Great for golfers

Couldn’t have a picked a better relaxing location. Great spot in PGA West near all the courses. Place was clean and well maintained. Loved that there are several pools in the community.

Nice place to stay with one pretty big caveat

Our stay was pretty much what we expected, as we have stayed at PGA West before. The unit was as advertised - clean, well-stocked, quiet, and comfortable. Minor things to be aware of - the dining room/balcony furniture is heavy and it is hard to pull out/push in chairs without making a racket (I’d be a little ticked if I lived under the unit). The unit gets a lot of morning sun and there are no curtains, so the living/dining room gets very warm unless you crank up the a/c. The blinds in the master bedroom are heavy but must be manually raised to let light in as the wand is broken. Our major “complaint” involved the lighting. Upon arrival, the living room lights, the dining room lights, and all but one kitchen light did not work. We contacted the owners and they were responsive, arranging for repair people to come out that day. The repair people came out and fixed the problem, which was a good thing because it would have been very difficult to use the lightless rooms once the sun went down for games, cards, etc. However, the same lights went out about a week later - on a Friday. This time, the owner was not so responsive. We were told the repair people were not available that weekend and repairs would have to wait until Monday. A unit with working lights is pretty fundamental; other repair people should have been called in. The fact that the owners apparently didn't agree left a bad taste in our mouths.

Enjoyable Experience

It is hard to beat the location and cleanliness of this condo. We enjoyed having sundowners on the patio overlooking the 5th fairway on the Nicklaus Tournament course. The kitchen is recently remodeled and fully equipped. The owners are easy to work with, flexible and very prompt in answering questions. The only suggestions I have is to check the drain for the master bath on left side as very slow draining and the master tub/shower could use some anti-slip strips on bottom as it's very easy to slip with stepping over the tub side when wet and getting out. Very enjoyable experience and one to come back for again.

Always Wonderful Experience!

This is our 2nd visit to the property and it was a fantastic experience. We are in our late 50's and we like to have a resort hotel experience but like the convenience of this condo. I am very picky about things being right-nice linens, firm beds, proper kitchen equipment and this place has everything we need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. PGA West can't be beat for a luxury resort and we are runners and hikers and it is close to many trails and out of the hectic hustle of Palm Springs. We will be back, thank you!

Had a wonderful stay. Experienced a couple glitches, but they were promptly addressed. Only recommendations are to fix slow draining sink in smaller bedroom and clean the duvet on that bed (has a couple stains).

This condo was really nice and the owner supplied everything that you would need for your stay. It was a very quiet neighborhood and the master bed was very comfortable. The owner was also quick to respond to any questions. We would highly recommend this condo.

Tennis tournament

2nd time staying in this condo. It was nice and clean and worked well for the two of us. The lock box where the key is stored is very difficult to open, especially when checking in later in the day. Also , there are no lights on the steep step’s going up to the front door.

Comfortable and well appointed

We rented this property over the holidays to supplement our own nearby home. It was clean and very well-appointed with extra pillows, blankets, toiletries and cooking utensils. Garage parking was available and it is very close to one of the community pools. The balcony overlooks the golf course.

Great place for our family of four

We really enjoyed our stay and the communication with the property manager was great. The only thing that we got turned around about was getting into the neighborhood. PGA West has entrances for those with remote access, but guests need to go through a gate manned by security. Our GPS took us to a gate we couldn't get into, so we had to put "PGA West" into it so we could find the right gate.

Lovely retreat in La Quinta

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend. The property is beautiful along the golf course with all the amenities we needed. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a quiet retreat during the off season as the weather was warm, but pools were not crowded, the golf course was a peaceful walk in the mornings and evenings.

Paradise in the desert

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at PGA West. The area is quiet and safe. The patio gives you a front row view of the 5th hole of the course. Neighbourhood has great walking areas. Three pools were in walking distance. The unit is well appointed with lots of dishes and all the items you need to cook. Host is very accomodating answers questions right away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Winter Golf Getaway Condo!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The condo has lots of amenities that most condos we have rented have not had. Having use of the double car garage was great to store our bikes and golf cart. The location was perfect for golfing, biking, hiking, and daily walks. There are so many pools in the community that you could use a new one every day. Nancy was so great to communicate with - she was just a phone call/text away. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to come to the desert to relax!

Perfect Winter Get Away

This was our first trip to La Quinta, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The unit was perfect for us providing a quiet location overlooking the Nicklaus course, and containing everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the patio. The owner quickly responded to our questions, and made checking-in and out easy.
