We really enjoyed our stay here! The owner was very responsive to us. (More about that below.) The view was great -- the windows allowed for a wonderful view of the mountains. There was a beautiful flower arrangement on the deck. The grill was like-new. We had seven people (including two kids), which is one more than recommended, but it worked. Note that there is only one bathroom, which amazingly was fine. There's a master bedroom of sorts on the upper/main level, which has some shelving and two nightstands. On the lower level, the second bedroom (Q bed I think) is tiny, just a little bigger than the bed with one real nightstand and one tiny one (plus a deep window sill that I used for my clothes), and the the third bedroom is twin bunks. The lower level has a pretty large common area with a TV, where we kept most of our stuff. There is also a loft open to the upper level where one of the adults slept. She reports that the bed was pretty uncomfortable, and the Q bed on the lower level had a not-great mattress-- I sometimes slept on the lower level couch and it was actually very comfortable! We spent most of our time on the upper level, which had a nice big dining table open to the kitchen. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed in typical rental house, mismatched character! When the blender didn't work, we texted the owner and she brought a new one about 10 minutes later! We were very impressed.
