A cozy apartment in one of the most popular, suggestive and nice area of Milan, the Darsena - Canals (Navigli).

The apartment is a great place to enjoy with family, with collegues or for business trips.

This is a popular area for tourist and locals alike since it has so much to offer. The property is located on the third floor of a building overlooking the Darsena, “Vie Dell’ Acqua”.

Two large comfortable sofas (one turns into a double bed), a long piece of furniture with TV which runs along one of the walls, a retro trunk and a rocking chair are some of the elements adorning this room, completed by a large dining table.

The separate fully equipped kitchen, will allow you to prepare all your favorite dishes, and maybe to test new italian recipes

The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a big wardrobe, a practical chest of drawers and a baby crib.

The second bedroom has two single beds, an antique ethnic trunk and a wardrobe.

The bathroom contains both a wide bathtub and a shower, in addition to sanitary and a very large mirror.

FOR FAMILIES: cot and high chair available on request and subject to availability

MONTHLY RESERVATIONS: registration of the contract required for bookings of more than 28 nights. The cost of registration (101.5 €) is to be considered at the customer's expense

Upon your arrival you will find:

- Ready beds (with the exception of the sofa beds for which the set of sheets, blankets and pillows will be prepared ready for use)

Fabulous Apartment

The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and well located. Easy access to anything you might need or want. Made for a really lovely week in Milan.

Great stay!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Nico’s apartment. The place was bigger than we expected and very well equipped. Nico was a helpful host. The location provides easy access to the metro and street cars. There is a small playground right next to the apartment that was fun during the day. Overall great stay and we would love to return!

Large flat in Milan

We had a great stay at this apartment. The size is large so lots of space for the four of us to spread out when we needed our own space. It’s located close to lots of restaurants and shops situated on the canal and only a short walk away. It’s also only a mile or so to the city center to see the sites as well as shop. The property manager was very communicative, even over the weekend when we had a question. Great flat!

Great host

Our plane was delayed several hours and Nico went beyond the call of duty and checked us in at midnight. Apartment was close to restaurants and public transportation. Would recommend to friend staying in Milan.
