タウンハウスには素敵な緑のプールエリアに面した大きなフロントパティオがあります。ポーチに座って飲み物やコーヒーを完全にリラックスさせるのはとても素晴らしいことです。
階下には冷暖房完備のリビングルーム、設備の整ったキッチン、台所の後ろにはガラス張りの天井があります。シャワー付きのバスルームもあります。
階段が中央につながります。ここでは3つの寝室とメインのバスルームを見つける。 6人の大人がここで楽しく眠ります。これらのベッドルームはすべてエアコンが付いています。
階段を上っていくと、2人用のロフトベッドがあります。
このエリアは屋上テラスにつながり、海、町、プールエリアの素晴らしい景色をご覧いただけます。

A lovely property. Loads of room for the 6 of us. Air con in the bedrooms and lounge were just what the doctor ordered!! Excellent kitchen facilities. And the pool - so close and so necessary. WONDERFUL

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr heruntergekommen und war bei Ankunft so schmutzig, dass wir dort nicht bleiben wollten. Die Vermieter wollten eine Putzfrau schicken, die erst am nächsten Tag nachmittags mit einem Besen vorbeikam. Zu dem Zeitpunkt hatten wir mit 4 Personen bereits die Küche und die Badezimmer geputzt, so dass sie in einem halbwegs annehmbaren hygienischen Zustand waren. Die Terrasse oben sowie den Grill haben wir gar nicht benutzt, da auch sie in einem schrecklichen Zustand waren. Insgesamt ist sehr wenig Platz, besonders in den Schlafzimmern. Man kann seine Kleidung nicht in den Schränken verstauen, da diese schon mit anderen Sachen gefüllt sind. Die Poolanlage ist gut, aber meistens sehr voll. Der hohe Preis für dieses Haus ist nicht verhältnismäßig.

Torrevieja är en fin stad, lagom stort, många fina stränder, flera stora köpcenter! Radhuset var fint , poolen var precis utanför, parkeringsplats är precis intill ! Perfekt för barnfamiljer! Vi har varit där i två veckor och haft jätte härliga tider. Husägare var trevlig att kontakta med o svarade direkt när vi undrade något ! Så vi sätter betyget 4,5 av 5 på denna resa. Good pool area

Was quite disappointed. Feels like the furniture has just been put there, dirty sofas, a small parasol, shower drapery hanging loose and slipping away when you shower. No lighting on the outside or on the terrace. Dirty walls. Drain water from the shower when you shower. La mata beach is not the "round" corner. Car a must. Hopeless to get a taxi. Low budget home it feels like. We have bought the solar cell lighting, and a baby chair. +We are pleased with the pool area with lifeguard. // Lina & Nicklas

Good Property in a Great Location

This was our first experience of booking through HomeAway and our first holiday with a very young child so it was really important to us that the property and local areas were safe. Peter's communication in the build up to our holiday was fantastic. The property itself was ideal for us with 2 double bedrooms and a third bedroom (2 x singles). The property was clean and well maintained. It is directly opposite the communal swimming pool so we were also able to keep an eye on our older daughter if she wanted to go for a swim by herself. The pool area was immaculate and is cleaned daily. Local beaches are fantastic, clean and very safe and ideal for young children as they are shallow and very gentle current. I would recommend this property and location to anyone with a young family.

We are swedish family, totally in love with Spain and the gorgeous Alicante region.
Annica is a Hotel Manager.
Peter is an Airline Captain with a major airline. We are a sporty and social family that love hosting partys and dinners. We love our spanish house but as we live in Dubai we are happy to be hosts and have guests enjoying our spanish gem!

We searched all over the Spanish coast to find our property and fell in love with this area and urbanisation. This property provides everything we look for when going for that well deserved holiday in Spain. The city is 20minutes walk away. The beach is 10minutes walk. It is a quiet urbanisation with one of the largest and most beautiful pool areas with a large grass area and a large pool. Restaursnts, cafees and grocery stores are dotted around and in minutes of ealk away.
Here we are in easy reach of one of the best beaches in the world, the weather is incredible and everything we need to have an enjoyable time is just around the corner!
The property itself is well maintained and in a nice fresh and clean condition. It has everything you need.

It's hard to find such a nice pool area. The property is just in front of it.
There is both the large patio with outside dining table, the porch and the roof terrace to enjoy and relax.
We sometimes stand on the roof terrace and look at the ocean until we loose track of time.
Here we can be private when we want and social when we feel like it. Apart from the three bedrooms there is also a loftbed, so a lot of space for guests.
