The Mata studio is nestled in a small town in the middle of the Sundgauvian countryside and located less than 10 minutes from Mulhouse center. Ideally located at the crossroads of the 3 borders with Germany and Switzerland, everything is nearby. Several European cities, several mountain chains, rivers, lakes, amusement parks, countless museums, ...

The Mata studio is located on the ground floor of a contemporary house of character with exclusive view of the meadows. With a surface area of 35 m2, it has independent access from the reserved car park, an entrance to store luggage, a generous room organized as a lounge, dining and soft and double sleeping areas. The adjacent bathroom has a shower. A laboratory forming the culinary preparation area is equipped for the needs of short stays. Like the dining area, it has a French window forming direct access to a private terrace of 20m2.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Die Unterkunft ist in einem kleinen Dorf abseits der Hauptstraße wodurch es sehr ruhig und erholsam ist. Wir waren alleine in dem Objekt was das Ganze noch entspannter gemacht hat. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zwar nur im Nachbarort vorhanden, was aber nicht schlimm ist, da wir eh den Tag über unterwegs waren und auf dem Rückweg dann eingekauft haben. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schön und ruhig

Das Appartment ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber, auf der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick ins Grüne, man hat total seine Ruhe, auch die Gastgeber sind ganz ruhig und diskret. Muhouse ist gut zu erreichen und auch die Umgebung hat allerlei Ausflüge zu bieten (Vogesen, Colmas, Basel etc.). Ein kleiner Stern Abzug bei "Umgebung": In Steinbrunn-Le-Bas ist gar nichts, also kein Bäcker, Café, Lebensmittelladen o.ä., also jeder Einkauf und Ausflug muss mit dem Auto gemacht werden. Aber sonst alles topp!

Studio très bien agencé, clair, propre, idéal pour 2 à 3 personnes , situé en pleine campagne, paisible , proche des commodités. Etant adeptes du vélo, nous avons pu pédaler le long des canaux : un régal ! Curiosités intéressantes à visiter dans les environs. Ne pas oublier l'accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire. Un studio de standing , idéalement meublé, avec une déco moderne , le lit avec un matelas de très bonne qualité,la cuisine très bien équipée , la salle de bain bien agencée ... et le tout dans un état de propreté remarquable! Les photos sont fidèles! L'emplacement au grand calme, la vue sur les prairies... pourront vous donner la possibilité d'observer des cigognes et des daims qui traversent la prairie... j'ai eu cette superbe surprise! La terrasse est très agréable ! La situation du studio à proximité de Mulhouse (en ce qui me concerne) m' a été très appréciable! Sans oublier l'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire qui souhaite que votre séjour se passe au mieux! Je vous le recommande !
