Ainsleys, only gripe was there was no AC and he made this a complaint, the apartment is very airy and breezy having two verandas. No one has ever worried about AC before,. I have kept the price low because I do not have to pay the extortionate JPS electricity bill for air conditioning which could amount to more than the rent. It was not my fault that Ainsley assumed there was AC even though vrbo sided with myself and said it was his mistake,. He would have known the apartment is comfortable if he had stayed the night. Yes the roof outside on another apartment was being done nothing to do with me, yes we had no internet for that day because the router I had packed up and I was waiting for a flow technician to fix it which it was done later that day. When renting a holiday apartment you have to be reasonable we do not have a duplicate apartment we do not have redundancy we do not have an army of staff we can only do our best, if you want all these I suggest you go and stay in a 5* and pay 5 times the amount for the redundancy of services and the army of staff that are there to assist you. These guys were very unreasonable and miserable I would not recommend them to anybody it seems they want a champagne lifestyle with beer money.
