The house has everything you need! We really enjoyed our stay. You do need a car as it is futher up the hill but nice and quiet.

Fantastic Villa

We had a fantastic week at the Villa. The view from the back garden is wonderful. The villa is very well furnished and is kitted out with everything you need. I highly recommend a visit.

Great vacation house in Marbella

We were a family of 6 with kids who enjoyed the pool and house. The house has a nice outside area with pool, sunbeds, some view of the sea and good sun conditions. Would recommend house for familys with kids. Caroline (owner) was informativ and available if needed.

A Hidden Gem in the Hills of Marbella

We stayed at this stunning villa in the hills of Marbella with a group of 8 friends, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The villa is a beautiful Spanish-style home full of charm and character, with breathtaking views and total tranquility.Inside, the space was spacious and perfectly laid out—with 4 comfortable bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with great showers, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed for group dinners and lazy breakfasts by the pool. The traditional décor blended beautifully with the surroundings, giving us that authentic Andalusian feel we were looking for.The highlight was definitely the private swimming pool and outdoor area—ideal for relaxing during the day or enjoying a drink under the stars at night. Every corner of the property felt well cared for and designed with comfort in mind.This villa is an absolute gem, and we would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy Marbella in style and privacy!

Beautiful place! Would really recommend other this house!

We where a family of 6 adults and 3 children in 15, 13 and 2 years old. The house is very nice with modern kitchen and AC in every sleeping room. The location is great if you like a great view from the cozy terrace but you need to take the car to the city because the location is up on a hill of course. The drive down to the beach took only 5-7min. The pool area with soft sun beds is really nice. Overall we had a great stay and everything was working good. Good communication/info before our stay with the owner and the guy that took care of us down in Marbella as well. Would really recommend this place and will come back next time visiting Marbella! Thanks for everything!

Beautiful and tranquil villa

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Familia. It was so peaceful and tranquil (even with 3 small children in tow!). The view from the veranda overlooking the sea was magnificent! On a clear day we could even see Africa, which the children loved! We thoroughly enjoyed our mealtimes and sundowners sitting on the lovely big table outside. All amenities are catered for and the pool / garden is great. The villa itself is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of bathrooms. The villa is slightly further out the town than we first thought, and up some steep hills. Hindsight we should have got a car but we managed with taxis. There is a garage and ample on-road parking outside the villa so a car wouldn't have been an issue. There are also no shops nearby (nearest is 20 mins walk) so food shop planning is important if self catering. UberEats (for groceries) is available in Marbella, but can be hit and miss with their delivery drivers. But with the villa being that bit further out of town meant it was so peaceful which was lovely. Contact with the host in the lead up to our stay was very smooth and responsive. Whilst there, any issue we had, the House Manager, Fabio was very responsive so things were resolved quickly. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing week in a beautiful location!

Belle villa super équipée

Globalement, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous étions une famille de 6 adultes. En effet, la villa est moderne et confortable. La cuisine est particulièrement bien équipée en ustensiles de cuisine et en électroménager. Toutefois, bien que toutes les chambres soient dotées d’une climatisation, nous ne pouvions y capter le réseau wifi, étant principalement efficace dans le salon. Ce dernier ne possède pas de climatisation par ailleurs. Aussi, la vue depuis la terrasse était magnifique. De plus, le jacuzzi et le sauna constituent une réelle plus-value. J'ajoute aussi que la communication avec le propriétaire, qu'elle ait eu lieu avant ou pendant le séjour, a été excellente. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa et ne manquerons pas d’y retourner !

Très bien, maison et cadre très agréable, tranquille, piscine adaptée pour s'entraîner, nous avons pu gérer la remise et dépose des clefs à distance ce qui facilite la gestion horaire arrivée /départ. Nous aimerions bien revenir !

villa parfaite avec vue imprenable

Villa idéalement située entre le calme de l'urbanization et l'agitation de Marbella tout proche. La vue sur la mer est magnifique , on aperçoit aussi le Maroc et Gibraltar par temps clair. Le jardin est bien entretenu et la piscine c'est que du bonheur , le tout avec un généreux soleil garanti ..... VACANCES EXCEPTIONNELLES

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa qui est très fonctionnelle! La piscine est suffisamment grande et le sauna et le jacuzzi sont vraiment un plus. Je vous recommande ce lieu que ce soit en famille ou entre amis.

Magnifque villa, tres bien place et vue fabuleuse

Nous avons passe un maginifique sejour dans cette tres belle villa, les comodites etaient tres bonnes, tres comfortable, vue sur la mer, piscine parfaite pour l'usage que nous en avons fait. Je la recommende definitivement a toute les personnes qui souhaitent y aller. Le grand plus est le sauna et le Jacuzzi! Bonne vacances!
