This beautiful quiet street which bears the name of the one, as the legend says, who invented, the school is located in the heart of the Marais and more precisely close to the Saint Paul district. In a beautiful condominium, this apartment has been renovated with particular care combining modernity and objects borrowed from history.
The bedding in the bedroom as well as the Murphy bed in the living room are very comfortable and of high quality.

Great location

The apt worked out great for us. It can be very noisy at night. The water pressure is fabulous and lovely hot water for a shower, or doing dishes. We did not use the washing machine or dishwasher. Kitchen nicely stocked with needed items. Very close to a great street with lots of places to buy groceries, treats, and just about anything you may have forgotten. Metro line 1 is close and you can get just anywhere in the city wifrom there.

We had a wonderful time and the home was very comfortable. The host was always in touch if we have any questions. The area is darling and wonderful restaurants and great shopping with local finds. Loved all of it!

Perfect location!

My friend and I stayed here in January. The apartment is cosy and very nicely appointed. It was very clean, with modern amenities such as a washing machine , dishwasher, and excellent shower, but also with the charm of being iin an old building with beautiful high windows. There is one bedroom, and a Murphy bed that opens up in the kitchen, so we had some privacy from each other at night. And the location is perfect! I loved this place and would happily stay here again.

EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT

The location of the apartment was perfectly situated, either for walking or taking the #1 metro. The apartment felt actually larger than it appeared on the website and was perfectly appointed with everything one could need. Paul was extremely helpful and accommodating. We would love to go back another time.

Great location

This flat is a great location on a quiet street that is close to metro stations, great restaurants, boulangeries, and patisseries. I would absolutely stay here on a future visit. 4 of us stayed for a week, and although the quarters are tight for 4, it was quite doable as we spent most of our time exploring the city.

Very Nice little apartment

This is a nice little apartment in a great part of town. Lots of restaurants near by and easy walking distance to all the major sites as well as Metro stations. Shower has plenty of pressure and hot water. Kitchen is efficient and easy to navigate. I would stay here again. Thanks for a nice stay!

Third Stay Here

This was my third stay at this apartment, and am getting ready to book my fourth stay for next year. This location is PERFECT. The apartment has everything I need. Year one, I brought my 18 year old nephew, year two I brought a friend, year three I brought the other 18 year old nephew. Each guest I've taken with me has loved it as much as I have. Great location and charming, affordable apartment!

We had a wonderful stay in Paris in this charming apartment in le Marais. This apartment was really well appointed with a great kitchen, bathroom, living space, with a lovely dining area right by a window overlooking the neighborhood. There is a great restaurant in the bottom floor, Chez Mademoiselle as well where we ate our first night open on Sundays. Paul was really helpful and available to us for any questions. We would definitely recommend this apartment!

Clean Comfortable Convenient

The apartment is very clean. It is cozy and comfortable. The double sofa bed is well designed and comfortable too. The kitchen is well equipped. We cooked a simple meal. The heater is good. It will be even better if the quilt provided a bit thicker and warmer in winter. The location is perfect. It is close the tram station and bus stop. There are so many nice cafe and supermarkets around. All of my family really enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay

The three of us enjoyed out stay in the apartment. The beds were very comfortable and the location was excellent. The metro and busses, just a block away, connect you easily to everything in Paris. There are great restaurants nearby. The only thing I was disappointed with were the towels in the bathroom. They were small and thin. I would definitely recommend a stay here and would return again.

Excellent location

Lovely little apartment in the Marais. Very close to Metro St. Paul. French charm. Not fancy but very comfortable. We had a little bit of a rocky start due to issues from the previous guest. Paul, the owner, was easy to contact and responded expeditiously. He was very proactive and corrected issues immediately. The only negative was garbage is picked up daily around 6:30 AM and it was very noisy. Truck parks right under window of apartment. We would stay here again for sure!

An ideal location

We love the Marais and this apartment was perfect for our week long visit. It is ideally situated to museums, restaurants, and other sites, making it easy to walk to everything we wanted to see and do. The apartment is quiet, clean, and comfortable, and our host was very responsive. We will certainly stay here again on our next visit to Paris!

Lovely spot

The apartment is in an excellent location, on a quieter street but close to everything. We could walk throughout Le Marais and also walk over to the Left Bank in minutes. The place is well stocked. Wonderful cafe “Paul” around the corner. It worked really well for us.

Amazing super clean apartment!

What a wonderful apartment! Paul, our host, was easy to communicate with and was very personable. The location is excellent with a short alleyway from a metro station. Whoever designed the remodel was a genius. Space was used so efficiently with a wonderful shower, closet space and efficient kitchen. Also great lighting and plenty of electrical outlets! I highly recommend!

My second stay here...

This was my second stay at this wonderful apartment (I've already booked my stay for May 2024). It's a great place with everything you might need. A comfortable bed in the bedroom, and this 5' 10" 50+ woman was perfectly comfortable on the murphy bed. The location CANNOT be beat. And the restaurant below is wonderful.

Wonderful 6 night stay
