3 bedrooms (5+ beds in total) the apartment is also available only for a couple .... The rooms will not be rented individually ... - 2 bathrooms - living room with kitchen - double terrace. Equipped with Wi-fi and air conditioning.
Totally and finely equipped, located in the center of Ostia Lido.
Well connected by bus (stop 20 meters) and metro (stop 400 meters) - 800 meters from the sea, easily reachable on foot.
8 km from Fiumicino airport (Leonardo da Vinci)
3 km from the tourist port of Ostia Lido
1 metro stop to Ostia Antica to visit the archaeological excavations
30 minutes by subway to the center of Rome.
Possibility of shopping in the immediate vicinity due to the presence of all types of commercial activity

Great stay in Ostia near the sea

Property is in a great location and host was very helpful. 10 minutes walk from the sea and 10 minutes walk from the train that goes to central Rome. Very enjoyable stay.

We absolutely loved Claudia's apartment. It was so clean and so roomy. Comfortable beds and a beautiful fruit platter , milk and fruit juice to welcome us! 10 mins wak to the sea. Near metro and buses. Shopping nearby. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended. Claudia was always available to answer any queries.

Great stay!

Great place to stay! Clean and comfortable condo, as described. 30 min drive to Rome and easy walk to the beach. We had a car and most of the time, we decided to pay and park in a nearby indoor parking as it can be challenging finding a parking spot due to the popularity of the area. Lots of restaurants and the grocery store is at walking distance.

The owner didn't take enough time to give us all the needed information when we arrived at the appartment. The tourist tax is not correct on the webpage. Not enough towels for four people. The shower didn't work properly.

The host was very gracious upon our arrival and throughout our stay, and we would have scored 10/10 if it were not for what she accused us of regarding the apartment. She found, so she said, chipped dishes, melted plastics, etc... that she claimed had to be substituted. That was entirely false, as we left the apartment as we found it on our arrival. The shower head was broken, but she soon replaced it. The TV in the kitchen was placed high on the wall with 2 lounge chairs beneath it that had to be moved to watch it. The drawers in the 2 old dressers were hard to open, etc... So she charged us extra, I suppose to pay for broken stuff etc...Renters beware to inspect everything when you arrive at an apartment because you could be charged extra and t here is nothing you can do about it.

Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Bei unserem ankommen war alles sehr schön aufgeräumt und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Weg zum Strand dauert zu Fuß nur 15 Minuten um das Apartment herum liegen ein paar sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbare Einkaufsläden, sehr praktisch. In großem und ganzem war es sehr gemütlich und schön.

Großartig

Eine wunderbare Wohnung in toller Lage, mit Geschäften in der Nähe und fußläufig zum Strand. Sauber, großzügig eingerichtet und mit viel Platz - genau, wie es auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Claudia und ihre Schwester haben uns herzlich empfangen und auf uns warteten Osterkuchen, Wein und Leckereien. Grazie mille! Wir waren im Frühjahr in Lido di Ostia, so dass es nicht überlaufen war. Die S-Bahn Richtung Rom liegt nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt (Lido Nord), das Ticket nach Rom kostet nur 1,50 Euro pr. Person und man ist in 30 min. in der Innenstadt an der "Piramide". So kann man beides genießen - den Strand in Lido und Rom. Nur eine Station entfernt liegt Ostia Antica, für einen schönen Tagesausflug sehr zu empfehlen! Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem Apartment!

Insgesamt haben wir eine schöne Zeit verbracht. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung und war genügend gross für uns als Familie mit 3 Kindern. Wir haben nichts vermisst und konnten unsere Ferien einfach geniessen. In der Umgebung haben wir alles angetroffen was es benötigt. Eine sehr gute Lage für einen Besuch in Rom und an den Strand.

Nette Wohnung in guter Lage für einen Städtetrip! Öffentlich braucht man ca 1Std nach Rom, dafür kann man zwischendurch die Ruhe am Meer genießen. Alle Shops in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nette Vermieterin. Die Heizung ging anfänglich nicht, Verbieten war aber sehr bemüht das Problem zeitnah zu lösen. Dann war alles fein. Grundausstatung (Salz, Kaffe usw. ) war netterweise vorhanden.

tutto fantastico

vom inserat, über die buchung, check in, betreuung durch claudia und schließlich check out war alles prima und einfach. die lage war für uns optimal, u-bahn (30 min. bis rom) und meer zu fuß jeweils 10 - 12 min. entfernt, bus hält vor der haustür, alle notwendigen shops in der nähe. empfehlenswert und gerne wieder!

Sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Wir haben mit 6 Personen 5 Nächte in der Wohnung verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Wir kamen Sonntag Abend an und es gab sogar kleine Snacks für die Kinder. Die Lage ist okay, man läuft nicht lange zum Strand und in der Innenstadt von Rom ist man auch in weniger als einer Stunde. Die perfekte Lage für eine Mischung aus Strand und Städtetrip. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war über Handy unproblematisch und freundlich.

Excellent séjour dans bel appartement

L'appartement est tout équipé, très calme et très confortable. Deux chambres climatisées et deux balcons permettent de se rafraîchir quand il fait très chaud. Situé au 2eme étage avec ascenseur dans un immeuble de 4 étages situé en centre-ville à proximité de tous les commerces. Un marché couvert se situe à quelques pas. Stationnement gratuit dans toutes les rues voisines de la location. Idéalement situé, l'appartement se trouve à 15 minutes de marche d'une gare pour aller directement dans le centre de Rome (35 min. De train) et à autant des plages d'Ostia. Les plages d'Ostia sont en majorité privées, mais il y a quelques plages publiques. Cependant, de très belles plages gratuites se situent à quelques minutes de route de l'appartement, les plages des Cancelli. Elles sont accessibles en voiture ou en bus. Bref vous l'aurez compris, nous avons été ravis de notre séjour dans cet appartement et nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.
