Welcome to this recently remodeled unit at the popular INN AT SEACREST BEACH! You will be in a corner unit, on building's west side. So, your balcony overlooks the pool area (not the parking lots), with relaxing Gulf water views straight across Highway 30A. Only the corner units offer an oversized 90-degree wrap-around balcony! It's been called an outdoor living room by guests (see photos). Interior units have more of a balcony ledge, boxed in.

Fully covered, your balcony features 3 different seating areas, to enjoy reading, hot morning coffee, or wine and amazing sunset views at happy hour!

Exceptionally comfortable, this is an owner-maintained unit with a great attention to detail, always extra fresh linens, and some extras not customary on 30A --- including early check-in about 2PM and/or late check-out whenever available (90% of the time). Also, there's no key or "meet-up" to worry about! Our door has a secure app-controlled keypad code. You will receive a personalized PIN code that changes for each guest! Enjoy your stress-free arrival and departure!

This is the only one of 3 *corner units* in the entire building available for rent, and the *only one* overlooking the pool vs. parking lot.

Walk or bike to the best that "Highway 30A" has to offer! This popular east end of 30A is more bicycle and pedestrian-friendly with multiple crosswalk signal lights, and oversized bike paths.

With our compliments, the first day's coffee and hot tea is set-up to get you going! We have "sleeps 4" because we have hosted families traveling with two toddlers or a teenager --- some of our best reviews! We will leave an extra sheet set for the couch if needed, and there is plenty of room next to the couch to set up a Pac-n-Play.

Sleeping in? Need a nap after the beach? You will enjoy extra windows (found only on corner condo units) for both natural light and lazy-day cross breezes. Just lock together heavy sailcloth curtains to sleep in past sunrise --- or take a power nap in the quiet, cool dark! Relax and recharge on a pillowtop mattress, fresh upscale linens, and upholstered headboard.


The Inn at Seacrest Beach is four floors high. It is far more compact than all nearby condo properties, allowing for more privacy and less foot traffic that's common in nearby neighborhoods. Plenty of off-street parking. Two large bike storage areas, with awning covers. You might not need your car again until you leave! Seacrest Beach is nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, two of most gorgeous enclaves on 30A to explore. If you're not staying somewhere fronting 30A, with the water views and listening to the waves, you're missing out!

This is also one of the very few properties in all 22 miles of 30A that has both a pool and hot tub/Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi is heated all year long! (Yes, some properties do not heat their Jacuzzi in "off-season.") This is the only portion of high-rent eastern 30A with buried electrical lines = FAR better balcony views with no wires dangling in your pictures.


---The unit is professionally cleaned after each stay, and the linens and towel sets are solely for this unit. Your linens are not "beat up," and they are not circulating among multiple rental properties under a property management service.

---There is not currently WiFi in the unit --- one less expense to pass on to guests while keeping rates low and value high! So bring your hotspot --- or there are plenty of restaurants and venues that have free WiFi in walking distance.

---Our weekly rates provide an automatic 15%-20% off!

The Inn at Seacrest Beach building is the best spot on 30A for newcomers and veteran travelers alike. It's not fussy -- it's both private and straight-forward. With more than 20 enclaves/communities to choose from over 15+ miles, it's the best value for the money, no question. But it is also the quietest, being away from the hubbub that starts very early and goes very late in many other enclaves that have a lot of businesses and rentals with a big footprint, deliveries coming and going at all hours, etc.

What makes this condo unique

I stocked this condo the way I would want to live in it if I had to.... !!! Nice white porcelain china, stemless wine glasses, and we set up a coffee/hot tea and condiments pack to get you through your first morning! Bathroom is stocked like a hotel's would be. The wrap-around balcony makes for stunning sunset-watching (if you're not front and center on the beach!)

Wonderful stay in seacrest beach!

My husband and I stayed at Crickets Corner for the second time. The condo was clean, comfortable and just as we remembered it. The close proximity to shops, restaurants and the beach make it the perfect place to stay!

Very Clean Little Studio with Cute Decor!

