo, etc. also has very secure underground parking included. My only suggestion would be to include some more items such as laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner etc. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area. Antibes was also our favourite city in the French Riviera! We hope to be back one day!

Quality of interiors and location excellent

Comfortable beds, everything is modern and new. All as advertised. Slight traffic noise. Only those who are very sound sensitive will mind. Good internet. Used both washer and dishwasher. All worked well. Excellent location. The beach is your patio. The terrace is only basic. Also a pharmacy right around the corner for COVID rapid tests before flying home. Everything was very convenient for me and my adult son. A great place for 2 couples or a family of 4. Since everything is modern and white I would not bring the smaller kids here, unless they have very clean hands. Check-in with the couple handing over the keys was a slight challenge since we had no common language to speak. But google translate was an easy fix.
