Welcome to this recently remodeled unit at the popular INN AT SEACREST BEACH! You will be in a corner unit, on building's preferred west side; your balcony overlooks the pool area, with relaxing Gulf water views straight across Highway 30A. Only the corner units offer an oversized 90-degree wrap-around balcony! It's been called an "outdoor living room" by guests. All interior units in the building have a balcony ledge, boxed in.
Your covered balcony features 3 different seating areas. You can enjoy reading, hot morning coffee, wine at happy hour, or enjoying dinner during a showstopper sunset over Alys Beach!
Exceptionally comfortable, this is an owner-maintained unit. It has great attention to detail, fresh special linens, and some extras not customary on 30A --- including early check-in about 2PM and/or late check-out whenever available (90% of the time). Also, there's no key or "meet-up" to worry about! Our door has a secure app-controlled keypad code. You will receive a personalized PIN code that changes for each guest. Enjoy your stress-free arrival and departure, on your own timetable.
This is the only one of 3 *corner units* in the entire building available for rent, and the only one overlooking the pool vs. parking lots.
Walk or bike to the best that "Highway 30A" has to offer! This popular east end of 30A is more bicycle and pedestrian-friendly with multiple crosswalk signal lights, and oversized bike paths. You can leave your car until you're departing. This is a nice 10-minute walk to Rosemary Beach, and a 3-minute walk over to Alys Beach.

---Clean, open bathroom with oversized counter space, large drawers, and hotel-style "U"-shaped curtain rod.
With our compliments, the first day's coffee and hot tea is set-up to get you going! We have "sleeps 4" because we have hosted families traveling with two toddlers or a teenager --- some of our best reviews! We will leave an extra sheet set for the couch if needed, and there is plenty of room next to the couch to set up a Pac-n-Play.
Sleeping in? Need a nap after the beach? You will enjoy extra windows (found only on corner condo units) for both natural light and lazy-day cross breezes. Just lock together heavy sailcloth curtains, to sleep in past sunrise --- or take a power nap in the quiet, cool dark! Relax and recharge on a pillowtop mattress, fresh upscale linens, and upholstered headboard.
*THE PERFECT LOCATION -- A SMALL, QUIET BUILDING NEAR EVERYTHING!*
The Inn at Seacrest Beach is four floors high. It is far more compact than all nearby condo properties, allowing for more privacy and less foot traffic that's common in nearby neighborhoods. No sunrise morning commotion of food deliveries to retail venues! Plenty of off-street parking. Two large bike storage areas, with awning covers. Seacrest Beach is nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, two of most gorgeous enclaves on 30A to explore. If you're not staying somewhere fronting 30A, you're missing out!
This is also one of the very few properties in all 22 miles of 30A that has both a pool and hot tub/Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi is heated all year long! (Yes, some properties do not heat their Jacuzzi in "off-season.") This is the only portion of high-rent eastern 30A with buried electrical lines = far better balcony views with no wires dangling in your pictures. Trust us, we know of such things.
A FEW FINAL NOTES:
---The unit is professionally cleaned after each stay, and the linens and towel sets are solely for this unit. Your linens are not "beat up," and they are not circulating among multiple rental properties under a property management service.
---There is not currently WiFi in the unit --- one less expense to pass on to guests while keeping rates low and value high! So bring your hotspot. There are plenty of restaurants and venues that have free WiFi in walking distance, too.
---Look over the Reviews. Make sure a lot of travelers recommend the property you want to book not just a handful of "friends and family" posting love notes.
---All quotes include 11% for state sales tax and this county's tourism tax. We follow the law. DON'T RISK your reservation with someone not charging taxes, or not charging the legal 11% total... We've seen some very unfortunate situations.

About Kelly Anne
After spending 20 years traveling to 30A and South Walton for R&R trips and renting all kinds of places (some great, some not-so-great), I decided to buy some of my own and share “value stays” with others. I was raised on the water in South Florida (8 hours away). As much as I love that area, there are no better beaches in America than South Walton County's along 30A. It's that simple. The quartz mineral creates an extra soft, white-white cool sand that is just stunning and found only in this region.

The Inn at Seacrest Beach building is the best spot on 30A for newcomers and veteran travelers alike. It's not fussy. It’s private, straight-forward, and you’ll love the no-hassle parking. With more than 20 enclaves/communities to choose from over 15+ miles, it's the best value for the money, no question. But it is also the quietest, being away from the hubbub that starts very early and goes very late in many other enclaves that have a lot of businesses and rentals with a big footprint. We don’t have ANY retail or restaurants on ground floor or nearby with deliveries coming and going, etc.
What makes this Condo unique
The wrap-around balcony makes for stunning sunset-watching, although most folks walk down front and center to the sand. The balcony has THREE different seating areas for multiple options. I stocked this condo the way I would want to live in if I had to! Includes white porcelain china, stemless wine glasses, the works. There is a coffee/hot tea and condiments pack to get you through your first morning! Bathroom is stocked like a hotel's would be. As mentioned in the write-up, linens are more upscale *and do not travel among multiple properties with a big management firm or cleaning service.* Everything is more hands-on.

The room was fine- we rented this particular unit for the large balcony space- we spend most of our time outside. The problem was this unit is right next to a large maintenance yard- people were there all weekend roofing one of the buildings and we found it awkward spending any time on the balcony with the workers at eye level. The workers were there early and didn’t leave till late so we were indoors way more than we wanted to be-
Walking distance to restaurants and the beach! This is a great place to stay, the owner is very attentive and the place was exactly as pictured. We will return!

Glad your quick getaway worked out! There's always something going on around 30A, even in the "off season." Fall and winter are great to enjoy the peaceful quiet and a walk on the beach or reading on the balcony!
Great Little studio style
The place was perfect for what we needed and bed was comfy as well as towels were good.
The outside porch is the best and it was nice to have access to a pool.The only downside was no wifi,but all else was super.Its great for just two people because it's small but perfect location to many things.
Nestled right between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach is by far the more affordable option and conveniently located to everything --- walk or bike to anything!
