フォンターネビアンケの中心部にあるヴィラは、2つのアパートメント、ダブルまたはツインベッド、バスルーム、キッチン、ラウンジのある寝室が3つある大きなアパートで構成されています。 line ADSL Wi Fi 2台分の駐車場もあります。 家の中には、日常生活に必要なすべてのもの、洗濯機、素敵なキッチンなどがあります。 ベッドルームは非常に快適です各ベッドルーム。オンまたはオフにすることができ、したがって完全に安心して夜に眠ることができるファンを持っています。 素晴らしいステーキや魚を作るバーベキュー場を備えています。 美しい海の景色を望むテラスで、コーヒーを片手に座って、シチリアの空気と海を眺めたいという欲求。 家の場所は素晴らしいです。 子供用のベビーカーとバッグを備えた徒歩で最大約10分の地元の無料ビーチ。 この場所の近く（車で15分）には、アヴォラの素晴らしいビーチがあります。 シラキュースのこの家から車で20分以内の場所にあるシラキュースには、素晴らしいお店、市場、あらゆる味と予算に合ったたくさんのレストランがあります。 場所は高速道路に近く、カターニア、タオルミーナ、ノート、シチリア島の他の多くの素晴らしい場所に簡単にアクセスできます。

Lovely villa, very spacious, quiet and not far from good beaches, restaurants, and sightseeing, the only thing I think the electrics need attention, my friend charged her mobility scooter all night and when we went out it died on her, we changed plug sockets and it charged, so please sort it

Wonderful Place

The owners were very responsive and helped us a lot. The property is fantastic, much better than the pictures. It was comfortable and VERY close to the beach. There are family beaches about 15 minutes' walk, and a rocky beach with a deep pool that was our favorite place just at the end of the street, maybe 3 minutes' walk. We very much hope to stay again!

Only stayed one night and didn't have much time there as we were running around the city. However, the place was very clean and well-kept. The view from the terrace rooftop and proximity to the water are great. The owner was very accessible, and responded promptly. Planning on staying there again for a longer period next year.

Beautiful place

This location is beautiful. We were able to walk to swim each day which was lovely. Unfortunately, due to flight cancellations at the beginning of our trip (never fly Iberia), our time there was cut short. However, Giovanni offered us an extra night (although we had another place booked). It was very easy to keep in touch and give her updates or ask questions through WhatsApp and she was very responsive. Her son also gave us some suggestions for things to do in the area. Just sitting out on the patio with the night-blooming jasmine or up on the roof deck was so nice. But it is also easy to take day trips to different locations along the Eastern part of the island. Highly recommended and I would stay there again if I ever go back to Sicily! Grazie!

Excellent location

The owner of the property and our host was very kind, readily available and supportive. The property is well kept, clean and fully furnished with all the necessary accessories. The villa is divided in 2 separate apartments (one 3 bedroom in the upper level and one 1 bedroom below the level of the street) each one with its bathroom and kitchen. This allows for additional privacy if desired. Our family of 7 enjoyed outdoor dining and had fun grilling fish and meats in the dedicated spacious areas. The large terrace on the top of the building is an additional feature with great views. Fontane Bianche has a spectacular large sand beach about 10 min walk from the property but we mostly loved going to the rocky beach few yards from our villa where we could choose every day a different scenery and go snorkeling or swimming at any time from dawn to sunset! Finally, although Fontane Bianche is a relatively small village, its location is perfect to explore the South-Eastern part of Sicily from Etna and Taormina till Scicli, Ragusa, Modica and Noto. Siracusa is so close and the short drive so enjoyable that once you get familiar with it you can enjoy the convenience of an awesome city (Siracusa) while staying in a safe and relaxing smaller village.

Lovely villa by the sea

Very nice and spacious villa that suited our big family perfectly. The best cliffs for swimming (even for kids) just 50 meters away. Very accommodating host - easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. (Only missed a microwave oven for the baby’s formula). Would love to come back!

Great house for family vacation!

We had a great time at Guiseppe's house! It's very close to the natural pools, which our kids loved. And 10 min from the great shallow sandy beach perfect for kids. We loved all the outdoor space of the house - you could find shade or sun any time of the day. The barbeque was a highlight - it helped create great memories. Wish list: Air Conditioning and larger showers. I recommend the house for family vacation.

