Veuillez noter que notre condo est disponible pour les séjours en week-end et en semaine du vendredi au lundi et du lundi au vendredi seulement. Les locations à la semaine sont de 7 nuits du lundi au lundi ou du vendredi au vendredi uniquement. Certaines exceptions sont autorisées en fonction de la durée du séjour. Les réservations comprennent des green fees gratuits (des frais de voiturette s'appliquent) et 10% de réduction sur les équipements du complexe, notamment le spa et le restaurant. 2 grandes piscines et centre de fitness situé sur la propriété. Le condo est de 1500 pieds carrés à aire ouverte avec 2 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bain condo au bord du lac. Lit King en maître avec 2 lits doubles dans la 2e chambre. Les deux ont des baignoires de taille normale. Salle de bain principale équipée d'une baignoire à jets de jardin et d'une grande douche à l'italienne séparée. Grand balcon donnant sur le magnifique lac Possum Kingdom avec accès depuis la chambre principale et la salle familiale. Foyer situé dans la salle familiale et la chambre des maîtres. Entièrement approvisionné avec les essentiels de la cuisine, y compris le lave-vaisselle. Stocké avec des draps de bain. Machine à laver et sèche-linge.

Enjoyed another long weekend at the condo, love the location and access to lake. The Cliffs is a very secure property with all amenities onsite. Keith and Lana are exceptional Hosts and highly recommended!

Big condo at the lake

The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The Cliffs resort and marina were just ok. Easy parking and eating breakfast on the balcony was the best.

Great Weekend on the Lake

We have stayed at other rentals around the lake and this is our favorite. Plenty of room for our family of 6. You can rent a boat slip at the marina that is super close to the condo. We loved the pool access and on site restaurant. We will definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I stayed here in May and had the best time. The townhome was perfect, very roomy and a great location. We loved sitting on the balcony at night looking at the water and watching the wildlife. We had deer show up every day for apples. It was so peaceful and the area is stunning! We would definitely stay here again.

First time to PK Lake and could be more impressed. Lana and Keith are 5 star hosts, super responsive, and the property was even better in person. Location is super convenient with lake access, marina, and full service property. A+++, would recommend and will do business with again! )

Condo overlooking The Cliffs Resort Matina

Nice spacious condo, just what the Dr. ordered for a fantastic Memorial Day weekend stay. My family and I enjoyed looking out over the marina and cove, watching the boats come and go. The owners were courteous, and attentive to our needs and questions. We will be back.

Love The Cliffs at PK!

This property and the instant communication with the owners were both wonderful! The space, the location, resort pool and golf course, and the views were all fabulous! (The only negatives were the carpet and the comfy couches need a good cleaning/replacement.) Our family is already planning a trip back next summer--hope this timeshare is available!

Nice spring break getaway

We were very pleased with the condo. It looks better than the picture for sure. The condo was very comfortable and spacious. We loved the big balcony overlooking the marina. One of the prior reviews mentioned that they wished they had brought deer feed to feed the deer, we took that advice and brought some. As we pulled in there was a family of deer waiting for us....and sure enough, we were able to feed them by hand!

Beautiful view

Beautiful view in a really peaceful place. We love the Cliffs and especially the golf course! We got this place because we were expecting to have our adult son with us but plans changed. It was nice to have the extra room. The place is perfect for a family or two couples. The two fireplaces were used quite a bit because it was colder than normal. I highly recommend this spot!

Wonderful stay except…..

Beautiful condo except no WiFi 4 out of 5 days stay. Light bulb in kitchen out. Cushion on lounge chair on balcony needs replacing. View from balcony beautiful. Condo very roomy and beautifully decorated.

Perfect Lake Getaway

This is a spectacular condo, perfect for a long weekend at PK! The rooms are very spacious and clean. The proximity to the marina was perfect since we rented a temporary slip for our boat. The views from the windows and balconies are gorgeous. Unfortunately, we could only enjoy them in the morning since we had pure sunshine and 108 degrees during the day. Communication was always prompt and check in was a breeze! Mr. Cobb, the Security supervisor and the front gate, was helpful, kind, friendly and welcoming! We look forward to re-booking in the future!

The area was hit hard by a hail storm earlier this spring. It would be helpful to be advised that there was damage to the property prior to arrival. It was no big issue for us but there may be some that would take issue. If allowed, we will return. joe and ms T

Quick getaqway

Arrived at office to check in 6/8/24 bout 6:15 pm. Office was closed, but there was a note to get keys from guard shack. We then dropped our boat at designated location and went to the Condo. When we got there a man walked up to me and asked if I was occupying condo and pointed to it. I said yes. Then he went on to say there were honey bees swarming by the front door. That raised some concern. We waited in our car for about an hour then I noticed the swarm was calming down and accessed property. After that episode we didn’t have problems with the bees and enjoyed the rest of our time there.

The house was very nicely decorated and stocked (needed a spatula and tongs) with coffee (that's rare on vrbo). It would have been really helpful to have had a listing of how things work- like the TV/DVD and general site (pool/ work out facility) times - and where things are- like favorite restaurants or pubs and how to feed the deer 😁. The thing that started off our vacation wrong was the fact that I didn't know there was no true grocery store. The closest is 25 miles and it's a dollar general. I would've liked to have known and stopped at a 'real' grocery store to get my favorite brands and supplies. The local store was a 15 minute drive but didn't have very much offering--- although they were VERY sweet and kind when we shopped there. Most places close very early and there's very little phone reception, so wifi is important, but there was nothing telling me how to get on it, so I had to bother the owner. A simple book would solve these issues. I would have bought the corn feed in advance too. Other than having to figure things out... the water boil thing was a nuisance, but the free water bottles helped and we boiled water to clean individual fruits, veggies, and dishes... no one got sick and it's not the owners fault, just life in the hills. Beautiful location, I'd totally go again!

Great location and views

Overall we had a nice stay at this property. The Cliffs resort itself and surrounding neighborhood is just beautiful. It is interesting how the hotel actually manages this condo, even though it is not truly a part of the hotel itself. They provide the keys/check in and out and towels/blankets. The reasons I did not give five stars are as follows: 1. The kitchen was sparsely stocked - no spices other than salt/pepper, no zip lock bags or tin foil. No liquid soap to hand wash dishes at the kitchen sink! I took a bar soap from a bathroom to use at least to wash our hands with in the kitchen. Only 2 rolls of paper towels. We had planned a grocery trip but I hadn’t intended on purchasing things like olive oil or garlic to cook with that I could have brought from home if I had known. 2. As soon as we arrived we received a notice that the water was unusable for consumption and we were recommended to boil it before brushing our teeth, etc. we still managed to all have upset stomachs even with being as careful as possible but bathing a baby and not getting it in their mouth is almost impossible so we had to deal with him getting sick. 3. Very hard/firm mattresses. Kids ended up sleeping on the couches because they were unable to get comfortable 4. No extra blankets or towels, finally after everyone freezing the first two nights we went to the main hotel and got extras. The blankets provided are not really blankets but rough waffle weave throw types. So not huge issues but a bit annoying for the price we paid. I think the place just needs a bit of an update all around but it was clean and very spacious. The views from the balcony are amazing and it is walking distance to the sandy beach area and marina. Perfect location and we enjoyed the lake, pool and restaurant a lot!

We are in contact with the resort, and have expressed our concerns. We have been advised that the issue is resolved. Also thank you for the information related to supplies. We are surprised by the extra blankets. The Town Home typically has extra blankets and linens. We will advise the resort. Finally, we are not allowed to keep any supplies from previous guests due to liability issues.
