About this property

"LaDune" between beach and forest. Lovely renovation of 110 m2

Capacity of 10 people maximum (possibility to rent only the main building for 5 people for rates contact us. In this case the annex part with two additional rooms remains closed).
Free to the week.

Ideally located between the center of the village, the forest and the nautical club.
Trade and market at 800m, 200m small beach, nautical club 400m, beach Gatseau 2km, great beach 6km.
All beaches and shops are accessible by safe cycle paths and often in the middle of nature.

"Home", 75m2 renovated building consists of:
A living room, dining room, kitchen.
2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with Italian shower and WC 1

"Annex", new building of 35m2 consists of:
2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with Italian shower and WC 1

The two buildings are connected by a 80m2 covered wooden terrace of 50m2 protected from the wind.
It houses an outdoor lounge with a corner sofa and coffee table.

The 4 rooms are very bright, 3 of them with door to the outside.
Quality fittings, kitchen and all equipment is new.
new bedding. Linens provided.

WIRELESS

Fully enclosed garden of 700m2.
You can park for free one or two vehicles at the accommodation.

An outdoor shower on wooden deck with hot water ideal for the return of beach.
