Frontline low rise 2 bedroom 1st floor apartment with seaview on a privately owned, much sought after development in Puerto Del Carmen directly opposite San Antonio hotel. It is 6 miles from the airport(10 mins taxi ride at an approx cost of ā‚¬18)
Complex boasts 2 large swimming pools as well as 2 small kids pools, Pools are heated during winter months.
Small beach located directly across road. Large beach 5 minute walk in Los Pocillos, with playa grande beach in Puerto Del Carmen a 15 min walk. All shops, cafes restaurants on your doorstep along with a large Spar next to the complex.
2 bedroom sleeps 4. 1 queen size bed and 2 single beds. Camp bed / cot provided on request
Integrated wardrobes with plenty of adequate storage.
Fully fitted kitchen completely equipped.

Terrible

The property is run down, needs a full refurb, dirty,outdated, spent two weeks there ,not cleaned, only changed bed and towels once, disgusting! The veranda was dirty unable to use the table that was on it, everything was bad, paid a thousand pounds for that? Could have stayed somewhere 4star for that amount ,we are very disappointed with this it ruined our holiday,wont be using verbo again.

Lovely Stay

This apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The balcony had a superb view of the sea and had a large table and chairs. The location is perfect. The complex is quiet, just a short walk to restaurants and bars. There is a bus stop and taxi rank just a few minutes walk away. Looking forward to going back.

Quality apartment with everything you would need. Great communication from the owners including advice on where to go if you needed it. Would fully recommend booking here. Location to shop/restaurants/beach is ideal as well.

Amazing Stay

The property was excellent - its in a great location and had all the space and home comforts we needed travelling with 2 young children. The owners were great too - they organised a travel cot and high chair for us and were really easy to get in touch with for any queries. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful apartment

This apartment had everything we needed, a nice quiet area but only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Comfortable beds, washing machine and all the tv channels you could want. Lovely views from the balcony.

Gut eingerichtetes Apartment

Das Apartment ist gut eingerichtet und hat vom Balkon aus einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Duch die Lage im ersten Stock kann man den ganzen Tag lĆ¼ften und die Temperatur bleibt ertrƤglich. Kleiner Strand und Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke. Nachts wird das mit einer Mauer eingefasste GelƤnde durch einen patrollierenden WƤchter Ć¼berwacht. Einziges Manko: Das Auffinden des richtigen Apartments war schwierig - nicht nur fĆ¼r uns. Man muss um den Block herumlaufen, Eingang also an der ParallelstraƟe.

Home From Home

This is a lovely apartment - excellent location - easy to walk to many bars/restaurants etc. And the apartment itself is situated in probably the best location on the Oasis - wake up to sea views from the bedroom and sunshine on the spacious balcony all day. Brian and Loyola have really put a lot of thought into the comfort for their guests - from the queen size bed to the very comfy settees, dining facilities, TV and entertainment and great kitchen supplies. We wanted for nothing - the apartment was spotlessly clean. There are 2 pools for guest use - plenty of sunbeds and well maintained. Brian and Loyola provided excellent communication regarding arrival/access departure details and we would have no hesitation in returning in the future. Very highly recommended - 'Home from Home'! Thank you.

Had a wonderful time. This apartment is like home from home and any problems were rectified promptly. I particularly liked the fly screens on all windows and doors. For once I was not bitten by mosquitos. This is a very quiet and peaceful area and we would love to return.

Fabulous Apartment

Great apartment with everything you could possibly need for a home away from home. Probably one of the best beds I have ever slept in whilst on holiday. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Lots of coat hangers and clothes storage. Outer doors with fly screens are a great idea for fresh air without the mosquitoes. Sunny balcony, quiet complex, lots of room at the pools. Would book again, itā€™s a great place.

Fantastic location, very comfortable and well equiped apartment, always very clean and well maintained. Owners are spot on with information and replying to information or booking requests, we love the surrounding area, the gardens and swimming pools. Maintenance staff always very friendly and do an excellent job of keeping the gardens and property superbly well maintained. Already booked our next three visits.

A very enjoyable holiday in Lanzarote

Both this apartment and the Oasis San Antonio complex is superb and well maintained. We had a very relaxing 2 week holiday staying in this apartment and we found it very comfortable meeting our expectations. We have been going to the Oasis complex for many years now and in my opinion is one of the best in the resort of Puerto del Carmen offering a great location to all amenities in a quiet and superior part of the resort. Will definitely be returning. Thank you to Brian and Loyola for allowing us to stay at your apartment.
