The residence features a large shared LAKEFRONT garden with direct access to the beach and the pedestrian path leading to the historic center of Peschiera del Garda.
The beach in front of the residence is free and open to the public, and just a few meters away is a paid beach that allows pets.
Just a short walk from the SAN BENEDETTO Residence and along the lakefront, you’ll find restaurants and bars that will make your evenings very pleasant, relaxing, and romantic.
The apartment consists of one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with bunk beds, and a bathroom (COMPLETELY RENOVATED) with a shower, toilet, and vanity. The living room features a kitchenette and a small terrace, all located on the first floor, offering a view of the lake.
All rooms, except for the bathroom, are equipped with a heat pump system (heating and cooling).
The property also includes an outdoor, uncovered parking space shared with the building.

In the countryside near the town of S. Benedetto, you can visit local farm stays and wineries to sample their delicacies.
