Large 4 bedroom, 6 bath, with separate Casita house and Pool & Palapa Bar

Our beautiful beach home is located within the Country Club Estates subdivision of Cozumel. Our artistic stone paver roads and beautiful homes entices you to feel truly at home. Your living experience in Cozumel begins with entering our electronic gate which leads to the abundant gardens and walkways that surround our property. The main floor access is through an open screen door to an inviting entry and sitting area with a large chess set which is always in play. The kitchen is ample, with all amenities and leads to the formal dining and living room areas. The ocean front reveals full glass windows and sliding doors - with a full view of the ocean and pool areas. The pool is accompanied by a palapa bar area which is an excellent place to entertain or find alone time within. A beautiful seagrape and spruce tree hedge provides privacy to the pool and palapa bar areas. For the diving enthusiast, we have a equipment dunk tank and drying area established near the pool. In the main house, all bedrooms are upstairs and have separate bathrooms. The master is spacious and leads to a balcony view of the Caribbean which is breathtaking. Each bedroom has their own air conditioning unit, which is ultra efficient in cooling each room. The main house has central air conditioning to provide a more climate controlled area for our guests. The Casita house is located on the entry side of the house, and has 1 bedroom and one bath. The Casita also has air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort. The Casita is equipped with two double beds, and is a hit with the kids or couples wanting more privacy. A walk around the main house reveals our love of plant life, including Jane's orchid collection. Our palm tree lined exterior provides ample shade, while allowing the sun to bake your cares away. The property is totally fenced, and gated front and back for privacy. Our low intensity yard lighting ensures a beautiful view, day or night, and especially with the pool lights providing a blue essence in the evening. A mere 50' from the back door is the beach access leading to a beautiful water experience. Cozumel enjoys warm water temperatures with nearly always 100' visibility. We have four kayaks which are fun to take into the water with family and friends.

About William Salmon

Bill & Jane, we bought our first home in Cozumel in 1995, and later our beach house in 1999. We spend many months each year with friends and family at our Cozumel house. We reside part of the time in Colorado, and enjoy our family which includes kids, grand kids, and our Chihuahuas. We enjoy updating our Cozumel house often, and hope all who choose to stay at our home will enjoy all that Jane puts into making this beach house a true and special experience. As a career firefighter, I have worked with the Bomberos of Cozumel for the past 17 years. Jane is active with friends in our subdivision, and with the community.

Why William Salmon chose Cozumel Island

We chose to own property on the island of Cozumel because Cozumel provides all of the charm of old Mexico, as well as all of the first class amenities we required. Our property sets us close to what we love to do: scuba dive, bicycle, motorcycle, kiteboard, swim, run, walk, golf and simply enjoy being here. The Jack Nickolas golf course is immediately across the street from our subdivision, and is within walking distance.

What makes this house unique

You will love your drive to our beach house along the white painted palm tree lined dived boulevard, which is simply an experience you will come to appreciate each time you return home to Country Club. The kiteboarding opportunities immediately in front of our house has been the scene of magazine shoots, as well excellent conditions for learning and growing your skills. If bicycling is your thing, I routinely ride the island perimeter roads which are in excellent shape - thanks to the Iron Man and GranFondo bicycle races. If a Harley is more your taste, we have a Harley rental office on Cozumel and you will find the bike of your dreams there. We have wireless high-speed Internet at the house, so plan on watching news, movies, or TV via your Internet.

Everything as advertised!

No surprises.....at least no bad surprises! You can read what the owners have to say about their property and rest assured it reflects what you will find. We were a family of 5 adults and 2 children (7 & 5) having our first Cozumel Christmas. Could not have choose a better location. It is truly close but not too close to the happenings downtown. The owners have put together a very detailed and informative booklet that is available to you......use it. We ate at a number of the recommended restaurants and were never disappointed. If I could change something about the home, it would be for the pool to have a wade-in area for the children but a mere 20 steps from their secured backyard and you are on the beach. Felix, their gardener, was there most days, was very helpful and his presence was never a hinderance. When not in Cozumel we spent most of our time on the beach, lounging around the pool or enjoying drinks/games and conversation under the shade of the Palapa Bar. I would have no hesitation recommending this property to family and friends.

Our guests are responsible to maintain our property (home) in equal or better condition than when they arrived. This includes locking the doors and windows when departing for daily activities. Any issues with appliances, or losses due to breakage or theft must be reported within 24 hours of the event. We collect a $500 Electrical deposit, and will assess your electrical usage upon checkout. I will refund from the deposit what you do not use. We find if folks are judicious with using the min-splits for AC and not running the whole house AC 24/7, then there should be a refund available. I will refund the appropriate portion of the electrical deposit with the damage deposit within the second week post-checkout. We want your stay to be beyond your expectations, and these upfront concerns and advice helps make this possible.
