Loft in a barn on the edge of the village with viewpoint, land and terraces

on the outskirts of the village, beautifully restored old barn, outdoor area with views of the countryside. inside
comfortable, 2 independent bedrooms with amenities
 (wc and shower room). Large living room with large picture windows
the kitchen area with all household appliances. A back kitchen to serve as a cellar. The cooler seasons it is possible to heat (underfloor heating with heat pump)
When the weather is mild, the awnings can allow you to eat there.

N. B. A 10% deposit is required upon booking and the balance upon arrival. A deposit of 150 euros will also be requested and returned at the start of the stay if there has been no incident. When the rental period requires heating, the electric meter is read on arrival and departure of the vacationer for the participation of electric costs. Cleaning - 50 euros

A lovely Gite near the Gaillac wine region

Gaillac is an historic wine producing region located just northeast of Toulouse, in South West France. It is one of France's oldest viticultural areas, established in Roman times or even earlier, and still produces a wide variety of wines today. We so enjoyed returning to the Gite every evening of our stay after touring historic villages and wine tasting at nearby Château. Our hosts were wonderful, communication was excellent (we speak a little French and our hosts no English-we used our translation app), the Gite was very clean and well appointed and in a quiet rural area with beautiful views of the countryside.

Gite in l'Honor-de-Cos/Leribosc

Na een "landelijk ritje" van 15 km aangekomen in Leribosc bij ons vakantiehuis. Opgewacht door de vriendelijke eigenaresse die ons een korte rondleiding gaf en ons daarna onze gang liet gaan. Wij waren zeer tevreden over de accommodatie, die was ruim, de keuken was goed en de buitenruimte was heerlijk met tafel, stoelen en ligstoelen. De wifi was goed, af en toe een keer opnieuw opstarten. In de wijde omgeving zijn er veel oude steden en dorpen te bezoeken maar de omgeving is minder druk dan de bekendere toeristische plaatsen. Het dorp is met de bus bereikbaar vanuit Montauban dat een treinstation heeft. Het heeft een supermarktje(alleen 's ochtends open) en op dinsdag een pizzawagen. Al met al een fijne locatie voor een rustige vakantie waarbij je de drukte op kunt zoeken.

Wat een fantatisch huis. Lekker ruim, schitterende tuin, schoon, prachtige tuin met magnefiek uitzicht en alles wat we nodig hadden. Het oudere echtpaar dat ons ontving en in het huis ernaadt woont zijn hele lieve mensen. Ons Frans is erg beperkt, maar et handen en voeten en google hebben we een paar leuke gesprekken gevoerd

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille chez Maguy. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le gîte est très spacieux, agréable et bien équipé. Il est également bien situé pour découvrir la région et il y a beaucoup de documentation à disposition. Les extérieurs sont très agréables, avec une vue magnifique. Tout petit bémol concernant les équipements bébé qui pourraient être améliorés pour plus de confort et de sécurité (le matelas et la chaise haute).

Maison spacieuse et accueillante

La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée et, malgré la forte chaleur, il est simple de ménager des courants d'air pour rafraichir l'ensemble. Jolies terrasses pour profiter de l'extérieur. Route assez passante à certaines heures mais calme en journée. Propriétaires sympathiques. Bon emplacement pour rayonner de l'Aveyron à Toulouse. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette grange réaménagée. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Très bon accueil à l’épicerie de la ville. L’accueil à l’office de tourisme de Lafrançaise était très bien, de bons conseils. Nous avons visité la chapelle de Lapeyrouse avec un guide passionné.

Nous devions nous rendre tous les jours à une demi-heure et la moitié par de petits chemins. On entendait un peu la circulation sur la route juste derrière le gîte mais à part ça gîte très spacieux et agréable Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de manger sur les terrasses car nous devions partir tôt le matin et on rentrait en soirée. Sinon cadre beau et apaisant
