Apartment on the island of Ischia, in a pine forest with private access to the sea.

The house is located on the beautiful and magical island of Ischia (NA). It enjoys an ideal location, between the harbour and the bridge. It is nestled in the heart of a pine forest with a path leading down to the C. Colombo waterfront, which features several beaches. The main entrance is off the famous Corso Vittoria Colonna. The house is very bright, with views of the greenery and a glimpse of the sea and the famous Aragonese Castle. It features a large balcony with two outdoor dining tables and one indoor table. Hot and cold air conditioning in the three double bedrooms, ceiling fans in the single bedroom, and a fireplace in the living room. Linens are available upon request for a small laundry fee to be paid upon arrival. The street is lined with boutiques, a bookshop, bars, restaurants, pubs, public gardens, tennis courts, and a cinema. Also in the immediate vicinity is the beautiful town of Ponte, home to the famous Aragonese Castle and the long fishermen’s beach. The municipal thermal baths are a 15-minute walk away; reservations can be made, and a shuttle service is also available. The parking space reserved for my guests is on the private driveway. For the months of July and August, I prefer reservations of at least two weeks at the beginning or end of the month; however, I recommend that you still submit a request for shorter stays, and I will evaluate them based on other reservations.
