Exists anywhere a better place to relax day or night ?? (The jacuzzi fits till 4persons and is brand new//now we have just added it)

Due to COVID19, we want to confirm our standard cleaning process for guests:
- Kitchen and bathroom are cleaned with windex and clorox
- Comforter is laundered between every stay (as are all linens/towels, of course)
- Fabric-covered chair and throw pillows have been removed
- All surfaces are wiped down (fridge, microwave, table, light switches, etc.)
- Clorox wipes provided for extra peace of mind

Come to our 100% professionally disinfected hideaway stocked with all essentials . It is fully furnished and decorated with our personal way of thinking and taste.

Kick back on a deck chair on the sunny southwest peaceful roofgarden, or relax in the vintage interior of this renovated old typical Athenian building . The apartment offers a bright and comfortable ambience with a sophisticated design and intuitive layout. the heated jacuzzi-hot tub, is brand new, and for sure is the best place to relax day or night, under the trees and while being ion the same time in the heart of the city!!!!!

The apartment has one cosy living room with couches, tables and chairs, one private huge patio with dining table and chairs and also a flat screen Smart TV with internet access and (free) Netflix connection , one fully equipped kitchen (with fridge- refrigerator, kettle, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso espresso machine, oven and top oven, toaster, and all utensils, dishes, glasses etc you may need), one full bathroom (with bath tub and shower) and a second half -bathroom with only toilet.
There are two big bedrooms where there are except of double beds, double couch beds and we have the ability of adding extra single beds too. And also in the living room there is one double couch bed and one single bed. Till 10 persons can be accommodated with convenience in our sunlit, modern, fully furnished, with air condition machines in every room, 110 sq meters modern convenient apartment!

WiFi is available and the Internet connection's speed is great! There is a flat screen led 30’ Smart TV with internet and Netflix access and there is also a laundry machine, iron and iron board, and also a body weight scale at your disposal.

The apartment has direct access to a huge great terrace-roof garden (Which is the best place to have a drink/eat/relax and if you have children for sure they will enjoy the huge patio-terrace , which is a unique space, unlike any other in Athens. It is literally under trees and a breath away from the Sacred Rock of Acropolis. It is modern and elegant decorated, fully furnished and equipped, with air conditions to every room. It offers you whatever you may need or want in order to have a pleasant and convenient stay!

The building itself is very quiet and peaceful, has a luxury that reminds the Ancient Greek architecture, and is ideally located, in front of Acropolis museum, and all around are full of shops, restaurants, tavernas, wine bars, clubs etc.
IIn order to be accurate, please be informed that for every 2 Persons, we will prepare one double bed. In case you need/want something different, please let us know in advance (before your arrival) in order to act accordingly. **please note that is possible to be an additional fee for them. Please ask us, and we will inform you everything is advance.

Also please note that the jacuzzi is open air hot tub. That means that if the weather is cold and/or with wind etc, the water get influenced and it will be difficult (needs time to be warmer than 22-24 C degrees -which is again hot enough of course-.) Also, for water and energy saving reasons, the jacuzzi is being prepared ONLY after request in advance/prior your arrival. Otherwise you should prepare it on your own, or, we can arrange you an appointment with someone to assist you, with an extra charge.

Upon request, with 6 euro extra charge per person per day (cash payment to the cafe delivery guy) we can arrange you breakfast with toast-eggs-coffee and juice. Just let us know at least 2days before in order to make the order to the coffee company which provides it.

Our apartment has nothing to be jealous of a 5 star hotel!! Number of services on request (including breakfast with 5 or 6 euro per person and cleaning and housekeeping services with a small charge per person).
If you are interested in, i can arrange for you tailor made day trips in and around Athens.
From/To Airport transport or any other transport is available upon demand at an additional but very reasonable cost.

Moreover, in case you want tailor-made one day trips, please let us know and we will be happy to check and let you know availabilities and prices. Also, you can check online the site onedaycruise.gr
It’s a great option for one day adventure / 3 islands in one day !!! But don’t make an online booking. We -as Greeks persons- have 15% discount, and We will be happy to make the arrangements for you in order you to pay less and save this money :)

Our apartment is NOT A HOTEL and therefore cannot be compared to one.
Breakfast and daily cleaning service are not provided ! If you want breakfast/cleaning or housekeeping, we can arrange it for you with extra payment -for the record, you will pay the coffee company/laundry company directly and not us.

