Beautiful vacation home near the beach.

This comfortable vacation home is ideal for a family vacation with sun, beach and sea. Thanks to the whirlpool, sauna and the large pool, it is wonderful to relax in this house and forget about everyday life. On several floors, a comfortable and stylish interior awaits you inside the house.

On several covered or open terraces you can enjoy the panoramic view of the water and read a good book or end the day with a delicious dinner. The children can play undisturbed on the swing and on the fenced property.

After a short walk you can reach the sea and the rocky coast. A sandy beach is a few kilometers away from the house.

Around Medulin you will find a variety of excursions and activities. In addition to good water sports, you can go cycling, horseback riding, visit archaeological sites or enjoy the city life in Pula.

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es sind hier 4 vollwertige Schlafzimmer mit je einem eigenem Bad vorhanden. 2 Schlafzimmer im 1. OG verfügen zusätzlich über eine Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Zusätzlich ist im EG eine sep. Toilette. In den Schlafzimmern sind ausreichend Schränke und Komoden vorhanden. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, scharfe große Messer, Töpfe und Co sind vorhanden und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Pool und Whirlpool werden 2x pro Woche gereinigt. Wer mit Hund anreist, findet direkt am Haus viele Möglichkeiten für Gassirunden und auch der Weg zum Meer ist nicht weit. Die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, als auch die Vermieter sind sehr gut erreichbar und helfen jederzeit weiter. Leider gibt es eine Diskrepanz zwischen den Fotos von Novasol und der Realität. Es ist grundsätzlich so, dass es sich um ein(!) eingezäuntes Grundstück handelt auf dem zwei(!) voneinander getrennte Wohneinheiten vorhanden sind. Das nördlich Haus ist, wie abgebildet mit Pool, Whirlpool und Sauna für 8 Personen und ein zweiter Bungalow für 2 Personen ebenfalls mit eigenem Pool, der getrennt vermietet wird. Die im Foto gezeigte großzügige Grünfläche ist somit deutlich kleiner. Bei der Anfahrt ist es am einfachsten, wenn man den Feldweg ggü der Hausnummer 428 reinfährt, dann steht man direkt vor der Hofeinfahrt. Alles in allem war es für uns ein gelungener Urlaub und wir sagen Danke.
