Villa Emilianya is a stylish, spacious and modern 3 bedroom villa sleeping up to 6 people.
The villa is very private in its own fully enclosed grounds with high wall and built in evening lighting.
The villa is ideal for families, adult groups and also popular for couples who enjoy having space.
Fibre optic Wi-Fi, satellite TV channels, sky sports & Netflix are available on the 65” smart TV. A weekly clean is provided along with welcome pack with wine. All bed linen, bath & pool towels are provided.
The spacious grounds include a private electric heated pool which can be heated to 27 degrees all year round for an additional £50 per week. There is an outdoor corner sofa under the pergola and comfortable cushioned sun loungers & outdoor dining area for six to eight people.
There are stunning Mountain View’s from the huge terrace & the south facing terrace receives sun all day.
The area of Costa Papagayo is very quiet. The villa is only a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive to the fabulous Dorada beach and Playa Blanca promenade. The town centre is 20 minutes walk or 25 minutes to the stunning Rubicon marina.
The villa is stylish and beautifully furnished with fitted kitchen with separate dining area.
There is private car parking, a huge terrace, beautiful electric heated pool ( 8m by 3m) with Romanesque style steps. There is an outside shower and picon garden area with Canarian style BBQ, cactus, flowers, aloe vera bougainvilleas and palm trees.
The villa has a master bedroom wuth queen size bed and a stunning marble en suite and two further twin bedrooms with a family bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in the dining room which could accommodate a further two children so the villa could sleep 8 in total. Travel cot and high chair are available free of charge.
Playa Blanca is beautiful, there are stunning beaches within walking distance and the town centre promenade offers a fabulous variety of restaurants, shops, and other local amenities. Please also see our 80 plus excellent reviews on Tripadvisor.
We currently have two young resident cats called Kit & Sandy, they are adorable, friendly & love living in the villa grounds. They mainly stay in the garden but do like to spend time with our guests in the villa. Cat food is provided. Please see gallery photo.
