The typical Istrian stone house, on two levels, built in 1940 and renovated in 2004. On the ground floor there is the open space kitchen with the living room, a small bathroom and the closet. To enrich the living room there is a typical fireplace in front of the comfortable sofa that becomes a double bed if necessary. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom. In the large garden as well as the table to eat your meals in the shade (one under a plum tree and the other on the recent terrace 2016), there are deckchairs to relax and read, listen to music or simply sleep.
In July 2013 to expand the offer and make the house with its large garden an even more welcoming and beautiful place, we built the pool for a bit of refreshment on those hot days that you do not even want to go to the beach .
The swimming pool is open from June 1st to September 15th (obviously it is necessary to evaluate the time)
We did not want to turn it into a luxurious villa, but we have always tried to keep intact its Istrian country house character as much as possible. Restructuring it we wanted to enhance the familiar warmth and simplicity of the homes of the past. We then expanded the apartment adjacent to the main house to be able to stay in this apartment, but without disturbing or invading in any way the spaces of our guests. The garden and the pool are in fact for the exclusive use of those who rent the house. The house is 200m from the other houses of the small village in which it is located, so peace and freedom are many.
