Excellent location

The villa is located just 5mins walk from the local supermarket, bars and restaurants. If you want to go for a walk there are beautiful areas along the coast and around Montana Roija. The villa has excellent outside areas with a heated pool, comfy sun loungers and a very well kept gardens..

Our family of 5 had a great time here, it was peaceful and quiet . A barbecue would have been an added luxury, but this is just extra, it is a great villa

Sabemos que su calificación se debe a las siguientes razones, y no no explicamos como todavía tiene la valentía de hacer un mínimo comentario. - La Villa es una propiedad de lujo y como tal, el cliente la encuentra en perfectas condiciones de mantenimiento y limpieza, debiendo respetarse en su integridad. Usted no lo ha hecho y por tanto se la retenido integra la fianza. - Han hecho uso de determinadas instalaciones manipulando los controles, por lo que se les ha requerido una cantidad que usted todavía no ha pagado. - Hemos tenido que llamar a un equipo esmerado de limpieza y desinfección que ha podido dejar la Villa en perfectas condiciones, pero con un coste importante. Se le pasará el cargo. - Hemos recomendado a Vrbo que no se le alquile ninguna propiedad, debido a su limpieza y comportamiento. Sin duda, por nuestra parte recomendamos que no tenga acceso a propiedades de lujo. Villa Marta, no es para gente como usted.
