Very impressive cabin! Great for our family celebration.
We had a wonderful family reunion. It comfortably fit all of our kids and their families. The location is perfect as only a small drive to all activities. Would highly recommend this cabin and plan to come again 💜
A Lovely Home
3 couples enjoyed this lovely home for our annual get-together. It is spacious and well-kept. We spent hours in the living room with the beautiful fireplace ablaze as it was quite cool outside. The kitchen was well-furnished with most of the equipment one needs and the island was great for prep and serving. The bedrooms are big, tastefully decorated with comfortable beds. A really lovely time at a lovely home. Thank-you.
Perfect for our fall getaway!
We traveled to the black hills for Minnesota's fall school break. We had 6 adults and 4 kids in our family group (three generations). This house was perfectly appointed for our group. Grandparents in the master suite, a couple in each other bedroom and the 4 kids in the loft.
We've stayed in many rentals and this was by far the best equipped one I've been in. There was nothing the house didn't have that we needed. The kids loved seeing the deer out the back and exploring the property. We cooked several meals for 10 people in the cabin with no problem. Plenty of everything, including towels. And we loved having the washer/dryer available.
The location of the rental was also ideal. Far enough off the road to feel secluded but very close to the town of Custer. We drove all over the Black Hills seeing the sights and it was very convenient to all there is to see.
If I had to give any feedback, and I do fully acknowledging I would rent this home in a heartbeat again AS IS, it would be the following. (1) A few of the lights in the home were out, creating a few dim spots, especially in the kitchen and upstairs bedrooms. (2) The main level bathroom door wouldn't fully latch. I saw a replacement in the kitchen drawer, so I assume the owner just didn't get a chance to fix this.
I look forward to renting this place again on future trips and recommending it highly to anyone looking for a Black Hills rental! Thank you so much for the memorable weekend!
Wonderful log home in Custer,SD
Well stocked kitchen, roomy bedrooms with comfortable beds. Extra beds in loft. 3 nice bathrooms. Great location in wonder area.
A beautiful home, quiet, and private. Made our 22nd sisters weekend very pleasant. Thanks to Bryan for sharing his great home with us. He was very nice to work with and very accommodating. Conveniently located to so many attractions. Couldn't ask for anything more. Enjoyed our time with no worries due to such a great place to call home for a few days. Highly recommend it if you need housing during your stay in this area.
Great place, had everything we needed. Beautiful scenery, loved watching the deer in the morning and evening. Would definitely rent again
