Perfect for multiple families! Adjacent to a peaceful pine forest just a few blocks from downtown Breckenridge, our 3-story condo has been beautifully remodeled to provide you comfort, convenience and all the amenities of home.

The first floor features a full bathroom, laundry room, sauna and a brand new fully equipped kitchen with upgraded cabinets, appliances and countertop. The family room has comfy seating in front of a wood-burning fireplace and 55” flat screen TV plus dining seating for 12.

On the second floor you will find two large bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed and bunk beds. Bedroom #1 has a wood-burning fireplace, flat screen TV and its own updated en suite bathroom with walk-in tiled shower. Bedroom #2 has vaulted ceilings, TV and a newly remodeled hall bathroom with tiled shower and bathtub.

The spacious third floor suite features vaulted ceilings, wood-burning fireplace, queen bed, daybed with trundle, TV, and en suite bathroom. Wireless cable internet is provided.

The view of the forest out back and mountains in the distance is lovely, with hiking/cross country ski trails that take you right up the mountain. The indoor/outdoor heated pool is just steps away from the front door and features hot tubs inside and out. We have plenty of parking, but the free shuttle is a few steps away, picks up four times an hour and gets you to the slopes in minutes. The Breck Connect Gondola, just three blocks away, will take you up to popular Peak 8 then catch the connecting lifts up to Peak 6, the largest ski resort expansion in North America in more than a decade. Grocery and liquor stores, shopping dining, nightlife and festivities are all accessible within 5-10 minutes. After a day on the slopes, visitors can enjoy the state-of-the-art Breckenridge Recreation Center less than a block away.

About Megan Lawrence

I'm Megan. I am the property manager and one of the owners of Claimjumper #4. I own the condo with my parents who live in Lawrence, KS and my husband. We live in Castle Rock, CO. We love skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer! We also enjoy spending time together as a family relaxing at the condo.

We chose the property in Claimjumper after many years of staying in a friend's condo in the same complex. Claimjumper is a real gem in Breckenridge.

What makes this condo unique

We love the proximity to the slopes and since there are only 34 units in the complex, the pool and hot tubs always have room. The units are also very sound proof. Unlike other multi family units we have rented, Claimjumper units are very quiet and private. The National Forest right out the back makes you feel like you are staying in a cabin in the woods while you can still enjoy all the benefits of being in town.

Comfortable, convenient and perfect for a family

My husband and I take our son and his family skiing each year. We've stayed in other places in Breckenridge, but found this condo to fit all the needs of family members aged 6-69. Lots of space and convenience to the shuttle are huge pluses -- but, it's the extras that most impressed us (we've stayed in many vacation rentals all over the world). No shortage of excellent quality towels. Lotion and hand sanitizer in each bathroom and the kitchen -- sounds insignificent, but a very thoughtful touch. A grocery store "card" on the refrigerator so we could get the market discount. Plenty of condiments and spices for those, like us, who like to cook. The kitchen was well-stocked, - although we found the oven to take a long time to preheat, we just adjusted. The few minor things we found and pointed out to Megan were quickly dealt with. Our grandkids loved the pool and hot tub, and I was impressed by the cleanliness. Although the complex is obviously "older", we felt this unit fitted our needs perfectly. We'd highly recommend and hope we can come back.

Spacious and comfy, great location

The property is ideal for a larger family or group; spacious with multiple bathrooms. Enjoyed the three fireplaces and the large island in the kitchen. The communal pool and hot tubs were only steps away from the condo, and a great way to relax after skiing/snowboarding. The owner is very accommodating.

Quaint, and Convenient to Everything

We were very pleased with Claim jumper #4. The condo was comfortable and had substantially everything we needed to make our trip a memorable one. It is so convenient to everything (bus stop right next to it) so we had all of Breck at our fingertips. Megan was a pleasure to work with as well. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

Very nice unit with lots of space to spread out and be comfortable. We had adults and children, total of 10. We loved having a mattress for everyone and having 4 full baths. A shuttle stop in located right in front of property's location. We would definitely stay again.

SUPER CLEAN WITH PERFECT LAYOUT

When we pulled up we were a tad worried about location (it is across from a trailer park) however, when we did get in, the accommodations were PERFECT! We have five kids and there were multiple levels with tons of space. This would be great for two families! The attention to detail was great. Many VBROs may stock their places with cheap stuff...not this, everything was there, VERY nice and working well. We cooked many meals and had everything we needed. The kitchen was GREAT! In addition, we had a minor snafu at the beginning and Megan handled it like a pro! She was VERY professional and responsive. I would strongly recommend this place!!
