Appartement confortable et lumineux de 75 mÂČ, Ă©quipĂ© de la climatisation. Il peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  quatre personnes et se compose comme suit: une entrĂ©e qui mĂšne aux espaces nuit et sĂ©jour; la premiĂšre comprenant une grande chambre double, une petite chambre pour une ou deux personnes, une salle de bain avec douche; Le second se compose d'un espace ouvert avec kitchenette et coin repas, ainsi que d'un salon avec canapĂ©. Il est possible d'ajouter un lit dans la chambre principale. La chambre principale et l'espace ouvert ont un balcon.

SituĂ© dans un quartier calme et dans une position stratĂ©gique, entre les stations Lido Centro et Lido Nord de la section Rome-Lido (voir carte), accessible en 5 minutes Ă  pied, pour des connexions rapides et faciles au centre de Rome et au gares principales. Le bus pour l'aĂ©roport de Fiumicino s'arrĂȘte prĂšs de la maison.

Schöner Aufenthalt in guter Lage

Die FeWo ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Alle wichtigen Orte (Supermarkt, Restaurant, Bahnhöfe und Strand sind fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin antwortet zĂŒgig auf alle Anfragen, ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt die richtigen Insidertipps. Vielen Dank - sehr zu empfehlen

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Eine sehr saubere, gerĂ€umige, gut eingerichtete und gemĂŒtliche Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Die Vermieterin hat viele nĂŒtzliche Informationen zusammengestellt - wo sind die SupermĂ€rkte, wo kann man essen, wo gibt es einen Optiker? Sie kĂŒmmerte sich sofort, als es ein technisches Problem gab. Von der Wohnung aus schaut man auf schöne Innenhöfe. Man ist in einer ruhigen Gegend unter Einheimischen. Eine Straße weiter gibt es leckere Pizza und der Bahnhof Richtung Rom liegt 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt weit. In 15 Minuten ist man am Strand.

Schöne Tage in Ostia

Schöne Wohnung soweit alles vorhanden, leider in einem dieser Wohnblocks mit rund 60 Wohnungen die unwahrscheinlich hellhörig sind. Die Parkplatzsuche gestaltet sich als sehr schwierig, da ein solcher nicht zum Umfang der Whg. gehört. Wir waren 9Tage dort und haben ein Handtuchwechsel vermisst (je 1 Handtuch 1Duschtuch) Die Vermieter jederzeit per Wats kontaktierbar fĂŒr Fragen zu Rom mit der Bahn etc. Alles in Allem soweit ok wenn man mit diesen Wohnungen ohne Ausblick leben kann. Beautiful apartment close to Rome and the beach

We had a wonderful holiday in Simonettas beautiful apartment. I can recommend it for everyone who would love a holiday were you’re close to both Rome and the beach in a really nice and non-touristic neighborhood. Simonetta was the perfect host giving us really good tips about where to eat and good beaches nearby. Thanks for a very nice week :)

Well what can i say after spending a week in crazy busy sorrento simonetta's apartment was a great rest bite. Airy, clean, spacious and excellent location. The host couldnt of done anymore more for us ,recommending eateries , shops to visit, attractions to enjoy and the beach to relax . It was very hot whilst staying in Ostia but the aircon worked wonder. Thank you would recommend to family and friends without a doubt.

Simonetta is a really amazing host. She kept in contact for a few weeks prior to our stay and made very Good recommendations and took the lead on getting us from the airport to the B&B. She made sure the taxi was there waiting for us right on time and helped us find him using messenger, as my wife and I were a bit lost at the pick up location. Although Simonettas directions were flawless. The condo was immaculate and was very nice. The neighborhood is so nice and all ammenities are within the block that the condo is located. From pizza to cafe’s and shopping market and travel guides... the neigjborhood has it all. And what a great way to immerse yourself into true local culture!! We lived among and interracted with the locals and made new friends! Amazing neighborhood and only one train stop away from Ostia Antica, about 30 min train to Rome and can take 45 min. This location is really perfect. Very quiet as far as traffic is concerned and away from all the chaos that many tourist can bring when you just want to reboot, relax and get ready for the next days adventures. This is an apartment and there will be some noises from neighbors, but nothing too bad. Simonetta was available 100% of the time and on our first day she was very gracious in coming back to the apartment only moments after she left us, just to help us figure out a silly situation of locked bathroom door... we felt silly and she came all the way back and very nicely helped us. All in all we are very pleased and didnt want to leave the neighborhood. We really made some friends and was just a really good time. I would suggest this location to my family and friends and do consider Simonetta a new friend as well. Loved it and hope to be back again sooner than later đŸ‘đŸŒ You will not be disappointed. Enjoy 😄

A lovely apartment in which to stay for a few days, in easy reach of the fabulous Ostia Antica.

The apartment was spacious and well appointed, modern and clean. there were extra touches like provision of basics such as tea and coffee, cooking oil, shampoo etc., things that are inconvenient to buy for a short stay. The information for tourists was excellent. There were shops in easy reach and the metro station was only ten minutes walk away. Above all, Simonettta was a welcoming and helpful host, thank you Simonetta.

