Had a lovely stay in the flat, great communication from the owner before arriving and very accommodating with time of arrival. We were unfamiliar with the area and thought we had booked in Nazare' but it's infact Sitiu which is about 30/40 minutes walk from Nazare - it worked well for us as we liked Sitiu more than Nazare' anyway! We will certainly get in touch if we go back there as the flat met our requirements. There was also a washing machine which was a great addition to our stay. Thank you for the hospitality!

Riu was a fabulous landlord and went above and beyond our expectations to make our vacation special. The apartment was very quaint and clean. Just the right size for two people. A fifteen minute walk to the square on the mountain. We really enjoyed staying in the apartment as it was quiet and had everything we needed

Exceptional hospitality

We found the location to be perfect for day trips. Rui was available for providing advice, historical information and he responded to any questions we had immediately. Both he and his wife went above and beyond all expectations to make our stay enjoyable.

Excellent value for money and super host

Rui the host went out of his way to make sure that we can find the property and remained a super host with lots of advice and directions whenever we asked. The property is excellent value for money and everything works. We will gladly rent here again. Excellent

Lovely home in Nazare!

I had a wonderful time staying here. Rui’s hospitality is incredible and the location is fantastic - just a 10 minute walk from the waves and upper town center, and an easy, affordable ride down Nazare’s ascensor to get into the main part of town. I felt very at home and immediately felt like part of the town because of Rui’s kind welcome, and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you Rui!

Incredible hosts, outstanding property!

Rui and family were very accommodating and helpful during our stay. They showed us the local area, gave us so much information on events and places to visit we would never have found and made our stay incredible. We loved our little house and it was the perfect location in the quiet town of Sitio. Rui and family are perfect hosts, ensuring our every need were meet. A 5 star stay in every way. We plan to visit again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!

The accommodations are better than advertised, impeccably clean and modern! Rui, is by far THE BEST host I have ever encountered, and I’ve been travelling via VRBO for a few years! He went out of his way and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and right for me! Nazare is a must visit destination, staying in these accommodations well ensure your trip exceptional!!! If I could give more stars ⭐️ I absolutely would!!!

Nice "granny flat"

The place is just as seen in the photos, very clean and with enough bits and bobs in the kitchen to help make a meal.This is an anex to a house, with independent-ish entrance (owner lives on the grounds). Our host showed us the property on arrival and checked up on us before we left, so you'll have the independence you need. The place felt slightly cold/damp, but the weather was still fresh when we stayed, so that was likely the reason for it.Location is good, and quiet, close to the north beach, but still need a vehicle as too far away to walk it.They offer basic toiletries but remember to bring your shampoo as this is not provided (not a big deal for me as I would normally bring my own). Matters was a bit too firm for our taste. Cable TV has a few English speaking channels.Overall, place was good, clean and in a quiet residential area, offering the peace and quiet needed for a good night sleep.

Cozy holiday rental in beautiful Nazaré

We had a great vacation in this holiday home. First of all the landlornd Rui Manuels was very kind and even picked us up at the bus station. the house was very clean and tidy. the kitchen is well equipped and clean. the house is 10 min walk to the lift, that brings you to the beach and downtown area. Cafés are close by. lighthouse is in walking distance (perfect for sunset walks). Overall the rental could not have been any better! 10/10 would reccomend!

Very nice place with an amazing view

We really enjoyed staying at this place. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything was really clean. The roof top terrace is amazing, i just missed some comfortable furniture to lay down in the sun. But this is whining on a very high level. Also the location is very nice. You can park the park easily, walk to the town center in just 10 minutes and also the nothern beach is just a few minutes away. The owner was always friendly and helpful. Also his wife. We had a really nice time. Thank you. It was just a pity that the neighbours dog kept barking, which was really annoying, but anything else was just perfect.

Nice stay in nazaré

The owner is very nice, friendly and answers very promptly to messages. He even gave us a Xmas present! The apartment is clean, has everything you need and is quiet. Location is ideal if you want to walk to the farol or to playa do norte.We had an issue with the heating, but the next day the owner found a solution. So we managed all right. Note: in Portugal apartments usually don't have heating. When we arrived the apt was cold and we had only too very small electric heaters, not at all enough to have a decent temperature in the apt. But the next day we were given an additional bigger electric heater. From the windows you have no view and the outside terrace is very small and doesn't really have a view on the ocean as others reviews said.

Amazing choice for a Portugal getaway

My partner and I stayed at Rui’s property near Nazaré for 7 nights and everything about it was literally perfect. The view of the ocean from the rooftop patio was beautiful. The area was very quiet. The bed was comfortable. There was no traffic near the place and parking was very simple. It was clean, bright and had everything we needed to make our stay easy and peaceful. There are many restaurants and cafés nearby, daily markets and the town of Nazaré is a beautiful walk away. Rui’s hospitality is unlike any host I’ve ever stayed with. He’s very kind and knowledgeable about the area. He gave suggestions about things we could do while we were there. He’s very responsive and was willing to do anything to make our stay comfortable. Wi-if was spotty at night but overall reliable and if we did have issues, Rui fixed them right away. We went in May which is “down” season so it wasn’t very busy which was perfect for us. It was a bit cooler than we expected, so bring a sweater! I believe the summer gets busier and during surfing season, even busier, so definitely plan accordingly. We wouldn’t change a thing about our stay in Nazaré. It’s a beautiful village with a rich history and Rui is a wonderful host! Obrigado!

Un buen alojamiento cerca de la playa

Un placer estar en esta casa. Tiene todo lo que necesitabamos para pasar una semana de vacaciones cerca de la playa. Rui y su pareja muy agradables y preocupados por que todo estuviera bien. Respondiendo rápidamente Sitio para repetir.

Muy bueno el alojamiento, disponía de todo de lo que uno puede necesitar para el plan en el que fuimos mi mujer y yo, que estuvimos 6 noches y no echamos de menos nuestra casa en España. Lugar muy cómodo

Estuvimos casi dos semanas y todo muy bien, el apartamento muy completo, bien ubicado (muy cerca del faro), para bajar a la playa tienes que comprar un ticket para el teleférico que son 20€ por una semana pero merece la pena, sino puedes bajar caminando. Los dueños súper amables y detallistas, la casa cómoda y con todo, aparte aclimatada. Nos encantó ir a desayunar o comer al restaurante Carabela de doña Manuela ahí en Sitio.

MUY LEJOS DE LA PLAYA

Piso en jardín del propietario , poca intimidad hay que subir y bajar un ascensor previo pago a la playa , camino del ascensor a la playa muy lejos todo muy lejos .
