Great experience!

We had a great time at the new, clean, modern, beautifully designed and very welcoming condo with full set of amenities. The views from the patio and all rooms are fantastic! Walking distance to one of the best beaches on the island. The property manager is friendly and responsive. Zero issues. Thank you for the delightful stay, we’ll be back! :))

Little Bay - stunning 2 bedroom apartment

The property exceeded our expectations, by far. Amazing interior design, furniture, and facilities; incredible view of the Bay with the cruise ship terminal and gorgeous sunsets. Excellent communication with the property owner / manager - prompt, direct, absolutely excellent feedback and transparency. We couldn’t have asked for more. 2 ways to get to the property from the main road: one smoother, more like for Sunday drivers and the other one more challenging - adrenaline rush lovers. Pick your way and you’ll love it.

The place with a view high on the hill

The place we stayed at in Belair was very clean, with lots of room and facilities. The hill for the car to climb up was a challenge but we got familiar with this and did not have a problem. We would have preferred less shade on the balcony but that is just us. We got up each day and all we could see was a surrounding of turquoise sea - beautiful. We have been to St Maarten for the last 20 years and had a timeshare which we legally left in 2020. It is great to know that there are lovely, modern properties to rent and enjoy, enhancing our holiday.

Little Bay

The property itself was absolutely amazing. Not having a clear sense of navigating the very steep hill to get to the property would have been helpful. My roommate broke her foot and the hill getting up and down was pretty rough. Two drivers caught flat tires trying to go down the road through a back way, which I hear is better terrain but I never experienced it. I do hope I come back to enjoy the home, hopefully I’ll come with a more experienced driver. Great communication with the managers of the home and very lovely to work with!
