Apartamento en primera línea de poca altura de 2 dormitorios en el primer piso con vista al mar en un desarrollo privado y muy solicitado en Puerto del Carmen, justo enfrente del hotel San Antonio. Está a 6 millas del aeropuerto (10 minutos en taxi a un costo aproximado de € 12)
El complejo cuenta con 2 piscinas grandes y 2 piscinas para niños pequeños. Las piscinas se calientan durante los meses de invierno.
Pequeña playa ubicada directamente al otro lado de la carretera. Gran playa a 5 minutos a pie en Los Pocillos, con playa grande en Puerto del Carmen a 15 minutos a pie. Todas las tiendas, cafeterías, restaurantes a la vuelta de la esquina junto con un gran Spar al lado del complejo.
2 habitaciones para 4 personas. 1 cama de matrimonio y 2 camas individuales. Campamento cama / cuna disponible bajo petición
Armarios integrados con mucho espacio de almacenamiento adecuado.
Cocina totalmente amueblada completamente equipada.

Amazing Stay

The property was excellent - its in a great location and had all the space and home comforts we needed travelling with 2 young children. The owners were great too - they organised a travel cot and high chair for us and were really easy to get in touch with for any queries. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely Stay

This apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The balcony had a superb view of the sea and had a large table and chairs. The location is perfect. The complex is quiet, just a short walk to restaurants and bars. There is a bus stop and taxi rank just a few minutes walk away. Looking forward to going back.

Wonderful apartment

This apartment had everything we needed, a nice quiet area but only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Comfortable beds, washing machine and all the tv channels you could want. Lovely views from the balcony.

Had a wonderful time. This apartment is like home from home and any problems were rectified promptly. I particularly liked the fly screens on all windows and doors. For once I was not bitten by mosquitos. This is a very quiet and peaceful area and we would love to return.

Absolutely fabulous

Had a wonderful stay at this apartment from early November ,Brian and Loyola were so helpful and a pleasure to deal with.Apartment was spotless and comfortable,everything you could need for your stay and very equipped kitchen.Absolutely loved the view from the balcony and the heated swimming pool and beautifully kept gardens,Great location,everything on doorstep.Definately would book this again,and all these great reviews are making it harder to book,but it definitely deserves all the great reviews,We will be back hopefully!

Beautiful, bright apartment

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. It is bright, clean and nicely decorated with everything you might need for your stay. We were travelling with a 10 month old baby and the owners were very accommodating providing a cot and high chair. There was also kids plates, bowls spoons etc. Beautiful views from the spacious balcony and an awning which was great for keeping us cool whilst eating there. Washing machine, large fridge/freezer, plenty of storage, lovely pool and near the beach and restaurants made this a perfect stay!

Fab apartment

Myself and family holidayed in this apartment for the third time. Great location, amazing sea views from the big window and when sitting out on balcony. Lovely comfortable beds and sofa. The TV is a new 49 inch so my husband loved that. Thie kitchen is equipped so well and the big fridge freezer was great to have too! We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. The owners are also very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We have booked again for next year Thanx

The property is run down, needs a full refurb, dirty,outdated, spent two weeks there ,not cleaned, only changed bed and towels once, disgusting! The veranda was dirty unable to use the table that was on it, everything was bad, paid a thousand pounds for that? Could have stayed somewhere 4star for that amount ,we are very disappointed with this it ruined our holiday,wont be using verbo again.

Hi Robert, we are sorry you feel this way about our holiday home- we take great pride in our property. Very conflicting review given your request after 3 days of your holiday to rebook for 2026. As advertised included in your fees was a mid stay towel and linen change-(no maid service ever mentioned) our apartment was deep cleaned(including balcony) prior to your arrival as is always the case post departure of previous guests. Extremely surprised that you didn’t mention any of your concerns when you contacted us to resolve the issue you caused with television(which we had resolved by management company within a few hours) Apartment is self contained and as such a hoover, washing machine, mop brush and cleaning products are located inside the apartment. This helps keep our costs low. Our advertised photographs match reality. Balcony table and chairs have been replaced in last 18 months. As you are aware Lanzarote as an island is very windy, therefore dust blowing and settling onto any balcony is inevitable. Maybe you should reset your expectations and next trip stay in a 5 star hotel. Cheers Brian and Loyola

Home from home!

