Fabulous Villa, very clean and spacious. Added bonus of Kit and Sandy the resident cats. Loved the decor snd some beautiful art work on the walls , kitchen was fully equipped plenty crockery, glasses, pots and pans etc, Outside area was great, plenty seating areas either in the sun or shade whatever was preferred. Pool was big and kids loved it. Plenty of towels both pool and bathroom , nice 20 min walk to beach and a taxi back and this was only 4 euros. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back as felt very relaxed here.

We had an amazing 10 days at Villa Emilianya, it ticked every box for us; villa itself was spot on, clean, tidy and functional, outside space was beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time there. Pool a decent size and temp. We had four kids ages between 2 and 17 and they all loved it too. Close to local amenities like an Aldi and then the main area of Playa Bianca. Last but not least a special mention to our fabulous ‘hosts’ Kit and Sandy! They made us feel very welcome and were just the best addition to our family holiday. Hope to see them and Villa Emilianya again!

Family Break in Playa Blanca

A really relaxing break in Playa Blanca at Villa Emilianya . Great host in Catherine who kept us up to speed with everything prior and during our stay. Nearby beaches and restaurants offered great choice and all within walking distance from the Villa (20 mins) . Great location and sure to be visiting again soon.

Lovely Villa with a fantastic outside space. There was 5 adults during our stay, enough space for everyone to enjoy. The villa is close to everything you need from supermarkets to restaurants. Catherine was a great host, replying quickly to anything we asked. We will definitely return next year. The cats were a great addition to the villa.

Great outside area

A great property with a brilliant outside area and pool which was perfect for us as a family with two children (11&13). The location was lovely and quiet but within an easy walk of the marina and promenade. A great base to explore the island from. Communication with the owner was easy and she never hesitated to answer our questions and provide us with all the information we needed for a smooth and relaxing holiday.

A beautiful villa in a lovely town.

We loved our stay at the villa! It was spacious, with a fantastic garden, pool, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a great TV selection. The friendly cats were a delightful bonus. However, we had difficulty getting taxis, possibly due to the Christmas week.

Thanks David and I’m so glad that you enjoyed your holiday. I’m sorry that you didn’t find the sofas as comfortable as the rest of the villa and hope this didn’t impact on your holiday. Coincidentally after a wait of several months, our new sofas arrived on 3rd February.

Just spent 8 nights here and it was superb!! Fantastic outdoor area with heated pool. Very quiet location. We hired a car and there is off street parking right next to the villa. Host checked in with us during our stay and was extremely helpful and easy to contact. Would highly recommend !!!

beautiful villa

This villa is amazing and it's only a 20 mins walk into town if you don't have a car. Very clean and has everything you need, even 2 wonderful cats who we've grown very fond of. The late check-out was also very helpful. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent Villa and location

Our family stayed at the Villa for four weeks in November. In simple terms the property was excellent, it was exactly as described. However the pool description does not do it justice, it is a really great addition to the property and somewhere we spent evenings enjoying the November good weather. We would highly recommend the property, the location and owners.

Good Value Villa

The property was situated in a very quiet location, but just 30 minutes walk to the restaurants and nightlife. All of the restaurants that we visited had not only excellent food, but either a sea or harbour view. The nightlife ranged from cocktail bars with singers to bars with live bands. All in all an excellent location.

Peacefully perfect

A wonderful villa, private and peaceful from a great host. The perfect position makes it ideal to walk to either the marina or the old town in the evenings. The villa was gorgeous. Everything that you need including fans etc inside and a lovely pool and shaded eating area where we spent most of our time tbh. Thanks to Catherine (and Kit the cat) for letting us stay and making it a holiday to remember!!

Lovely Villa

Me and my husband stayed for a week and absolutely loved it. Great location as its walking distance to the beach and restaurants but we hired a car so the best of both worlds. Lovely comfy beds and everything you need for your stay, we ate out but used the bbq a few times which was great. The outdoor space is perfect and I loved sitting having my coffee waiting for the sun to come up. Pool was a great size and perfect temperature. We had an issue with the water one evening but this was resolved quickly Thanks again for a lovely stay hopefully we’ll be back 😊
