Upon arrival, you will be charmed by the property’s natural surroundings.

With no overlooking neighbours, panoramic views over Fayence, and a large enclosed garden filled with Mediterranean plants, carefully landscaped for you to unwind in complete peace.

This privileged setting offers various spaces thoughtfully designed for your comfort and relaxation:

-At the heart of the property, the turquoise-hued pool invites you to make the most of sunny days.
Equipped with comfortable loungers and parasols, it also features a shallow, submerged sun shelf where children can safely splash around and adults can relax while lying in the water.
Measuring 10 x 5 metres, the pool is secured with an alarm in compliance with current safety standards.

-To extend these moments of relaxation, the villa offers two delightful outdoor dining areas

-A panoramic terrace with a large family table overlooking the garden, boasting an exceptional view of the village of Fayence.

-At the rear of the house, a second shaded dining area under a covered pergola, also equipped with a large table seating 12 people.

-For your summer meals, a gas barbecue and a plancha are at your disposal for delicious and convivial gatherings.

-For all ages, the property features:

-A trampoline

-Bedroom 1 (ground floor): Queen-size bed (160 cm) with en-suite shower room

-Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (160 cm) with en-suite shower room
-Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed (160 cm) + bunk bed (4 sleeps)
-Bedroom 4: Two single beds (2 x 90 cm) that can be joined together
-Bedrooms 3 and 4 share an independent bathroom.
-2 separate WCs.
-Two baby cots are also available.

-On the garden level, facing the pool, a beautiful 70 m² apartment, fully air-conditioned, offers all the comfort needed for two couples or a family in a warm and private setting.
It includes:
-A modern, fully equipped kitchen
-A cosy living room with flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi
-Two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room for maximum privacy:

Rate: €795/week

This apartment is offered as an option, only in addition to the main house. It is exclusively reserved for Villa Bella guests.

If you wish to rent it, please indicate this when making your booking request.

A complementary rental agreement will be provided once your booking for the main house is confirmed.

For your comfort and to ensure a smooth stay, please note the following services:

-Bed linen (mandatory): €15/person – includes sheets, bath towels, pool towels, tea towels, and tablecloths.
-End-of-stay cleaning (mandatory):
-€185 for the main house
-€75 for the apartment
-Heated pool (optional): €200/week – available from mid-April to the end of October (must be requested at the time of booking).
-Security deposit (refunded within 7 days of departure):
-€1,500 by cheque on arrival
-OR €1,000 by bank transfer, 48 hours before arrival
Deposit: 35% of the total amount for direct bookings.

Within 20 minutes of the villa, immerse yourself in the authentic charm of Provence: visit hilltop villages, stroll through Provençal markets, explore the Siagne Gorges, discover the Saint-Cézaire caves, enjoy horse riding, paddleboarding or pedal boating on Lake Saint-Cassien, and sample local wines, honey, art galleries, chapels, and olive oil mills.
