To take full advantage of this place is nothing more enjoyable than swimming 6mx 12m with its panoramic view over the village and olive groves. Installed on the deck or in the summer kitchen you can indulge in the joys of bowling a glass of rosé from Provence or a pastis in hand. Prepare a barbecue and let the children, if you're with family, playing on a river bank to the swing set up for them or if the ball and other activities of interest will suffice to let us know (games, racket games ...).

Spacious villa with beautiful views

  • 5 of 5

We stayed for 2 weeks with our 1 and 2 year old boys. We were very worried about pool security, however, the fence and gravel driveway (we took the boys shoes off) meant we could relax. The owner was very helpful and responded very quickly to our requests. Fantastic outdoor kitchen and eating area. Big garden with swing for little ones. Very close to supermarket and boulangerie. Market 3x week in Fayence. Great value villa. Great holiday. Would definitely go again.

What a beautiful villa!

  • 5 of 5

Thank you Jean Pierre for such a beautiful property, friendly welcome and service. The large villa was clean, well equipped and maintained. What a setting, amazing views over to the hills and Fayence, which was conveniently only a short drive away. We loved the very well stocked Super U supermarket in Fayence! Plenty to do in the local area and easy to get to lovely sandy beaches (recommended by Jean Pierre, thanks). Yes, I would definitely recommend this villa to friends/relatives and we hope to return in 2016!

Excellent place to enjoy Provence and relax

  • 5 of 5

We, two families with in all four children from four to eigth years old, arrived late on a Saturday in June and were greeted by the owner, Jean Pierre, with wine from the local vineyard. That was nice after a long day of traveling.

The first thing I want to mention is that the place is actually as nice as you can see on the pictures. The view is fantastic, the pool was the expected size, the house and furniture is of high quality (no plastic or Ikea, and it actually looks like the outdoor furniture was upgraded since the pictures were taken), the grass is green and soft (not unpleasant and hard as you may find elsewhere) and the area is peaceful.

After arrival Jean Pierre sat down and helped us with some local facts, like where to find the grocery stores, places worth visiting, recommended beaches and good local restaurants (in several price ranges). We only visited two of the restaurants, but they were both excellent.

During our stay we didn't need to contact the owner at all. We didn't miss anything. Either we are very easy to please or the place was very well planned for visitors and has all we need to create a nice holiday. There was also a janitor (very funny guy) keeping the pool and place neat. Halfway through our visit the house was cleaned and we got clean sheets and towels. This was a much appreciated service. They even emptied the washing machine.

We have rented a few houses in France through the years, and this is the nicest place we've been to. After one day we were talking about when and with whom we would return. I hope we can come back once.

When we came back home we talked about what was the single best thing about the vacation. We agreed that it was the house.

Thank you!

Great place!!

  • 5 of 5

We spent a great week in Fayence. The Villa is great and has everything in it. And if something is missing Jean-Pierre and Christophe will do everything they can to help you. The area and surroundings are great. If you like good food there are several great restaurants around, ask the owner (Jean-Pierre)!! If you like wines the place to try is Jas d'Esclans, 30 minutes from the villa, again a recommondation by J-P. Simply a very nice holiday, highly recommended. Otto.

What a great place. This villa definitely lived up to our expectations based on what we had seen when booking. We stayed for 2 weeks in July 2011, with 3 young children, in ages from 3 to 7. We had an absolutely fabulous time. The villa was very well laid out and maintained during our stay. The owner was very accomodating and attentive in terms of welcome, anything we needed and advice on the area. The heated pool was fantastic for the kids and was of a good size with a lovely poolside area. The kids also enjoyed the garden terraces in front of the villa. Views of the surronding countryside and the town of Fayence (which was a very short drive) were wonderful.

Fayence itself is a wonderful place, with some great restaurants (La Table d'Yves, La France, La Farigoullette and La Temps de Cerises), taxis were easy to book and friendly. Very handy shopping in supermarkets nearby. Also the village of Seillans is also very close to the villa and has a wonderful square to sit out and have lunch with trees providing complete and natural shade. We also had excursions to Grasse, Cannes, the old town at Mougins, and the Lake near Montauraux, where we took the kids out on the water.

I could not recommend this property highly enough !
