Authentique, chaleureux et confortable

Nous avons loué ce magnifique chalet entre amis, à 12 pour 1 semaine de ski. En un seul mot : GÉNIAL 🤩 Propriétaire à l’écoute, accueil bien encadré, propreté impeccable, tout le matériel nécessaire pour une bonne raclette savoyarde ou cuisiner de bon petits plats, infrastructures modernes,… bref, relaxation et bien être sont au rendez-vous ! On reviendra certainement ! 😀

Do NOT stay here.

Simply (or not so simply) put— this chalet is an absolute scam. If possible to score lower, I certainly would. Absolutely beautiful, however the owner/operator are criminal and have accused us of a multitude of still outstanding issues and are currently refusing to return our security deposit. The details— -Several months before our stay, we asked for some assistance/tips for the area; we never received ANY information nor assistance (in person or via email correspondence) and we were charged/deducted “concierge fee” following our stay. -We were accused of breaking the dishwasher; the dishwasher malfunctioned (started leaking water) mid-week, we notified the manager via email and received NO response. Simultaneously, we asked what checkout procedures were via email (ie what to do with trash, laundry, etc) and again, NO RESPONSE. -The owner also adds that neighbors nearby were reporting “parties” and large groups of people— again untrue. We had friends staying in the area; on one evening, we all had dinner together at the chalet. There were no parties, no loud music, and NO complaints from nearby neighbors or police. Daniel also accused us of “ruining” the turpentine/shellac on the wood floor, saying that they had just been redone several months before; though made of lovely old wood (...says so in the title!) the wood floors are very aged, and there was absolutely no WAY that these floors had been recently shellacked, and in fact I believe we left the floors cleaner than when we found them. -on the last day (Saturday) when the cleaners arrived, they began yelling, accusing us of breaking the jacuzzi— ripped cover and broken thermometer. We have photographic proof that neither were the case. Additionally, the jacuzzi didn’t operate correctly/didn’t heat up until mid-week, thus was unusable for half of the week. -They also accused us of “leavings bags and bags of trash” throughout the house; again completely false; as was noted above, we reached out to Betty several days before our departure asking about trash removal and checkout procedures and received (again) NO RESPONSE; we had to find trash disposal on our own and indeed disposed of ALL of our trash/recycling from the week prior to our departure. I feel that we were targeted given we were a group 30-40 year old singles, not a family with small children. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Wonderful Chalet

The chalet itself is beautifully built of antique wood and the interior is appointed to a very high standard. The facilities are also excellent with steam rooms, jacuzzi and wellness room providing entertainment in the evenings after a long day skiing, the children loved it. The Chalet was also presented to a high standard as you would expect in a 5Star hotel. The location is private and yet only 5 minutes from the ski slopes and cable cars at St Bettex. An excellent choice for a luxury holiday with family and friends.

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus mit tollem Wellnessbereich.

Wir waren mit 11 Personen vom 10.-17.03.2018 in diesem tollen Haus. Es ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, hat reichlich Platz und einen tollen Wellnessbereich mit Dampfbad, Sauna und Infrarot-Sauna. Den Whirlpool auf der Terasse mit Blick auf den Mont Blanc haben wir sehr genossen. Aufgrund der Nebensaison und den Schneeverhältnissen war es auch kein Problem, dass man mit dem Auto zur Mittelstation fahren muss.

Merveilleux

Nous avons séjourné au chalet Cocoon 1 semaine. Le chalet est très fonctionnel et parfaitement équipé . Le chalet est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et les prestations de très grande qualité . Le lieu est propice à la détente et au repos, la vue sur le Mont Blanc est époustouflante . Le propriétaire est très agréable et Nous a fourni de bons conseils pratiques et gastronomiques pour parfaire notre séjour. L'espace Wellness est très agréable après les journées de ski . Je recommande vivement cette location . Nous reviendrons au Chalet Cocoon sans hésitation .

Tout confort et luxueux .

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans un chalet magnifique qui nous transporte tout de suite dans l'univers de la région. Sa décoration chaleureuse et tamisée installe une famille dans un cocon de confort ou rien ne manque. Literie très confortable. Pratique pour tous les membres de la famille le chalet se trouve à mi-chemin en 10 minute en voiture entre le village saint-Gervais et la station de ski Le bettex Nous avons également apprécié le retour à ski à quelques mètres du chalet après son petit chemin pédestre de 5 minutes. N'hésitez pas sur cette location vous ne le regretterez pas. Evelyne et David lacroix

Stunning!

Party of 11 stayed in the chalet 2/1 - 9/1/16 and had an absolutely fantastic time. the chalet was stunning, beautifully and tastefully decorated and equipped. Lovely big table for us all to eat round. open fire gorgeous. Bedrooms and bathrooms perfect. The chalet was spotlessly clean, Natalie was very welcoming and helpful. The wellness centre and jacuzzi were much appreciated and again clean and stunningly equipped. We'd like to visit again and would recommend this chalet to anyone wanting a touch of good value luxury and relaxation., The skiing was also superb!

Au chalet Cocoon, vous êtes cocoonés

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans le chalet Cocoon la première semaine des vacances de Noël grands parents, enfants et petits-enfants comme si nous étions chez nous : un vrai luxe. Tout est pensé pour le bien-être et l'équipement répond à toutes les envies. La décoration est chaleureuse, l'accueil de Nathalie bien agréable. Sans neige mais avec une vue incomparable sur le Mont Blanc et un soleil toujours présent, C'était un Noël aux balcons ! Seul hic, un accès difficile en voiture si il y a beaucoup de neige.

Superbe semaine

Superbe semaine dans ce magnifique chalet, convivial, tout équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de gout. Le chalet est spacieux et bien agence. Et la vue sur le Mont Blanc est magnifique... A recommander sans hésitations! La localisation, plutôt isolée (synonyme de calme), rend toutefois la voiture indispensable.

"nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans ce magnifique chalet, très convivial, très chaleureux, avec des équipements haut de gamme et décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de subtilité.