For your baby treasure, we can provide you baby cot, baby bath, baby food chair, baby stroller and whatever else you may want, but please ask about it in advance (except that for hygiene/ergonomic reasons we have some of them in our warehouse, we also maybe have to rent them, and Aldo we will inform you for the extra charge in advance for them).
In case you want it, with an extra charge (ask us about it in advance and we will inform you immediately) we can provide you a pocket-portable wifi router, in order to have wifi everywhere -you will carry it with you-.

Great Location

This apartment is just at the bottom of the Acropolis and in front of the Acropolis museum. Once you get there, you don't need to use your car to move. But it was not easy to find a parking place close to the apartment. The kitchen is a bit small to cook.

The BEST location to see the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum

Wonderful location literally a stones throw from the Acropolis museum and with many restaurants just outside the front door. The apartment is at the back of the building, so it is extremely quiet even though it is the most centrally located. Plenty of space inside and a great outdoor space to relax in and let the kids play.

Great Place!

The property was great and the location amazing. It was worked out great for the 6 of us. Stella was a very gracious host and helped us with transfer from the airport and with helping us retrieve a lost bag from the airport. We would definitely stay there again.

Location is everything.

The apartment has large bedrooms and plenty of space on the terrace for gathering. Some easy additions would make the space more comfortable and user-friendly. Like nice sized mirrors in each bedroom so everyone can get ready without having to wait for bathroom access. Also more clothes hangers would make unpacking easier. A replacement shower curtain is in order - long enough and of the right material to keep the water in the tub instead of on the floor. The AC was very nice and more than adequate. We did have a few hiccups in communication. I was awakened the morning after our long flight by a housekeeper standing in my bedroom wanting to water the plants on the terrace. Embarrassing for us both. And there was no one to meet us at the airport after we had asked for the service which led to an angry cab driver unable to find the address. But the apartment itself is roomy and clean and perfect for a family or group. The location could not have been better. Walk to everything!

A wonderful property and experience

This property is delightful. Clean, well cared for, and in an ideal location. Stella has represented it accurately in the listing. The property has a wonderful private patio that makes it an incredible experience. It is the ideal location for coffee in the morning, and snacks and drinks in the evening. Large enough for a whole family to be outside and comfortable, surrounded by plants and greenery. The property location can't be beaten. It is on a pedestrian street with a convenient nearby grocery store, the metro directly adjacent, with immediate access to the Acropolis and the Acropolis museum, and direct access to the Plaka. A wonderful location to walk to most every location we desired to go, with the Metro as an option if we tired of walking at the end of the day. Stella is wonderful. She was immediately accessible via text or by messaging through the VBRO app (responding within minutes). She reached out a couple of times during our stay just to make sure everything was going well and to see if there was anything she could due to make our vacation more enjoyable. We asked Stella if she would help arrange for transportation from (and back to) the airport, as well as for a day trip to the Temple of Poseidon. She happily did so and arranged reliable and great service. When we come back to Athens, we have no desire to stay anywhere else. Thank you Stella for the wonderful experience!

Awesome place !

This apartment is in the best location. The entrance is directly across from the metro station and Acropolis. with restaurants, bars and shops below and some right around the corner. We were 6 adults who had different interest and time schedules. A couple were early risers, who were able to get up , go down for a coffee and walk to sightsee in the early morning. A couple prefered to stay up late and sit at the outdoor bar below. The apartment patio was an extra bonus to sit out and relax. It worked for all!! Stella the owner greeted us there with Ouzo on the table. The apartment is old, as all of Athens is but very clean, comfortable and well stocked.

A walking distance to everything you need to see in Athens. Lovely home with everything you need, air conditioner in every room, kitchen, washing machine, balcony, lots of light, and lots of available beds. The owner is the best of everything. Spacious flat in a perfect location

It's hard to overstate how spacious the flat is. We played a trick on our friends where they'd enter the foyer with the inside door closed. "Not bad right? A bit cozy though," only to open the door and reveal the sprawling rooms that comprise the actual property! Our friends were spending a fortune to stay in a tiny room at the Grand Bretagne, and they were more than a little jealous! Of course, the marquee feature is the rooftop verandah. It's huge. It's peaceful. Sit at the table and enjoy a cold beer and a plate of olives and let the ambient sounds of the Plaka wash over you. Stella also filled up a kiddie pool for our little ones to cool off in when they were playing there. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and appliances, and there were even Nescafé pods in the pantry for us, along with other staples. Of course the building is right above a great cafe, so it's much nicer to just go downstairs! The location can't be matched. You're in the heart of an incredibly cool neighbourhood filled with tavernas, cocktail bars, restaurants, cafes, you name it. There's a proper grocery store 2 minutes away, and a fantastic gyro place right downstairs if you want late night food. Oh yeah, when walk out the front door of the building you can see the Acropolis! The museum is right there too (and is definitely worth visiting). You also have a metro station at your doorstep. Really, amazing location. Stella was a joy to work with. She gave us tons of ideas for things to see and do during our stay, and was extremely responsive. Athens stole our hearts. We have travelled through Europe extensively but this was our first visit to this incredibly vibrant, historic, bighearted city. We plan on coming back, and when we do, we will definitely be staying at Stella's flat again.

