In the private domain of Cala Rossa, 7 km from Porto-Vecchio, rents new villa (June 2013), contemporary, of 150 sqm on 1500 m² of land that can accommodate 10 people. 200 m from the private beach. Parking two cars
Pool 4 x 12 m (heated except summer, closed by flap) Fermob furniture and tribe, sunbathing and seating. Outdoor shower.
Landscaped garden

Wifi, linen and towels provided.
End of stay included in the price.

Ground floor: Large open space 45 m² opening on two large windows to terrace and pool. Kitchen: dishwasher, 2 ovens, freezer, fridge, induction hob, washing machine; WC, lounge TV, Iphone docking station; summer kitchen.
Parental Suite: 160cm conditioned, dressing and bathroom (2 basins, shower and bath).

1st floor: 4 bedrooms (3 air-conditioned with large closet, 1 bed 160 and 2x 2 beds of 80 cm and 1 bunk beds (which corresponds to 2 beds) and 2 bathrooms (basin, shower) and toilet.

Gorgeous location - Friendly host

Beautiful freshly renovated house with a gorgeous pool and view. The host was very responsive, accommodating (allowing our party arriving from Australia to check-in early) and generally helpful during our stay. We provided some feedback that a few comfort items (e.g., better pillows, one hand towel per bathroom and some hand soap on arrival) would be appreciated and we also experienced some issues with an A/C unit and the pool. However, I understand the host is addressing these points and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend others to stay!

Beautiful Cala Rossa

Thank you Nat for the most beautiful stay. The afternoons by the pool with the sunset over the bay and mountain backdrops were spectacular and we’ll remember them for a long time! The house is perfect for a holiday home. Big bedrooms with en-suites. Kitchen was perfect and the big dining room table made meals very enjoyable. We loved exploring Cala Rossa. So many little coves and we only wish we had more time to experience more of the local beach restaurants. Thanks for all your help with us Nat and being patient with our lack of French language. A Dream Stay in Cala Rossa Estates

We had the most gorgeous and unforgettable stay at a property in the Cala Rossa Estates. From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away—the home is spectacularly beautiful, even more stunning than the pictures could ever capture.Every detail of the property is thoughtfully designed, from the luxurious interior to the breathtaking outdoor spaces. The view from the patio is simply unforgettable—one of those scenes you'll carry with you long after you leave.Beyond its beauty, the home is the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. Whether you're heading to nearby beaches, discovering charming villages, or enjoying the natural beauty of the region, everything is within easy reach.This home truly feels like a slice of paradise. La maison est très agréable et son emplacement est idéal. Très belle piscine, terrasse agréable, chambres de taille tout à fait convenable. Petit bémol, Il n’y avait pas assez de linge à disposition et certaines petites choses dans la maison restent à être améliorées mais la propriétaire semble être très à l’écoute et la communication avec elle était très facile! Nous reviendrons tous avec grand plaisir l’année prochaine!!

Très bon séjour

Nous avons séjourné durant deux semaines, la maison est incroyable, le cadre est magnifique, vue imprenable sur le golf de Porto-Vecchio. Une décoration soignée, tout était parfait! Et les conseils au niveau des restaurants et bars de l’hôte étaient très appréciables.

Magnifique séjour dans le petit paradis de Nathalie

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa rénovée au style épuré avec une vue à couper le souffle et sa grande piscine surplombant le golfe. Nous reviendrons très vite pour profiter à nouveau de ce cadre apaisant et paradisiaque. Merci à Nathalie et Kathy pour leur excellent accueil.

Magnifique séjour !

Quel beau séjour ! La maison est jolie et pratique: une grand pièce à vivre lumineuse donnant sur la piscine et le jardin... Une piscine chauffée parfaite pour se baigner hors saison. Un domaine privé protégé par la barrière à l'entrée, ce qui permet de respirer sur les plages. Et une propriétaire accueillante, qui avait préparé spécialement pour nous tous les équipements bébé et qui s'est mise en 4 pour que notre séjour soit agréable ! Allez-y sans hésiter !

Le paradis sur terre!

Magnifique domaine privé que l'on peut découvrir à pied, maillot dans la poche pour un bain de mer dans l'une ou l'autre petite plage ravissante. La maison est très agréable, moderne, lumineuse, bien équipée, merveilleusement conçue de sorte que l'on a l'impression de vivre dehors. Le jardin et sa piscine, sans vis à vis, tiennent leur promesse : sérénité et calme, terrasse en bois, farniente assuré! A proximité, resto de plage paradisiaque, possibilité de location de bateau à moteur, et départ de randonnées pédestres sublimes (conseils éclairés des propriétaires).

Superbe maison

Nous avons passe de superbes vacances dans cette tres jolie maison.La piscine est tres agreable et l agencement de la maison est tres bien fait. La decoration est un peu minimaliste mais suffisante pour des vacances, nous avons investi dans une cafetiere nespresso mais ... Nous l avons ramenee avec nous! La plage est a moins de 300 m toujours aussi belle et tres pratique avec des petits car les rochers font de l ombre le matin. Le domaine de cala rossa reste une vqleur sure et les massages prodigues au spa de cala rossa sont tout simplement sublimes.

Endroit superbe, extérieur magnifique, piscine, luminaires, meubles de jardin et surtout plancha, tout cela est réuni pour des magnifiques journées ensoleillées. Très proche de la mer, 5 minutes à pieds avec 2 restaurant/plages à proximité, le 37,2 et le rancho. Hotel 5 étoiles à coté à spa/massages Clarins, pas mal du tout. Propriétaire très aimable et très serviable, répond immédiatement en cas de questions. La chambre principale au rez superbe, les autres très bien aussi, et assez de SDB/SDD. Le petit bémol, 2 serviettes de bains par personnes serait le top, ou petits linges de mains, une nespresso serait le top!!! Famille avec 4 enfants séjour magnifique, et superbes plages à proximité.... on espère pouvoir revenir :)) Merci nathalie pour tout....

Villa de rêve pour séjour inoubliable !

C'est la Villa idéale pour les vacances au bord de la mer: très grande, lumineuse, contemporaine, parfaitement conçue et entretenue, des espaces cuisine intérieure et extérieure spacieux, un jardin superbe, une piscine comme on en rêve pour les bons moments en famille ou entre amis. La localisation est parfaite dans un endroit calme loin de la foule. On a adoré et on reviendra. Merci aux adorables propriétaires !

A long June weekend away with some friends, the house located in a private domaine was not only spick and span, but also tastefully furnished, beautifully modern, with ensuite bedrooms, although opening out onto a great size pool, we were also within walking distance of the beach and a charming coastal restaurant El Rancho, friendly service and delicious food, our stay was heaven. Wifi kept us in touch with reality despite ourselves. Would I go back ? Yes I'm already looking at new dates....
