Great Stay

We had a terrific stay at Jean Luc’s place! We felt so lucky to find this gem. The view to the sea was breathtaking and we couldn’t wait to wake up to take in the view and gaze at the boats on the water. Everything we needed or wanted was there. Also, it’s a short walk to the best restaurants and bakeries in Marigot. The small beach in front was a bonus. Meeting Laura was very special for us. Thank you again and we cannot wait to return.

Within walking distance to town and restaurants. Views are fantastic but bring your mosquito spray.

Splendide

La vue est à couper le souffle! On peut se baigner à la petite plage devant le condo. Le logis est très bien équipé. Tout est à quelques minutes de marche; restaurants, Lolos, épiceries, marché de Marigot. L’hôte est très réactif et accommodant. Je recommande sans soucis.

Appartement de rêve

Appartement avec une vue sur la mer. Plage presque privée. Grand balcon. Cuisine super bien équipée. Un endroit parfait. Ne cherchez pas plus loin, vous avez trouvé votre gîte. Jean est un hôte super et la communication se fait très bien. Laura qui nous accueille avec une grande gentillesse. On reviendrait ici sans hésiter.

Great spot in Marigot

L’Anse des Sables is a great location! Apartment overlooking the ocean was terrific and as advertised. Jean was very informative and helpful and Laura is a kind, caring and helpful on-site liaison. We were very pleased and would easily return.

Amazing!

Jean's property was perfect, it would accommodate a small family easily. We travel quite often and Jean and Laura were amazing hosts, the best I have experienced! The accommodations are exactly as described, comes with beach chairs and towels. Everything you could need to cook up meals at home. Location is walking distance to many restaurants and bars, its fantastic. We spent most evenings sitting on the patio gazing at the water, sipping on wine, the TV never was turned on. Amazing place, amazing hosts, everything you could want in a getaway!! Jean and Laura are the bests host, no joke!! Thank you Jean, we will be booking again!! Nancy

Perfect little two bedroom for a week!

Beautiful ocean right off the deck with a tiny beach, seemed too good to be true in the photos but it’s really there. The caretaker who met us and showed the apartment was so helpful and responsive. Kitchen has everything you need, great to be able to use the beach equipment and do laundry. There’s even United States electrical outlets for the forgetful American. The building was quiet and everyone we met was friendly. Convenient to the gas station and market across the street, a large parking lot right in front, and an easy walk to Marigot.

Perfect!

We loved everything about this apartment. There was plenty of space for our family and the beach really is right outside the back door! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals and when we didnt want to cook there were plenty of options within walking distance. Laura and Jean were quick to answer any questions we had and gave great advice for where to go for food and fun. Thanks for making our stay so amazing! I cant wait to come back again!

Beautiful beach view.

Condo was very centrally located. Available access to everything. Beach was small but right out your door. Beautiful beach and marina views every day. The condo was clean and well supplied even for the beach. Everything you needed.

Paradise!

We had a great 5 star stay! Jean was very helpful, offering advice and information about this beautiful island. His place was clean with everything we needed for a family vacation. Beach chairs were a bonus. Family friendly building. Laura lives onsite and was available any time we needed her. Jean even let us have a late check out and accommodated our group of 6. We will stay again! Thank you Jean for opening your home.

Excellent stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. From the photos you can see the condo is right on a small beach facing the harbour. Beautiful breezes off of the Caribbean along with gentle waves on the shore make this a wonderful place to de-compress. Both the unit and building also provide good security. For those that like to cook their own meals, as we do, the kitchen is very well equipped. Decent grocery stores are also within easy driving distance. Checked all the boxes for us!

Wonderful vacation

Thank you Jean for letting us stay in your fantastic apartment. We had a wonderful time on our family holiday. Laura, our on-site contact, was amazing. Responsive and friendly and even loaned our kids some snorkel masks to place with at the beach. Jean answered our questions very quickly and is an excellent host. Merci Jean. Marigot is a lovely area, less busy and quieter than Dutch side of island. We appreciated the boulangerie especially at the waterfront corner.

Anniversary celebration

We felt very comfortable in Jean’s condo. We loved the view and the sound of the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped. Restaurants and groceries were nearby. Laura was very helpful. And we enjoyed the swimming pool. We would highly recommend this property to others.

Beautifull seaview, stylish appartment

What an amazing place to stay. It is a very nice appartment with an excellent view and everything you could possibly need. The beds are great, kitchen fully equiped, bathroom with a Hot water shower. A big shared swimmingpool outside and the beach accessible through the balcony. A superbe experience.

Het appartement ligt fantastisch, direct aan het strand. De zee is heerlijk dichtbij. Zwembad aan de andere kant ook prima. Inventaris compleet. Ik kan alleen maar zeggen dat ik dit appartement van harte aanbeveel.

Location, Location, Location

Just got back from six weeks at this property. This place is all about location. You can't beat the location. Three stone stairs to beach. 10 minute walk to town for shopping and eats. The place it self was nice , clean and livable. But , [ there always a but.] It could use some new pillows. some stainless steal cookware, a screen door for the bedroom terrace door. The make shift closet is lacking for a long stay. A washing machine but no dryer. What's that all about? No T.V or radio. My wife and I enjoyed our stay but I think we over payed for what we got. Would go back for less rent. Thanks Joe & Connie

superbe!

Nous avons eu a St Martin quelques fois. C'est appartement est situé à la plage près de Marigot. Alors c'est la perfecte base de départ parfaite pour nous. Nous retournons absolument!