Amazing central location!

This apartment is within walking distance of the many main attractions and ruins in Athens (Acropolis, Acropolis Museum, Temple of Olympian Zeus, Ancient Greek and Roman Agora's and many more). It was steps away from many excellent restaurants, boutiques, grocery store, and gift shops. You couldn't get a better location! At night the small streets were full of people, buskers and dancers, vendors. It was like a festival! We went to an outdoor concert in the ruins of an ancient theater! We felt very safe walking around with our children day and night. Yet, the apartment was very quiet even on the balcony. Stella and Nicholas were very helpful hosts. They gave us lots of advice and recommendations for restaurants, arranged taxis to the airport etc. Super helpful. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfy. The kitchen was handy and we appreciated having the extra outdoor space on the huge deck/balcony. Thanks for all your help Stella and Nicholas!

Best location ever

We were 9 people looking for accommodations and boy did we hit the jackpot! We were Looking at the Acropolis museum from the front of our building. Everyone said don’t drive in Athens ( understandably so-tight streets and many one ways) but with the size of our group we rented a van and long story short-we found 24 Hour parking within a couple of blocks for a reasonable price so it can be done. Stella was incredible-we had a couple of special circumstances and she went all out to help us out!!

Location, Location, Location, plus a great host!

If you are spending time in Athens to see the sights you could not ask for a better location. Steps away from everything, and if your destination is not in walking distance, don't worry the metro / subway is right across the cobble stone street. Super safe area, very active street with restaurants shops, everything you need. Apartment is quiet and has great AC. - Stella is extremely nice and so helpful.

We spent 5 nights here on our first visit to Athens with our adult daughters. The apartment is ideal as holiday accommodation.We found it good value for the money. It is spacious,with the emphasis being on sleeping space rather than having a large dining area. However,the external terrace is ideal as an eating and socialising area. The location for us was perfect.Right by the metro and the Acropolis,amenities, shops and restaurants. Easy to get to from the airport. Lots going on outside but no street noise whatsoever once in the apartment. The owners are very attentive and approachable and kept in contact during our stay

Location, location, location!

From the very beginning Stella was so helpful throughout the booking process, helping us with transfers and whilst we were staying at her property. The apartment is clean, spacious and was great for 2 adults and 2 children aged 11 and 13. Overall it's a little basic and the bedding arrangement, with one bed in the dining area that you had to walk through from the lounge to other parts of the apartment, was a little unusual - but absolutely fine for a holiday and the outside patio is fantastic to take morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. I would definitely recommend a stay here especially with the location opposite the Acropolis Museum, various restaurants in the immediate area and a short walk to all the sites - we didn't need to use the metro once!

Acropolis is probably the most famous neighborhood in Athens owing to the presence of the magnificent ancient monument, crowned by the Parthenon and more recently the presence of the Acropolis Museum (here is our apartment). Quiet and well preserved, the neighborhood welcomes thousands of visitors every year and its features include poise and old world charm.


Attractions abound in this neighborhood with the Acropolis itself in the first place. The Acropolis Museum is a must see when visiting Athens and visitors are always pleasantly surprised and awed by the beauty and harmony of the exhibits. Walking through Makrigianni street -where the apartment is-you will reach the main pedestrian street, Dionysiou Areopagitou, the ancient theatre of Dionysus is on your right and further on the Herodus Atticus theatre, where every summer concerts are held. The Ilias Lalaounis Jewelry Museum, with its precious collections is also very interesting to visit.

Restaurants and cafes are to be found in all types, from gourmet Italian trattoria Aglio, Olio and Peperoncino, to regional Greek cuisine Mani-Mani famous for their menu based on local farms produce, to high class Dionyos, with the breathtaking view of the Acropolis, favored location for visiting celebrities and politicians, to celebrated Daphne, another favorite of the jet set.

Nightlife is centered on pedestrian Makrygianni street, with cafes and bars rubbing shoulders. The tendency is all day locales which operate as bars in the evenings. Regal and Elaia are two of the most popular in this category.
