Exceptionally comfortable, this is an owner-maintained unit. It has great attention to detail, fresh special linens, and some extras not customary on 30A --- including early check-in about 2PM and/or late check-out whenever available (90% of the time). Also, there's no key or "meet-up" to worry about! Our door has a secure app-controlled keypad code. You will receive a personalized PIN code that changes for each guest. Enjoy your stress-free arrival and departure, on your own timetable.
This is the only one of 3 *corner units* in the entire building available for rent, and the only one overlooking the pool vs. parking lots.
Walk or bike to the best that "Highway 30A" has to offer! This popular east end of 30A is more bicycle and pedestrian-friendly with multiple crosswalk signal lights, and oversized bike paths. You can leave your car until you're departing. This is a nice 10-minute walk to Rosemary Beach, and a 3-minute walk over to Alys Beach.

With our compliments, the first day's coffee and hot tea is set-up to get you going! We have "sleeps 4" because we have hosted families traveling with two toddlers or a teenager --- some of our best reviews! Sleeping in? Need a nap after the beach? You will enjoy extra windows (found only on corner condo units) for both natural light and lazy-day cross breezes. Just lock together heavy sailcloth curtains, to sleep in past sunrise --- or take a power nap in the quiet, cool dark! Relax and recharge on a pillowtop mattress, fresh upscale linens, and upholstered headboard.

The Inn at Seacrest Beach is four floors high. It is far more compact than all nearby condo properties, allowing for more privacy and less foot traffic that's common in nearby neighborhoods. No sunrise morning commotion of food deliveries to retail venues! Plenty of off-street parking. Two large bike storage areas, with awning covers. Seacrest Beach is nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, two of most gorgeous enclaves on 30A to explore. If you're not staying somewhere fronting 30A, you're missing out!
This is also one of the very few properties in all 22 miles of 30A that has both a pool and hot tub/Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi is heated all year long! (Yes, some properties do not heat their Jacuzzi in "off-season.") This is the only portion of high-rent eastern 30A with buried electrical lines = far better balcony views with no wires dangling in your pictures. Trust us, we know of such things.
A FEW FINAL NOTES:
---The unit is professionally cleaned after each stay, and the linens and towel sets are solely for this unit. Your linens are not "beat up," and they are not circulating among multiple rental properties under a property management service.
---There is not currently WiFi in the unit --- one less expense to pass on to guests while keeping rates low and value high! So bring your hotspot. There are plenty of restaurants and venues that have free WiFi in walking distance, too.
---Look over the Reviews. Make sure a lot of travelers recommend the property you want to book not just a handful of "friends and family" posting love notes.
---All quotes include 11% for state sales tax and this county's tourism tax. We follow the law. DON'T RISK your reservation with someone not charging taxes, or not charging the legal 11% total... We've seen some very unfortunate situations.
