South Boston is a great place to base yourself because of the proximity to the heart of the City while maintaining its own identity and neighborhood feel. South Boston is easily accessible by public transportation with subway and bus stops only minutes from the apartment. Only 15 minute cab ride to/from Logan Airport. 20 minute walk to Boston Convention Center!! Short walk to Downtown/Financial District, Seaport District and other area amenities. Very comfortable, modern unit. Lots of natural light. Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances; Master Bedroom with queen size Temperpedic mattress. second bedroom has a queen bed as well Nicely appointed living room with large flat screen TV offering steaming services such as Sling TV and Netflix. Property Sleeps 4 to 6 guests via two bedrooms and optional sofa bed. Private roof deck. PLEASE NOTE: Access to the unit is a 3 floor walk up via the back deck stairs off the parking area

This is a pleasant, quiet, and secure location. Please be advised that the property is located on the third floor and is accessible only via stairs, as there is no elevator available.

Absolutely amazing experience renting from Gary. Last minute trip to Boston for a World Cup game included a red eye flight for me and a 9 AM arrival for my friend. Gary went out of his way to accommodate an 8:30 AM checkin and gave great recommendations to make our stay and experience as smooth and memorable as possible. The property was accurately described and great for what we needed. Highly recommend! Will stay here again when in Boston area.

Great place to stay for me and my husband along with our two teenagers. It was easy enough to find. We got there early, so we parked on the street and took a quick Uber into Boston for the afternoon. When we returned we just pulled the car into the assigned parking space and walked up to our third floor apartment. The place was very cozy and had plenty of room for all four of us. There were some great restaurants nearby, which we Ubered to since it was still cold and windy during our visit, but they would be walkable on a nice day. Communication with our host was great and the instructions for cleaning up when leaving were clear and simple.
This was my favorite thing about the apartment. It made me so happy to see it when I walk in.