Our 2nd stay in this apartment this year and it was great to be back.....we only wish we could have stayed for longer. I'll not repeat all my previous comments and those of other reviews.....the fact that this apartment has nothing but 5 star reviews speaks for itself. Since we stayed in July Brian and Loyola have added things to improve the apartment further......e.g. extra set of drawers in the main bedroom, baby's cot, high chair and some additional decorative touches which all add to the appeal of this apartment. I still echo all the other great comments about this apartment made in the other reviews. We'll be back! Thanks again Brian and Loyola xx

Excellent apartment

Communication with Brian and Loyola was excellent, they answered any queries quickly and provided exact directions to the apartment. The apartment is on the first floor (as stated) so may not be suitable for everyone. We found the apartment had been cleaned to an excellent standard for our arrival and all the appliances and facilities worked as they should. The free WIFI was a nice bonus. We found the beds very comfortable as were the seating in the lounge area. The balcony had a quality set of table and chairs along with a clothes dryer. In fact, the whole apartment had a quality feel about it. The nearest supermarket was just over the road along with a variety of restaurants. As can be seen by the number of advance bookings already in place, this apartment certainly merits its 5 stars.Will hopefully book again in the future.

Fantastic Apartment, in a great location, with the beach across the road.

Brian & Loyola are great owners, very informative & made our stay really enjoyable. Best equipped apartment we have ever stayed in - everything you need for self catering. The apartment is in a perfect location - 50 meters from the nearest beach, close to all amenities, Spar shop just 50 meters from apartment, restaurants, bars, etc. all adjacent to Spar but yet the apartment is in a quiet location at the end of Puerto Del Carmen strip. Lidl is only 5 mins in taxi or 30 min walk - so you can stock up. Very safe for children, pool is walled & gated and also very clean. There was no need to reserve sunbeds, there was plenty for everyone. The only negative is that the rules are quite restrictive for kids, e.g. no ball play at the pool, etc. There were several guests there on repeat visits.This is always a good sign and from our experience, we would certainly like to return in the future. Gut eingerichtetes Apartment

Das Apartment ist gut eingerichtet und hat vom Balkon aus einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Duch die Lage im ersten Stock kann man den ganzen Tag lüften und die Temperatur bleibt erträglich. Kleiner Strand und Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke. Nachts wird das mit einer Mauer eingefasste Gelände durch einen patrollierenden Wächter überwacht. Einziges Manko: Das Auffinden des richtigen Apartments war schwierig - nicht nur für uns. Man muss um den Block herumlaufen, Eingang also an der Parallelstraße.

Home From Home

This is a lovely apartment - excellent location - easy to walk to many bars/restaurants etc. And the apartment itself is situated in probably the best location on the Oasis - wake up to sea views from the bedroom and sunshine on the spacious balcony all day. Brian and Loyola have really put a lot of thought into the comfort for their guests - from the queen size bed to the very comfy settees, dining facilities, TV and entertainment and great kitchen supplies. We wanted for nothing - the apartment was spotlessly clean. There are 2 pools for guest use - plenty of sunbeds and well maintained. Brian and Loyola provided excellent communication regarding arrival/access departure details and we would have no hesitation in returning in the future. Very highly recommended - 'Home from Home'! the property was everything and more! everything was very clean and welcoming with everything catered for, view was spectacular, great tv with all channels well equipped kitchen, 2 lovely bedrooms with loads of storage and plenty of hangers which was a bonus, all in all can highly recommend and will look forward to our return.

As frequent visitors to Oasis San Antonio we purchased an apt as a holiday home. To cover costs of maintenance and management fees we rent our home to a few bookings per annum

Ideally located for both young families right through to the more experienced traveller. There really is something for everyone.
2 large pools and 2 small kids pools with more than adequate comfortable sun loungers around both pool areas.