Sehr schönes Haus für Familien oder Paare

Wir waren mit zwei Paaren in Fontane Bianche und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Besitzer stehen einem jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wer auf Filterkaffee steht, sollte sich Filtertüten Nr. 4 oder 6 mitbringen; wir haben in den umliegenden Märkten keine gefunden. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend, lediglich am Wochenende etwas laute Musik von der nahe gelegenen Beachbar. Kleiner Supermarkt, Bäcker, Bar und Pizzeria direkt um die Ecke. Es gibt auch einige Restaurants bzw. Pizzerien direkt im Ort. Allerdings darf man hier nicht zu viel erwarten. Der Strand ist traumhaft und zum Baden und erholen sehr empfehlenswert. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall nötig. Im 2,5 km entfernten Cassibile kann man schon mal eher abends durch die Gassen gehen. Jede Menge Bars, Pizzerien, Eisdielen, Fleischerei und Fischgeschäft. Hier empfehlen wir Papermoon Pub Pizzeria und Pizzeria Blume. Der Standort Fontane Bianche ist ideal für Ausflüge z.B. nach Noto, Ragusa, Modica, Sirakusa oder Etna zu unternehmen.

schöne zeit in sizilien

Das Haus ist zwar älter aber gut gepflegt. Alles sauber. Das Geschirr ist auch alt hat aber den italienischen flair. Leider hat das Internet nicht so oft funktioniert. Lag aber an der italienischen telekom. Die Verwalterin war sehr bemüht und jederzeit erreichbar. In 5 minuten ist man am wasser.(steine) 12 minuten am Strand. So kann man abends nach einer wanderung oder städtetour noch baden gehen . Viele sehenswürdigkeiten sind in 1 std. Oder weniger erreichbar. Nur Du moskitos stören gewaltig. Aber das gehört zu sizilien. Babystuhl und Babybett wurde auch organisiert. Alles unkompliziert.

Da preferire per una vacanza in libertà con amici e famiglia

Ottima sistemazione anche per 10-11 persone; villa ben curata, proprietari molto attenti alle necessità degli ospiti. Posizione strategica per chi vuole visitare il sud-est della Sicilia; mare a portata di mano con scogli e/o spiaggia/e. Strutture commerciali di ogni genere sia a Fontane Bianche che a Cassibile (2 km). Consigliabile a tutti; in particolare a famiglie e/o gruppi di amici. Maurizio Angioletti

Residence agréable bien équipée que nous avons appréciée

La maison est effectivement à 50 m de la mer (très belle vue depuis la terrasse et le solarium )cependant elle n'est pas près de la plage proprement dite ,à moins d'aimer se frotter contre les rochers )Mais si on y va dans un autre but elle est parfaite :Syracuse est joignable par le train pour2,50 euros Nous y avons fait un excellent séjour Jacqueline

Deliziosa villa sul mare

Deliziosa villetta a 100metri dal mare. Ci siamo trovati benissimo!!! Ampia e spaziosa può ospitare tranquillamente 10 persone. Composta da 2 unità abitative, ognuna con bagno , cucina e camere. La villa è dotata di ogni comfort, wifi perfetto e ventole a soffitto nelle camere. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi ed onorano a pieno la famosa ospitalità siciliana. Giardino stupendo e curatissimo e un bellisssimo barbecue in muratura che allieta le serate in villettta. Carinissimo solarium con lettini sul tetto. Una stupenda spiaggia di sabbia bianca con un mare cristallino raggiungibile in meno di 5 minuti a piedi e, sotto casa, il famoso golfetto per chi ama gli scogli e più tranquillità. Infine a 500 metri una rosticceria/alimentari/panificio molto comodo e che fa i panini caserecci più buoni che io abbia mai mangiato.

Grande bella casa - Nice big house two blocks from the sea

This house is very impressive, you can hardly believe it when you first arrive. The photos and description are accurate. The house was very clean and everything in working condition when we arrived. We stayed two months in Fontane Bianche, and spent April in this house. The owner was always quick to come in 20-30 minutes, help us over the phone, or send people to work on any problems. My family (six people) stayed there part of the time and then my sister and a friend stayed there. The friend was tall and large, and she had trouble with the showers being too small. The downstairs apartment has an especially small shower that many people may have trouble using. Otherwise, everyone was satisfied and we would rent this house again and recommend it to others. La casa è molto bello e lo consiglio agli altri. In March and April there is not much tourist activity, so it is very peaceful, but there is nothing much locally. The nearest restaurant (which says "aperto tutto anno") was closed the entire time we was almost everything. Only one market and one caffeteria were open in March, and then other small shops started to open or get ready during April, but basically you have to drive for anything other than watching the sea and relaxing at the house. Thus, we became familiar with Cassibile (7 minute drive) and Avola (~20 minute drive) and visited them often for groceries and restaurants. There is a great pizzeria in Cassibile called Paper Moon with nice atmosphere and food, and a panini wagon in the small piazza that offers good food. In Siracusa you will find plenty of good restaurants where you can sit 5 metres from the sea. In Cassibile the restaurants tend to open late, so if you want to eat before 9pm you might have to drive to Siracusa or Avola to find one open. There is no church that we saw in Fontane Bianche. Most towns in Italia are built around a central church, but this seems to be an exception. The church in Cassibile is friendly and lively, and holds services every evening and at 11am on Sundays. You will find impressive church architecture in Ispica and most other cities. We found it easy to make trips to a lot of cities in every direction as the autostrada is a 5-minute drive and from there you can get to a lot of fascinating cities within 90 minutes driving like Modica, Siracusa, Caltagirone, Ragusa, Taormina, &c. We fell in love with Sicilia. Two months was not enough; we will be back.

