Lake Dillon Condominiums 207 è un bellissimo condominio con 1 camera da letto e 2 bagni con incredibile vista sulle montagne e sul lago. 6 posti letto. Grandi TV a schermo piatto HD e mobili in pelle in salotto più un camino a gas, TV via cavo con ESPN, lettori BlueRay e DVD. Wifi gratis. L'unità dispone di pavimenti in legno, porte in legno e bagni piastrellati con ripiani in granito. Decorazioni a tema Lake and Colorado. Tavolo da pranzo può ospitare 4. Tavolo di coperta ospitare 4. La camera da letto principale dispone di letto king size, ventilatore a schermo piatto e ventilatore a soffitto più due letti gemelli in un letto a rotelle. QSS nel soggiorno utilizza il bagno completo della sala. Complesso dispone di ascensore, vasca idromassaggio, sala riunioni / zona conversazione, tavolo da biliardo e freccette, lavatrice, asciugatrice. Situato in posizione centrale a tutti i servizi come supermercato, REI, Starbucks, noleggio sci / snowboard, articoli sportivi, ristoranti, birrerie, vita notturna. Una facile passeggiata o guidare a Dillon Marina, Dillon Amphitheatre e Marina Park. On Point Dillon Park, con accesso diretto al lago e il Sentiero Summit County Recreation / Bike. In inverno è un ottimo posto per divertirsi sulla neve e il sentiero è arato per camminare lungo il lago. Meno di 5 minuti alle uscite Silverthorne. Ski getaway

Great location , clean , warm, overlooking beautiful Dillon Reservoir and mountains for a perfect winter retreat close to ski resorts, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, Keystone and Copper Mountain. Plenty of dining options a short drive away.

Good place, good location, great view.

Nice clean place. Very centrally located in Dillon. Great view of the lake and mountains. A little odd you enter into the bedroom and the balcony is shared with the neighbor. Place was clean, kitchen looked brand new, furniture was appropriate and comfortable. Two bathrooms a plus. I would stay here again.

Only thing I would suggest is that you mention to future guests that there is a drinking water issue. (Water has higher than safe levels of lead) We would have brought our water filter with us instead of having to go to the store just to buy bottled water during our stay

Winter Fun in Dillon

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very comfortable, well equipped & as described. We arrived early in the day but were unable to check-in until the 4:00pm standard check-in time which was not unexpected; however, if they had been able to prepare the condo sooner there is a fee of between $70 to $100 for early check-in depending on how early the condo could be available which was unexpected & unusual). Condo was very conveniently located for skiing (Keystone, A-Basin & Breckenridge) as well as providing easy access to multiple restaurants, grocery shopping, retail shopping and other conveniences. The view from the condo of the mountains and Lake Dillon was beautiful!

We brought our e-bikes and biked a lot! The view from the porch is perfect. The deck area is a bit messy right now with furniture from the renovation that's happening in the adjacent unit, but the lounge chairs were nice. Bring bottled water to drink as there is a note about excess lead in the sink water. Safe for bathing, but not for drinking. Not a big deal. Would be nice if they changed out the door handle for keyless. LOVED the unit though.

Spectacular lake view charmer

My sweetie and I have rented many a VRBO, and they usually fall a little short of what was promised/expected. This rental scared us at first, as from the parking lot this building looks like a big Motel 6. But we dragged ourselves in, confirming our Motel 6 diagnosis when the front door opens onto the bedroom... but then we walked down the hall to the main living space and were utterly floored by the gorgeous front-row seat this condo has of the delectable Dillon Reservoir. The living space is so well-balanced, with a TV that has all the subscriptions we desired (Netflix, Prime, HBO) already enabled (a rare thing in VRBO land), a small but utterly beautiful and heat-spewing gas fire-stove, a well-equiped kitchen with charming cups and plates, we fell in love with this condo, an affection that only deepened with the passing days.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo home was right on and had wonderful, immediate access overlooking beautiful Lake Dillon. A perfect view of the mountains and the lake...I had to take a panoramic picture to try to capture the perfect vantage point on the lake. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and wonderfully updated...very nice and boutique-ish. The central location made access to just about everything I wanted within immediate or 2-5 minutes access. After climbing 3 14ers on my trip there, the hot tub was fantastic...and thank God for the elevator and that it worked well. This is my 5th trip to Dillon and I'd definitely stay in this condo again. 1.5 bath and the king size bed were nice, and twin bed was in the same 1 bedroom as the king bed but there was plenty of space. I loved sitting out on the deck looking directly out over Lake Dillon. If it is just one or two adults (maybe a 3rd child) people staying in Dillon, I couldn't recommend staying in this condo home. Summit staff was very responsive to my requests and questions this time and in previous times staying in Summit managed properties, so I've felt very well attended to and cared for by the staff. Can't wait to stay there again next Summer :)

Very Cute and very warm

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great condo that is centrally located to many ski resorts/ outdoor activities. The space is great for probably a single family, layout-wise. Very clean, well equipped with everything you could need. Great patio space, though we didn't get to use it given the winter temps. I will mention the space was very warm, 70+'F and did not respond to thermostat adjustments. We did mention it to Summit Rentals and they promptly sent someone to take a look at the furnace. That person said there was nothing else that could be done and we should just open the windows. So we kept the windows cracked in ~20' weather to balance out the very warm condo. If you're someone who keeps a higher temp house, this will be perfect for you.
