Apartamento ubicado en el último piso en la primera línea del mar (sin calle para cruzar) con vistas al océano con una terraza de 30m2.
Estamos en el sitio y le damos la bienvenida personalmente.
Las fotos presentadas son reales y son las del departamento que reserva.
Idealmente ubicado cerca de tiendas y actividades completamente renovadas y amuebladas con cuidado. Con todas las comodidades de un 'hogar', consta de un dormitorio con una cama grande (150x200) con ropa de cama de calidad, un baño con WC, una sala de estar con un sofá cama y una cocina americana totalmente equipada (microondas, nevera / congelador, vitrocerámica, etc.).
TV vía satélite (canales internacionales), WIFI gratuito y caja fuerte.
Toallas y sábanas proporcionadas.

Excellent sea view terrace

Located in the centre of the town, so great choice of restaurants and bars. Well equipped apartment, but the best feature is the terrace.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Cristianos with great views from the sunny balcony

Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and the apartment comfortable. The large balcony is sunny all day and we spent a lot of time on the sun loungers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come again.

Beautiful Beach View Apartment

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The sun terrace and view was spectacular. The host was so accommodating and allowed us to keep the apartment for an extra few hours due to an evening flight. Will definitely be booking this apartment again thank you.

Excellent location for 2 beaches and all amenities,seaand mountain view magnificent, apartment had everything we needed for a full self-catering holiday, excellent communication, Christine and Jean Pierre very helpful and easy to contact if necessary. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved staying here. Spent 19 nights. Was little concerned about the stairs to level 5 but turned out they weren’t as bad as I’d expected. Great communication with lovely hosts. Would definitely return.

Amazing Seafront Location

Brilliant apartment overlooking Los Christianos beach. The terrace is a sun trap with the sun all day. All the best restaurants and bars are minutes away. The apartment has everything you'll need for an enjoyable stay. Christine and Rodolf are great hosts and are easy to get hold of if you need them. Will definitely return in the furture.

Great Location, Great View From The Balcony

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect for us. We really enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony. Check in was simple and we were made to feel very welcome by Rodolfo who is a great guy. The apartment had ceiling fans in the lounge and bedroom plus an extra portable fan and the breeze from the sea kept the rooms cool. The coffee machine was most welcome!

vacationing with a friend. the owners are always in touch. the place is super. sunbathing on the balcony. autumn is close to the ocean. went down and you are already in the ocean. There are many shops, restaurants and cafes nearby.

Lovely 5th floor apartment with the best balcony complete with sun loungers which we spent a couple of days on as it’s a prime spot for all day sunshine while taking in the views of the beach and also people watching We found the apartment to be clean and everything we could possibly need with good communication from our host Christine. Hope to return again soon to this fabulously positioned apartment..

Beautiful apartment

Loved everything about this place. The apartment is light, airy and spotlessly clean. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, we loved just sitting on the balcony, enjoying the view, especially the sunsets. Kitchen well equipped with essentials. Oh, and the very welcome bottle of wine and beer and water in the fridge was a perfect start to out holiday. We certainly hope to be back .

Fantastic!

We were greeted at the apartment by Christine and Jean Pierre who were very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is up lots of stairs with no lift but kept us fit, not good for the faint hearted. The view was amazing. Great balcony with sun all day, you can sunbath here so no need to get sand everywhere. Furniture comfortable and the kitchen equipped enough to make good food. Shower nice and powerful. Would stay there again.

I absolutely loved this apartment and it ticked all the boxes for me ...great view, sunny balcony with comfy sun loungers, central location, well equipped, clean and comfortable bed. Unfortunately my husband did struggle with the 92 steps and we will be unable to return until the lift has been installed.

Los Cristianos view

A fabulous penthouse apartment with all day long sun facing the beach and harbour of Los Cristianos. The wrap round terrace takes in the sights and sounds of this popular resort. All the equipment you need,clean and well maintained including Uk tv as a bit of a treat. Christine and JeanPierre are great hosts willing to help out in any way. Its a bit of a staircase climb but well worth it. A great spot to watch the world go by whilst enjoying the sunshine. Thankyou for everything. Hope to return.

GREAT APARTMENT

Great stay for 2 Weeks in this fantastic Apartment owned by Christina and her Husband, great communication throughout couldnt say anything megative about the Apartment or the communication between ourselves and Christina. Apartment was spotless throughout the View from the Balcony was just fantastic with Sun from early morning till late evening. Will definitely be coming over again to stay in this apartment and also will be recommending to family and friends. Walk up to Apartment is 92 Steps but we looked at tgis as part of our daily exercise and the Views make it all worth the Steps. 10/10 *******

Relaxing Break

Was met by Christine and her husband showed us to the property after a very long airport transfer. Up 5 flight of narrow stairs, given a tour of the apartment, keys etc. We did have a problem initially with the lighting and this was promptly dealt with. The facilities are great, a nice touch to have a couple of beers and bottle of water in the fridge. Also the kitchen has washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee, salt, pepper etc which you don't normally get in self catering apartments. Having the fridge freezer was an added bonus. Wifi could loose connection in the bedroom but this wasn't a big issue for us. The property is a great location not only for people watching, but the beach and so many restaurants, and walking too. We made full use of the sunbeds as the balcony gets sun all day. We will definitely look to visit again.

Central location

This aparment is on the 5th floor directly overlooking Los Cristianos beach and harbour. There are 130 steps to get there but the spacious balcony enjoys a southerly aspect. Thisis the aparment's best feature. We enjoyed the sun from 0900 to 1830 when we were there in March. Inside, the bedroom, bathroom and lounge is spacious enough for two - four would struggle for storage space. The kitchen has all that is required for self catering although I would have liked an oven. The owners have plans to refurbish the flat which it does need as a few floor tiles are chipped or loose. Location wise it is ideal with shops, and a wide range of restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. These generated some noise but things usually quietened down around 2230. The bus station is about a 10 minute walk away. Christine and Jean-Pierre were very welcoming and helpful during our stay. We would not hesitate to go back.
