Homely 2 bedroom apartment

We stayed here for a week in April with 2 kids (3 and 9 months old). We had a good time here as the flat is located in a nice residential area but is quite close to a number of restaurants, cafes and lots of open spaces including the beach. Laura was a lovely host and the apartment is actually more more spacious than it looks in the pictures. I would recommend this accommodation for families.

A 5 day visit cut short

My family has traveled all over the world and never have had quite the experience that we had at this apartment. Upon arrival, we had an ant infestation, lights and fans that didn’t work, broken and unusable utensils and small appliances, no laundry detergent, soap or toilet paper, no condiments, and spider webs. This is not a 9.2 rating and priced way outside its quality. This is my first negative review and I don’t leave this lightly. We stayed 1 night out of 5 and went to a different location. There is no recourse for payment. We moved to a brand new location for $75 less/night with cleaning and better proximity to everything.

Eine zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung, es fehlt aber eine Klimaanlage. Der Pool ist sehr schön und sauber. Weniger schön sind die Stechfliegen, welche einen verfolgen.

Un très beau séjour au Lac de Garde

Un logement spacieux et tres bien équipé. Laura, sa proprietaire, est vraiment sympatique et disponible. La piscine est vraiment très agréable. L'emplacement est au bout du village de Colombare, à côté des vignes, au calme. Le lac est à 10min à pied. Le vrai plus ce sont les vélos à disposition. Nous avons passé la semaine sans voiture, un bonheur ! Merci Laura !

Bis zum Hagelschaden ein super Urlaub

Alles in allem war es erholsamer Urlaub in einen sehr schönen Umgebung. Bis zum Hagelschaden am Montag 24.07.2023 war alles toll. Für den Hagel kann man niemand verantwortlich machen.

Laura ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage, könnte aber sauberer sein. Der Pool war leider geschlossen und W—LAN stand aus technischen Gründen nicht zur Verfügung. Alles in allem hatten wir aber eine gute Zeit.

Alles gut, bis auf die Mosiktos

Lage und Ausstattung der FeWo sind okay, es gibt in SZ und WZ einen Ventilator, der sehr leise ist und auch nachts nicht stört, Pool ist super und sauber, das wirklich störende waren die fehlenden oder kaputten Mosiktonetze an den Fenstern, insbesondere am Balkon.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und man hat soweit alles was man braucht. Fußläufig ist der See gut zu erreichen und der nächste Strand auch. In die " richtige City " sind es so ca 15min zu Fuß und hoch Richtung Burg eher eine halbe Stunde. Alles aber gut zu erreichen und sonst mit Auto auch genug park Möglichkeiten. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Einziges Manko die Fehlende Klimaanlage.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit einem super Pool

Schöne Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet. Deckenventilatoren in alle Räumen. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist super. Nach Ausflügen kann man sich dort abkühlen oder zwischendurch einfach mal ne Runde drehen. Sehr nette Vermieterin.

Für uns war es ein schöner, entspannter Septemberurlaub. Mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern hatten wir schnell die nähere und weitere Umgebung erkundet. In der ruhigen Wohngegend konnten wir, nach unseren Radtouren, in der Wohnung und am Pool nett relaxen. Wir würden dort wieder einen Urlaub verbringen.

Ideale Ferienwohnung

Die saubere und ideal eingeteilte Ferienwohnung (mit Gemeinschaftspool) lag für uns optimal am Ortsrand. Mit den Fahrrädern konnten wir alle touristischen Attraktionen in Sirmione in 10-15 Minuten erreichen. Verona ist mit dem Auto in gut 40 Minuten erreichbar. Die sympathische Gastgeberin, war jederzeit erreichbar. Fazit: immer wieder gerne.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist komfortabel und war für uns als 4-köpfige Familie groß genug. Der große Pool war super und kam vor allem bei den Kindern durch den Nichtschwimmerbereich sehr gut an. So konnten wir uns auch nach einem Ausflug schnell abkühlen. Das Zentrum und der Supermarkt sind in 10-15 Gehminuten gut zu erreichen. Zum See sind es ca 20 min.

Fantastic stay in nice apartment

We (mom, dad and tree boys age 4,7 & 9) had a wonderful stay at Laura’s apartment. The apartment was perfect for the five of us with one kid sleeping in the living room. The pullout-couch is properly best suited for kids, luckily our boys loved taking turns on it. The apartment is not huge but has everything you need and the bathroom is newly renovated. It is very well equipped although families who use the kitchen a lot could wish for a little more kitchen tools. The condominium pool and the pool area, that is shared by about 8 apartments, was very nice and not very crowded. We definitely visit again.

Schöner Gardaseeurlaub

Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Lage am Ortsrand von Sirmione an der Grenze zwischen den Ortsteilen Lugana und Colombare. Mit unseren Fahrrädern waren wir in kurzer Zeit im Zentrum von Lugana bzw. Colombare mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restauraunts, teils direkt am See. Die Lage war ideal für vielfältige Ausflüge. Wir haben den Andrang und Verkehr auf der Halbinsel von Sirmione mitbekommen und haben die Ruhe in der Ferienwohnung genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist schön geschnitten und für 2 Personen sehr geräumig. Den Möbeln sieht man mittlerweile ihr Alter an, aber sie erfüllten ihren Zweck. Für uns war es neu mit Gas zu kochen, aber nach der ersten Eingewöhnung hat das gut funktioniert. Die Küche war für zwei Personen etwas eng, aber es war genug Platz für einfachere Gerichte. Das Bad war geräumig und praktisch eingerichtet. Leider war Schimmel in den Ecken der Dusche - es wäre sinnvoll einen Abzieher bereitzustellen, damit die Dusche nicht so lange nass bleibt.

Schönes, ruhiges Appartement abseits der typischen Touristenströme

Wir (vier Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind) hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Die Wohnung war schön und platzmäßig völlig ausreichend. Der Pool ist super. Lediglich ein, zwei mehr Liegen wären toll gewesen. Mit den zur Wohnung gehörenden beiden Fahrrädern ist man schnell beim Bäcker, Einkaufen oder am Strand. Auch zu Fuß kann man gemütlich einige Restaurants etc. erreichen. Der Kontakt mit Laura war sehr nett und sie war jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt können wir das Appartement auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Un agréable séjour

Un accueil sympathique de Laura , un appartement agréable, une situation calme en cette période de mi-Mai, tout en étant assez proche du lac et des commerces. A savoir, une différence entre la version italienne et française en ce qui concerne la description des prestations. La première stipule clairement que les draps, serviettes, linges de cuisine et accès au garage sont fournis sur demande à un coût supplémentaire. La version française mentionne simplement que les linges et serviettes sont fournis et que la location possède un garage.

Modern three-room apartment in residence with swimming pool surrounded by a park green garden in a quiet area away from traffic, is the perfect place for spa stays and / or holidays on Lake Garda.

The apartment is located a few meters from the lake, the main services (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, atm ..) and from the thermal establishment Virgilio easily reachable on foot.

The historic center of Sirmione is 3 km away and can be reached with a beautiful lake promenade in about half an hour, a bike ride on the bike path, car or even more conveniently with the city bus stops right in front of the house and the Medieval Castle.

The large dining room is very bright and is furnished in a modern and functional style with corner sofa bed, TV and dining table comfortable for 4 or 6 people. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, microwave, toaster and everything you need for cooking.

The two double bedrooms are both complete with bedside tables and large wardrobes, bathroom with shower and washing machine, balcony and, on request, garage.

A poolside sun loungers are at your disposal, the apartment also has a private garden (not facing the pool) in a quiet and shady area ideal for relaxing, reading, socializing.
