Belle maison situe à vieu boucau

Jolie Maison , bien située , proche plage et Centre du village . Idéale pour deux familles car chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain ... attention à l annonce car le titre et la carte de localisation sont trompeurs .( bien lire le descriptif) La maison se situe à Vieux- Boucau - les Bains et pas à Hossegor ... 17 km de trajet ... pas ideal quand vous avez des amis à Hossegor.

La maison est superbe. Au calme et très bien équipée. Les plages et l'école de Surf sont très bien. Les courses accessibles à pied. La relation avec le loueur est chaleureuse.

VILLA CALIFORNIENNE

Très belle villa. Bien agencée, spacieuse,meublée avec goût...la piscine est un délice (traitée au sel avec très peu de chlore). Propriétaire très gentil et soucieux du bien être des occupants. A notre arrivée, nous avons été accueilli par Greg très serviable, qui nous a renseigné sur les bons plans (location de vélo, cours de surf...) et qui gère également l'entretien de la villa, la piscine et espace vert. Le tout est d'une propreté irréprochable. La situation idéale de la villa permet un minimum de déplacement en voiture : 3 minutes à pieds du centre ville (boulangeries, primeurs, poissonnerie, restaurants...) du marché, des arènes, de la vélodyssée. Nous étions déjà sous le charme avant notre arrivée et notre impression a été confirmé pendant notre séjour. Cette villa est dépaysante et reposante. Nous recommandons avec plaisir!
