House brand new, bright and well equipped (air conditioning, washing machine, oven, hob, dishes, linens, crib ...) sheets provided, with a terrace of 50 square meters with sea view two bedrooms, a dining room, a lounge, a bathroom with an outdoor shower bath with toilet and kitchen. The beach is 03 minutes walk. The cleaning service is free at the end of the stay. From the terrace enjoy leisure impeccable view. Shops, bakeries and pharmacies are around. The city center, among others, the weekly market and Medina are located 100 m from the house, the tourist area is 100 m away from the house to be achieved only foot along the beach or by the cornice, a taxi to a request private costs only 2 euro regardless of the destination parking is freely available outside the house. Absolut empfehlenswert. Es gibt aber nur 2 Zimmer. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr schön und groß. Im 2. Stock gibt er 2 Zimmer für je 2 Personen. Ein WC und Dusche im EG und das gleiche im 1. OG. Die Terrasse ist groß und man kann die Wäsche dort aufhängen.

Location belle en image mais sale .Dans la salle de bain qques sachets vides sur la tablette , brosse à dents qui avait servi ,lavabo et baignoire salles . Dans la chambre les draps étaient sales . Début des vacances à nettoyer . Une assiette un couteau pour 2 , aucune poêle pour faire le minimum de cuisine avons du acheter une casserole pour faire chauffer de l'eau pour le thé . Pour ce qui est de la deuxiéme douche et wc au rez-de chaussée impraticable vu la saleté et les mauvaise odeur .

Le logement était aussi, comme elle était décrite . Localisation optimale, le beaucoup bel équipement de l´appartément avec deux climatiseurs dans un beau quartier résidentiel calme dans la vieille ville. Nous pouvions atteindre des restaurants, supermarchés et le centre bien à pied. A la mer, il est aussi 5 minutes seulement confortables de trottoir. Le plus beau est la vue sur la mer d'une belle grande terrasse de toit. La prise en charge par le loueur était très aimable et devançait. Si quelque chose manquait ou ne fonctionnait pas donc un peu, il s'en occupait directement. A notre arrivée, le logement dans Top se trouvait l'état propre. Je reviendrais à tout moment.

La maison est très sympa, elle est spacieuse est bien placée juste à coté du musée traditionnelle de Mahdia est du fort de Mahdia, tous les commerces et la plage sont à proximité. Les propriétaires sont très sympas, à recommander
