Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This was our 5th time at this property. Very comfortable for my wife and I and our 2 dogs. Nice walk to beach in a beautiful setting. Owner (Laura) is very easy to communicate with.

The villa was very clean, the check in and check out process was very easy. The villa was located near the pickleball courts and walking distance to the beach. Villa was very well maintained and we wanted for nothing. Thanks to the host!!

First off, the property is a lot larger in person than in the pictures. Diane was very responsive to our questions and had a nice binder available for area information. While the location and property are fabulous, what set this stay apart for us was the little things; plenty of dishwashing soap and laundry detergent, lots of hangers, an outdoor shower (for washing off beach sand), a beach umbrella and chairs, a desk, hammock on the deck, etc. It's nice to stay in a place that feels like home without having to bring all the little things with us. We'll be back!

Veronica was an A+ host, her place has everything you need! From beach gear to cooking, there's really nothing you need to prepare yourself. The location is fantastic too, would recommend to anyone looking for a carefree stay at Hilton Head.
