Villa holiday house for 8 persons 280 m2 on two floors plus ground floor with 400 m2 garden and swimming pool 30m2 mosaic in emerald green. the pool decking beaches in tobacco color. Two bedrooms with double beds are on the second floor exposed to the south with big terrace of 30m2 overlooking the sea. On the same floor there are one bedroom with two single bed and two bathrooms with shower . Second floor and connected to the first floor the staircase in oak and also with the outside staircase. On the first floor there is the main entrance, room with two single beds, another bathroom with shower, laundry, large living room with kitchen, glazed porch with trim room. Veranda is connected with the garden by the scale. On the ground floor there is the entertaiment room with consol of play station, movies in the context there another summer kitchen with all necessary . Garden with big table for 12 people and a grill to enjoy wonderful evenings, Deck chair for soaking up the warm sun of Premantura.

A Superb Place to Stay

A fully equipped house, comfortable, super clean and a great location. We had all had a very relaxing stay and the house is so conveniently located we even managed to be car-less for a week, making use of local shops and restaurants as well as the bus into Pula for a day. A big thanks to Sasha the host who was very kind and helpful throughout our stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Premantura! Sasha was a great host and the property was immaculately clean. Everything was provided - modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, beautiful pool and the kitchens were well stocked with all the appliances and kitchenware you would need. Sasha was easy to communicate with and very attentive to our needs and ensuring we were enjoying our stay. Local shops have everything you need and the beaches close by are beautiful! We had a car so we visited several towns nearby- Piran, Rovinj, Porec, Pula and Opatija. We enjoyed several restaurants in town- especially Casa Mia and Venice Lounge. Very good house and very good combination with a beautiful nature and a little village. Sasha was very kindly and helpful. A little beach only 10 min by foot and you walking through a forest. There are few restaurants in the village. Very quiet and peaceful. We had a wonderful time! We will stay her again.

We visited Premantura with two families and had a very nice stay. The house had enough place for all of us, especially with the three bathrooms, 2 kitchen and various comfortables seats in- and outdoor. The children enjoyed the clean pool. We were here with our family (children and grandparents). Everything was super. The place was calm and quiet. Accommodation was clean, full-equipped. Air-conditioner was functioned, and we used often. House is near a sea. Big, clean, refresh swimming pool. And super summer kitchen. We recommended to family with children. Sasha was always ready to help with whatever problem. Near house is centre of the town with restaurants, shops, bakery and ice cream shop.

Well-located villa with pool

Villa is located in a residential area near Premantura- a small town bordering Kamenjak. The town itself has lots of little shops/supermarkets, a few bars and a few good restaurants, which was great. For dining, we highly recommend Casa Mia, which is a short walk away. The villa is very near to a campsite, which you can walk through and find some little coves and rocky beaches. The area is quiet buton occasion there was quite a bit of noise late at night- not sure whether from the campsite or over the water. The villa itself was well-equipped and pool area was lovely and tranquil. We had a lovely meal using the bbq and Sasa was very helpful. He lives next door so was always available if we needed him, and dropped by a few times- once with a bottle of wine. Busez into Pula are regular and there is ample parking outaideof the villa. Kamenjak- the beautiful national park- is only 30 minutes walk away. We would definitely return.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Es war sehr schön! Ein großes Haus mit genügend Platz für alle und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Unser Highlight war der Aussenbereich mit Grillstelle und die 2. Küche. Alles sehr sauber, Sasha war bei jedem Problemchen sehr gut zu erreichen und sofort zur Stelle. Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse am Rande von Premantura und dem Naturschutzgebiet Kap Kamenjak. Charmantes Haus in wunderbarer Lage

Wir verlebten eine wunderbare Woche in Prementura im Hause von Sasha, der ein zuvorkommender und immer hilfsbereiter Gastgeber war. Seine Empfehlungen machten unseren Istrienaufennhalt noch unvergesslicher ( Restaurantempfehlung und vor allem die Bootstour). Das Haus mit Pool war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Anfang von Premantura. Restaurants und das Zentrum sind nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Möglichkeiten zum Baden gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe cca 200m zu Fuß. Es ist möglich, weiter entfernte Strände im Umkreis von 2 km mit dem Auto oder zu Fuß zu besuchen. Auf der Halbinsel Kamenjak gibt es noch mehr schöne Strände. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist gepflegt und sauber. Der Pool im Garten eignet sich besonders für Kinder oder zum abendlichen Baden. Eine große Terrasse unter Weinreben, Olivenbaum und Feigenbaum ermöglicht es, an heißen Tagen im Schatten zu sitzen, oder am Abend zu grillen. Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs wie Geschirrspülmittel,Geschirtücher, Spülmaschinen-Tabs, Klopapier, Mückentabs usw. müssen selbst gekauft werden, aber wenn Sie nach Ihrem Aufenthalt noch etwas übrig haben, hinterlassen Sie etwas für die Besucher nach Ihnen. Sie werden es Ihnen auf jeden Fall für den ersten Abend danken und vielleicht auch selbst tun :-) Anderseits, die Wohnung verfügt über alle notwendigen Geräte wie Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Mikrowelle, 2 Geschirrspüler, was wiederum das Leben im Urlaub erleichtert, spart Zeit und es nicht nötig macht, viele Klamoten ins Gepäck zu packen. Der Vermieter Sasha ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Für 2 Familien oder aber auch für einen Urlaub mit mehreren Freunden ist es ideal. Vielen Dank an Sasha für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Wir waren als Paar hier und sind sehr nett vom Besitzer empfangen wurden. Die Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sehr gepflegt, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die ruhige Lage war perfekt und ein super Ausgangspunkt um nach Premantura zum Essen zu laufen oder mit dem Fahrrad Kamenjak zu erkunden. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder. Der Aufenthalt war schön. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, ohne Zweifel. Leider fehlen doch Fliegengitter, die und arg gefehlt haben. Außerdem fehlen grundsätzliche Dinge wie Geschirrtücher, Spülmaschinen-Tabs, Klopapier etc. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden, danke!

