A stunning new property to the holiday rental market, introducing the luxurious Villa Vistas Al Mar.
An amazing new villa which offers everything you could need for the ultimate relaxing, chilled getaway retreat.
This property has the capacity to sleep 8 guests comfortably, with a master suite on the top floor with the most amazing vista from the volcanic mountain landscape to ocean and onto the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. This master suite has a lovely balcony with bistro set to enjoy your morning coffee at and a full ensuite bathroom with shower over bath.
The next two bedrooms are on the main level for the villa and both come with king size beds which can be transformed to twin beds if preferred. These bedrooms share the family bathroom, which again has a shower over bath.
On this same level is the main living space, the lounge/kitchen is open plan with a fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons including a dishwasher, microwave and both a filter coffee machine and Nespresso, washing machine also available for use. The lounge boasts a huge 65-inch TV with full UK TV package including all Movies and Sport channels too. The kids – young and old, can enjoy the Nintendo Switch for some added fun (please bring your own games but 2 controllers provided). Free wifi is available throughout the house. Bluetooth speaker also provided.
Once you step outside the patio doors you will be able to make the most of the gorgeous Lanzarote warm and sunny climate, with 8 meters long by 4 meters wide pool, electrically heated (pool heating included Nov-April) and 8 sunbeds, so plenty of space for everyone. There’s a sheltered outside lounge area if you want to relax away from the sun and catch up with your latest novel.
The undercover dining room provides a lovely dining environment, where the budding chefs in your group can impress you with their culinary delights. A Weber coal BBQ is available for your use.
Back inside the villa on the lower floor is the final 4th bedroom with twin beds and a shower room with toilet. This is an ideal spot for the younger members of your group, there’s a further smart TV, plenty of board games, bats, balls and even a pool table too, in the other basement room is a ping pong table and dart board.
There is a small supermarket shop within 15 minutes’ walk and the coastal promenade is within a 20-minute walk, as is a row of several great restaurants and bars which cater for every taste, there is also a delightful bakery. The heart of Playa Blanca is a 5-10mins drive away and taxis are readily available if required.