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. Kelly goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I had contacted her about the linens because my husband has an allergy to many detergents and Kelly immediately went out of her way to provide different linens specifically for our stay. She is VERY accommodating. And she keeps the unit VERY clean which is at the top of my list for a vacation rental. I have stayed in vacation rentals in the past where reviewers said they were clean and I found them to be dirty so when I say this unit is VERY clean that means something. And she has it decorated so cute!

One thing that was somewhat frustrating was the lack of Wifi. Kelly is very upfront in the listing stating that Wifi is NOT included but once we were in the Seacrest area and spoke with other people we realized that most other units offer this service (including other units in this same building) and we felt for the price you pay this should be included. Wifi would have made our stay more relaxing, especially since several days the weather was too cool to go to the beach or pool and we were stuck inside. Other people may like being completely disconnected but we found it frustrating.

Also worth noting, the pool and hot tub were not cleaned in the four days of our stay and so there were leaves, bugs and other debris floating in the water. The hot tub was especially bad with a film of small, dead bugs floating on the surface of the water which prevented me from using it on several occasions. This does not reflect poorly upon Kelly but on the management of the building.

So overall if you want a nicely decorated, very clean, small studio to stay in and Wifi is not important to you then you will LOVE this rental unit.

Owner's Response: We adore thorough reviews, and are very grateful for people taking the time. I'm disappointed to hear about the upkeep of the pool and hot tub, especially in spring break. This is typically never the case in high season, due to the increased rentals and attention to detail of the grounds, but I will be reaching out to the management firm to find out how often the vendor is attending to our needs. I do pay extra (and more than other units) for what I believe is the best of the best of cleaning services, so it's always nice to see that extra attention recognized, that is my No. 1 priority! I will share that compliment with the owner of that service once again.

Would definitely recommend! Close to beach and comfy amenities!

This was a perfect location! Not far from the beach. Directions to good restaurants and other things to do was spelled out nicely. The hot tub was a nice addition to a long day at the beach.

The shower had good water pressure, the towels were fluffy and there was even a hair dryer included. The bed was comfy bed and there's a ceiling fan to keep the temperature low at night.

The full size fridge was nice to have for leftovers and other snacks.

Ample closet space and hangers for clothes.

Directions for leaving unit was spelled out perfectly.

Overall it was a great experience- would definitely recommend!

Great condo on 30A

I booked this condo for my daughter and her friend for a New Years Eve weekend. The booking was quick and simple thanks to the owner, Kelly. She was great to furnish extra blankets and pillows. My daughter had a great stay and loved the condo. I would highly recommend.

Owner's Response: The unit has been great for girls' weekends! In fact, we have helped 6 gals be at the building, in their own units, at the same time. We are happy to coordinate with other unit owners for multiple parties in different units (we have a short list of what we consider the best and likewise extra-clean units). Also, the large, comfy couch comes in handy for people traveling together. We always furnish extra complimentary linens for the couch on request.

Beautiful condo w front corner balcony, its where you want to be.

We arrived Oct 16, 2016 to see what 30A was all about. Quaint little towns, right on the ocean lots to do if you are active and like to walk the beach, see the sights or ride the old fashioned no speed, pedal brakes bicycles. This is a very nice clean condo, with a corner view balcony that overlooks the pool and the ocean across the street. Walking distance from Rosemary beach, Alys Beach across the street access to the beach, and if you like to walk or bike you can to anywhere on 30A. We rented bikes and rode to Grayton Beach about a 15 mile round trip ride. the owner takes pride in making the place feel like you are right at home. If there is any issue or questions,the owner responds promptly. We lost cable for a few hours, big MLB baseball game on, and she gave us updates, but also recommended some great places nearby, to view the game if we wanted to go out. Remember to bring your beach towels or pick some up from the local stores so you have a memory of the trip. Enjoy the great seafood and gorgeous weather. We came at the perfect time, not very busy, hardly any traffic and absolutely perfect beach and walking weather. We will definitely be back and rent this condo again.