Schönes Haus

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in schöner Lage nahe dem Stadtzentrum von Premantura. Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sasha der Besitzer hat uns freundlich empfangen und war bei Fragen schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die drei Bäder sind alle renoviert. Die zwei Küchen sind super ausgestattet. Das Highlight ist der Grillplatz und der Pool. Die zweite Küche befindet sich nahe am Grillplatz, so konnte beim Grillen alles Nötige in der Küche vorbereitet werden. Das Haus ist zu empfehlen.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus entsprach in Aussehen und Ausstattung genau den Bildern im Internet. Zur Straße hin wirkt das Grundstück beinahe unscheinbar, aber der Garten hinterm Haus mit dem großzügigen Ess- und Grillbereich und dem schönen Pool wurde schnell zum Lieblingsplatz der ganzen Familie. Die Räume erstrecken sich über 2 1/2 Stockwerke und bieten auch genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, wenn man doch mal für sich sein möchte. Wünschenswert jedoch ist, wenn der Badestrand etwas näher gewesen wäre. Mit einem Fußmarsch von 10-15 Minuten kommt man an 2 schöne Felsenbuchten oder man fährt mit dem Auto in den nächsten Ort oder sogar in das nahe Naturschutzgebiet, hier gibt es viele Bademöglichkeiten. Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen und ich kann's somit auch weiter empfehlen!

Sistemazione ideale

La villetta con piscina si trova in una posizione defilata e tranquilla ancorché vicinissima (a ca. duecento metri) al centro dove si trovano i negozi, un supermarket ben fornito, diversi ristoranti e tutto quello che può essere necessario. La villetta è pulita, arredata in modo signorile, intelligente e completo. Non manca niente di quello che può servire in una vacanza. I tre bagni sono nuovi. La piscina è bellissima, con tutti i comfort che si possono desiderare (doccia all'aperto, due ombrelloni, lettini robusti con imbottitura); l'acqua della piscina è pulita/cristallina. Il giardino è molto curato ed è reso ancora più gradevole dalla presenza di alberi, di una bella pergola e, soprattutto, di un fico bello e generoso che dispensava giornalmente frutti buonissimi che abbiamo sicuramente molto apprezzato. Sotto la pergola nella cucina all'aperto c'è tutto quello che occorre per le grigliate. Eravamo in sette, una famiglia allargata con babbo, mamma, 3 bambini, nonno e zia. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. In definitiva speriamo di poter tornare ancora in questa bella villetta.

Traumhaftes Haus in traumhafter Lage

Das Haus ist einfach WOW. Sehr gemütlich und rustikal gehalten. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für eine Unterkunft benötigt. Die 2 Küchen sind gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Und wenn etwas nicht vorhanden ist, ist Sascha sofort zur Stelle und besorgt es. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Sascha hat uns alles erklärt und ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Für einen Urlaub mit 2 Familien ist dieses Haus ideal. Wir können es mit gutem Gewissen jedem Empfehlen.

Comfortable stay in large villa

Family from UK of 4 including two teenagers (16 and 18) stayed at this villa for 11 nights. This was postponed twice since July 2020 due to Covid, so delighted to finally get here. Thanks to Sasha for accommodating moving dates each time. The villa is very spacious, clean and well appointed. Plenty room for up to 8. We particularly liked the modern bathrooms and showers. The sea view from the upper balcony is spectacular. Pool was clean and quite large. Exceeded the photos if anything. Premantura itself is a nice village albeit quite small. There are enough restaurant choices for a 2 week holiday though. Quite a few "cash only" restaurants , so more trips to ATM than planned! The beaches are quite small and rocky, and need longer walk to reach, so not one for beach lovers. We hired a car at airport for reasonable price, and found nearby Medulin to be larger resort and worthwhile visit. Only minor gripes for UK guests would be the satellite TV has many German speaking channels and not English (but the Wifi was good and we subscribed to online BBC and ITV channels for iPads etc). And no kettle or toaster. Would come again, but bring more folks to spread the villa cost.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura a Giugno 2022 con la mia famiglia (7adulti)e un un bambino piccolo di 2 anni. Il proprietario è sempre stato disponibile sin dall'inizio nel rispondere a tutte le mie richieste fatte dal sito e poi direttamente via whatsapp. La casa si trova in un ottima posizione del centro di premantura con tutte le comodità annesse. La casa è pulita, aria condizionata al primo e secondo piano, ti vengono dati asciugamani per il bagno, ha una tv,ha un piccolo giardino e una bella piscina peccato che il sole vista la posizione c'è l'hai dalle 11 alle 16. La casa è molto spaziosa ha molte scale ma avendo la possibilità di avere una cucina anche nella taverna noi abbiamo utilizzato sempre quella...forse avere un bagno anche lì sarebbe una bella cosa senza salire al primo piano. La strada si trova in una strada a fondo cieco e la macchina (noi ne avevamo 3) la puoi lasciate comodamente fuori casa. Per dare un giudizio complessivo darei un 8

Why they chose this property

The garden is maintained by a gardener regularly with the irrigation system, the lawn is mowed and the 30 square meters swimming pool is cleaned regularly. The southern garden with the pool and the whole area is covered only for the tenants of the house

The entire house is completely cleaned and maintained after each guest. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly and at each change of tenant. Towels for pool and beach should be brought forward. Towels and other laundry can be washed in the washing machine in the first floor in the laundry.

Children welcome, non smoking only, pets not allowed not accessible for wheelchairs
