Brand new apartment situated in the charming and picturesque bay of St. Gregory of Capo d'Orlando. At about 50 meters from the house is the beautiful sandy beach of San Gregorio which is, undoubtedly, one of the most beautiful in Italy. The entire bay is a true gift of nature with many sandy coves that are embedded in an idyllic rocky. Rounding out the beauty of the place is the Mount of the Madonna and the Church that is in its top, which accompanies a good part of the road which is part of the bay. The house is located in the context of a residence of recent construction with closing gate. E 'with assigned parking discovered. At about 2 km is the center of Capo d'Orlando with all major facilities such as bars, restaurants, pizzerias, shops, banks, etc.

I decided to rent this home located at 50 metres from the beach, to make known to my potential guests the particular place and suggestive that is St. Gregory's Bay of Capo d'Orlando, with its sea of transparent waters, which can be reached on foot. I hope to give you the possibility to spend a pleasant and relaxing holiday and enjoy the beautiful city of Capo d'Orlando.
What makes this property unique
The House is furnished with new furniture and modern; It has a total of 7 beds distributed as follows: 2 in master bedroom, 2 in room (separate beds), 2 in sofa bed in the living room, 1 kitchen place in Ottoman. Moreover, it is equipped with air conditioning in all environments and has numbered and reserved parking. The House is placed in a residence which is accessed by remote controlled gate.