Una vacanza da sogno!!!

Con amici abbiamo fatto una breve vacanza in Sicilia,ed è stato tutto al di sopra di ogni aspettativa. All'aeroporto ci aspettava il pulmino(prenotato)che ci ha portato a destinazione, "Villa Ketty a Fontane bianche". E gia al primo impatto è stato sorprendente. Si tratta di una bellissima villa indipendente, con molta privacy,con un bel giardino, un angolo dotato di barbecue,un solarium con vista mare dove ci siamo abbronzati a puntino,la villa è ben arredata e la cucina è molto pratica e con tutti i confort per cucinare in allegria. La pulizia regna sovrana e anche le camere sono perfette. La posizione,devo dire,è fantastica il mare si trova a due passi e abbiamo fatto dei bagni stupendi. I titolari sono persone speciali e gentilissimi, sempre pronti ad esaudire ogni desiderio,volendo ti noleggiano anche la loro auto, e noi seguendo le loro indicazioni abbiamo scoperto angoli incantevoli di questa isola. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza indimenticabile , grazie a Vera e Pippo, assolutamente da rifare.

Un angolo di Sicilia tutto per noi!!

Séjour à Fontane Bianche

Nous avons passé 5 nuits à Fontane Bianche. Maison agréable, spacieuse, confortable et claire. Quartier assez came et bien situé par rapport à Syracuse et toutes les villes à visiter dans le sud est de la Sicile. Nous étions 2 couples et nous avions demandé 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Au niveau principal ,il y a 3 chambres et une seule salle de bains.La 2° salle de bains est au sous-sol avec une autre chambre (aveugle) et on y accède par l'extérieur(peu pratique!) .Nous n'avons donc utilisé qu'une salle de bains.Notre hôtesse était très accueillante et souriante et toujours prompte à répondre au téléphone et efficace pour résoudre les petits problèmes d'intendance.Pas possible de se baigner tout à côté de la maison, beaucoup de rochers et l'endroit n'est pas très propre Nous pourrions conseiller cette location à des amis en leur expliquant la distribution des chambres et des salles de bains.

Traumhafte Villa dicht am Meer

Für unser Familientreffen auf Sizilien haben wir ein komfortables Haus auf Sizilien gesucht und haben uns sehr gefreut, diese Villa zu finden. Eine traumhaft schöne Villa mit wunderschönem Garten fast direkt am Meer gelegen. Das Haus ist bestens für einen längeren Aufenthalt bestens ausgerüstet und von der Lage gut geeignet, schon vor dem Frühstück ein erstes Bad im Meer zu nehmen und später ausgiebig zu Schnorcheln. Das Wasser ist kristallklar. Ein öffentlicher schöner Sandstrand mit Pizzeria ist zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Wir wurden von den sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermietern empfangen, und so konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt voll genießen. Vielen Dank Sonja und Paul

We were really very lucky to find and rent this villa on Sicily. We stayed there for first 2 weeks in October 2013. Villa is the most elegant and nicely looking in the area. It is very clean, sunny and well equipped as well as it has nice garden. It would be nice to have a dishwasher, even though it is minor point. It is near the sea with pretty wild laguna to swim and it is very quiet in night time (no traffic, no discotheque in the next building, just relaxing sea noise). It is also very well located – not far from magnificent towns of Syracuse and Nota – both are considered as ** by Michelin travel guide and really worth to visit. Catania and Taormina are also in couple of hours of drive. Owners are very warm and helpful people and we are very thankful for their hospitality and kind assistance in the first hours. We spent really fantastic 2 weeks and enjoyed Sicily very much

"Abbiamo trascorso una ventina di giorni di vacanze in questa villa.La vacanza si è svolta nel migliore modo senza che nulla venisse a turbare la serenità.La villa offre tutte le comodità che un turista esigente possa desiderare dalla vicinanza al mare,sia scogli che sabbia,alla tranquillità della zona in cui è situata.Ambienti spaziosi,areati,circondati da giardino ben curato permettono di vivere in maniera libera e rilassata e consentono di godere la freschezza della brezza marina anche nelle ore più calde della giornata. Io e il mio gruppo di amici siamo appena tornato da Fontane Bianche.1 Settimana fantastica in questa bellissima villa. I proprietaria Giuseppe e Vera sono stati super disponibili. La casa tenuta benissimo, non mancava veramente nulla. Vicinissima al mare. Consigliata :)