What a great place to spend some time close to Rome

We stayed for 4 nights in this beautiful, spacious place! The apartment has two bedrooms, was spotless, is in a quite neighborhood and we always found parking. The place provided everything we need and more! Sinometta also provided us with beach towels, we spent two beautiful days at the beach. The apartment is in walking distance to the train station which brought us to all the sights in Rome. We truly had a magnificent time. Thank you, Simonetta!

casa molto bella ed in ottime condizioni, e ben fornita di tutto il necessario. ben collegata con Roma, con due stazioni del treno a meno di 10 minuti di cammino. tutti i negozi necessari nelle immediate vicinanze nonostante la vicinanza al viadotto, molto trafficato, non si sentono i rumori dalla strada. manca di un panorama apprezzabile, ma il mare Ăš a soli 300 metri Simonetta Ăš persona molto gentile ed educata

Wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa di Maria Rina in Ostia. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It contained everything one would require; close to a supermarket, about five minutes’ walk to Lido Nord and about a 15 minute stroll to the.beach. The area is pleasant albeit quiet. It is very well situated to hop on the train at Lido Nord and commute to Rome. It was a welcome and comfortable respite after a day's sightseeing in the hectic crowded hustle and bustle of the city. I would recommend a visit to Ostica Antica. It is fantastic! Last but not least, our hostess Simonetta, was warm and welcoming, and couldn’t have been more helpful and informative. I hope to return.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir haben die 6 Tage Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, absolut sauber und angenehm! Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock in einem fĂŒr die Region typischen Wohnblock, trotzdem war es ab 11 Uhr abends wunderbar ruhig. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefĂŒhlt, es ist kein Problem, direkt vor dem Haus einen Parkplatz zu finden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer NĂ€he vorhanden. Zum Bahnhof lĂ€uft man weniger als 10 Minuten, zum Strand etwa 15 Minuten. Um nach Rom zu fahren, empfiehlt sich in jedem Fall der Zug (kostet nur 1,50€), man ist in 30 Minuten im Zentrum.... Simonetta ist eine sehr liebenswĂŒrdige Gastgeberin, sie hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben und war jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit. Wir werden bei unserem nĂ€chsten Besuch in Rom auf jeden Fall wieder dort wohnen wollen. Vielen Dank!!!

Die Wohnung besticht durch Sauberkeit, GerĂ€umigkeit, hohe Decken, 2 Balkone, geschmackvolles Mobiliar. Auch im Bad hochwertige Ausstattung, Dusche funktioniert bestens, ist gerĂ€umig. FĂŒr unser Kind lagen Stofftiere, Puzzles und Sandspielzeug bereit, sogar zwei StrandbadetĂŒcher waren drapiert. Auch ein Klappbett hĂ€tte man ohne Aufpreis nutzen können. In der KĂŒche findet man alles an Ausstattung was man sich vorstellen kann, zum Verbrauch auch Espressopulver, Essig, Öl, reiche Auswahl an Tees und Keksen. Wer darauf Wert legt kann deutsche Fernsehsender empfangen. Betten bequem, sogar "deutsche" Bettdecken mit Bezug ohne das in Italien sonst ĂŒbliche herumflattende Lakengewirr. Schlafen kann man ungestört, keinerlei VerkehrslĂ€rm, da Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof gehen, nur abends hört man die Konversation der Nachbarn durch die in Italien ĂŒbliche Hellhörigkeit der Bauweise. Lage ideal fĂŒr TagesausflĂŒge nach Rom. FĂŒr 1.50 kommt man ins Zentrum in ca 45 min. Den Strand konnten wir wegen des Regenwetters leider nicht erkunden. Das Wohnviertel sympathisch mit kleinen LĂ€den und einer Bar fĂŒr Einheimische. Simoneta bereitete uns einen herzlichen Empfang, versuchte auf alle unsere Fragen einen Antwort bzw einen Link auf dem Smartphone zu finden. Selten haben wir uns in einer Unterkunft so willkommen und wohl gefĂŒhlt. Parkplatz ohne Problem zu finden, bei Regen allerdings schnell ĂŒberschwemmt. Schade, das wir fĂŒr Ostia nur 2 Tage eingeplant haben. Das nĂ€chste Mal bleiben wir bestimmt lĂ€nger!

Excellent séjour à Lido di Ostia

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour en famille Ă  Lido di Ostia. L'appartement est tout confort avec la climatisation. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Il est au 2 ieme Ă©tage avec ascenseur. Simonetta et sa fille sont trĂšs gentilles et arrangeantes. Merci pour les peluches et les jeux mis Ă  disposition pour les enfants. Tout est fait pour qu'on se sente comme Ă  la maison. Simonetta est pleine de bons conseils. Merci pour le livret d'acceuil oĂč tout est indiquĂ© pour dĂ©marrer notre sĂ©jour (supĂ©rette, pizzeria, pharmacie, arrĂȘt de bus, plages...). Il est possible de se garer gratuitement Ă  proximitĂ© de l'appartement. Pour les plages, elles sont accessibles en transport en commun. On peut Ă©galement y aller Ă  pied en 20 min ( y compris pour une plage gratuite). La plus jolie plage gratuite est pour nous en sortie d'ostia ( cancello) et est accessible en voiture ou en bus. Pour visiter Rome, c'est facile en prenant votre voiture ou en transport en commun pour un prix modique (1,5€ l'aller). Pensez Ă©galement Ă  visiter le site romain d'Ostia Antica qui est Ă  10 min Ă  peine. L'appartement est donc trĂšs bien situĂ©. Merci pour tout Simonetta.
